LOL, never marry a stock.
WOW, ELAL the Market Maker. Your 25-cent ASK is just a bit above the other MMs. LOL
Bid has to be above my $0.215 cost before green.
Bid: $0.1922
Ask: $0.2700
Spread is way to wide to trade.
Why is LIVE testing its lows? Who is selling? YOU???
I used YELP coupons and I don't own YELP stock.
I ate at McDonald's and I don't own MCD stock either.
Ya, true believer.
Money. It's all about the money or lack of it.
Rent is due and nowhere to turn? Ya, gotta live with it.
Then again, maybe not. Short cuts to quick bucks can kick you even when you're hoping for the best (while expecting the worst). I do know it is difficult to turn down money from sharks, especially when no one else will give you any.
If I owned as many shares of CNCG as you do, I would force them to do something. Not sure what, but something. LOL
On a constructive note, YOU (as a large shareholder) should get in Neibert's face. He can't simply sit on his rear in LA, while the boys in SF generating all the revenue feeling upset. Bad vibes left unchecked can sink a small ship in rough waters.
Sales should be up, but so are expenses. Normal for small growing companies.
My biggest worry is the toxic holder. There may be a few opportunities to trade CNCG prior to the crush near term.
The other concern is why the two big bosses quite the board? This is not a good thing, since they run the only operation that generates revenue. We may never know their true reasons, but internal cat fights are never a good sign for small companies (which needs all hands on deck).
Mhm, OK.
Drop to 2.04 before you add big? Funny.
Oh, your post said they were gone.
Just read your post more carefully. If the chiefs of the only operating sub generating any sales are gone, what else is there left?
Don't even want to guess. Whoever it is, they either gave up or simply upset.
Hit the bid hard and with enough volume, any support at these level will be gone in a few days (if no one step in to buy). Market Makers are not in the business to lose money. They will keep the Ask up and simultaneously drop the bid way down to minimize their risk exposure.
BTW, this is true for any penny stock. MM is in the business to make money by providing markets. Some will take on larger positions when no buyers are around. In today's markets, most firms will not commit too much risk capital.
Don't paint the type with tiny 3000-share trade. Hate that.
Let it go where it supposed to and then we can either buy more and/or allow stabilization to set in first.
ELAZ, officers of subsidiaries have to file Form 4 when buy/sell. If they've sold, the sale will be posted.
Seller back again hitting the bid. Not a good sign.
Then again, I am watching this for a trade. Not sure about price yet until CNCG stabilizes. Rather make less than lose more.
Not good. Big seller(s) today. What do YOU know? Do tell.
Distance breeds mistrust. When things do not go well (for whatever reason), 400 miles is a long ways apart for a group hug. After a while, I am giving up on YOU. Bye bye?
Ahhhhh, who needs YOU anyway?
Careful. Something is up. Sales look fine, seems like people conflicts here with the last filing.
Some would agree, small company is all about people and less about product. In other words, if product is good, can YOU trust the people to drive it to market?
Must be so strange to receive board resignations from management. YOU don't LOVE me anymore???
Toxic is scary when they sell. Those funds do not care if a company is doing well or not, nor do they care how much they hurt stock prices. Swift without mercy.
If companies use them, they have to plan in advance of this process or else BOOM BOOM BOOM out for the count. Let's hope CNCG knows how to handle it when time comes. NOT IF, but WHEN.
When? Maybe they're using the funds now to build a big biz. Maybe.
Can traders make money here? Yes, still can buy dips and sell into the up ticks.
New CEO can't dump. As part of any merger, he exchanges his old private company shares into new CYCA shares which immediately becomes "control" shares due to his CEO position. This would mean it's subjected to both 16b & 144 Rules.
Nope, he can't dump (as least not yet). LOL
Hey, stock is back UP~~~~ haha
YUCK. Big drop on 3000 shares?
CYCA needs to hire an IR for awareness. LOL
Not bashing. You posted their Facebook page and I took the time to follow YOUR LINK. Simply stated they only have 63 likes (fans).
ELAL, only 63 likes on their Facebook page? SIXTY THREE???
No wonder so few people follows it.
Ya, so what? Most pennies have dreams of making it BIG. When there is a PUMP, I will DUMP.
Sorry, rent is due soon and I have to make MONEY. Wish there wasn't a need to make money and just sit there to watch pretty stock certificates. LOL
Don't worry, it will go back up after dropping some more.
Ya, dump dump dump.
Ya, down down down.
Sooner or later it will bottom out and when it does, I will buy back in for another round of profitable trade. LOVE making MONEY here. LOL
rober123, WHAT? You mean the owner never posted a DEAL? If that is really the case, someone is going to jail.
Business owners can simply set up a free account and post deals from the dashboard.
Can you imagine posting deals on a competitor's page? Everything 99% off. YIKES.
Forget charts. This new IR boss knows how to PUMP the market. Let him do this thing.
UP UP UP, hurry. Rent is due soon. :)
Wonder why the top dogs at Janus quit the board of the parent company that owns them?
Let's GO GO GO. Where is that 3-cents a share you promised me? LOL
Down down down, again? But why why why???
WOW. I am deep GREEN. LOVE it.
LOVE being in the GREEN. Let's move it UP UP UP.
A full penny is not a requirement for listing. Many stocks trade at sub-penny fully listed.
Watch out for increase in volume with decreasing share prices. It's a sure sign of toxic holder selling.
Up just a little from cost. Yahooooo.
Thanks, Koren. Will trade on swings.
Looks like new CEO making its mark. Stock not impressed yet. I will add more on dip.
myersvodka, talking about uplisting is FLUFF when a stock is only trading at 10 cents. LOL
Mark, $0.215 cost.
Bought just a few shares to establish a small position. Will average down if CYCA dips. Let's see if this new CEO is any good.
Mark, $0.0107 cost.
Bought a few shares to establish a small position. Will average down if this is not the bottom.
