State of Texas does not require one and if the county wants them registered and permitted on a local level then that is something the water well company will usually do for you since they deal with it everyday. Not a big deal.

Maybe you should read up. You don’t need a permit in Texas to drill a water well. You just have to get a licensed water well company to drill it.

Exactly. If it was fluff to try and raise the pps then he screwed himself by doing so because he could of easily just said he was working with a finance company and left it at that.

If there wasn’t something actually in the works I don’t feel like he would have given a timeline on it.

Even IF he did start negotiations and got a term sheet on 3/29 he won’t have access to that loan until June based on the timeline. There are operating expenses that need to be paid now and over the next couple months IF things are to move forward.

Like I said yesterday, it will take a couple months and we will know for sure. If the end of May rolls around and nothing happens then we know it was a pump and he screwed himself by giving a timeline. If the real loan agreement comes out then we know it was legit. Simple.

There will be nothing quick about getting financing for 49 million and honestly I don’t see how that would happen unless whoever is putting up the money is taking over majority interest in the refinery.

I'm pretty sure I can get someone to go by the plant site to see if anything is actually happening after the holidays since I'm from the area. Their maps are pretty low quality on their website but I will see if I can get directions. I know what main road it is down but it looks like you would have to turn off of it to get to the site next to the railroad tracks.
