OK, here is the message I sent to Kim Southworth:
To whom it may concern:
Your Sales/Marketing link on your website is DEAD.
Why? Your content pages are empty links. Do you have nothing to sell? No-one to sell it?
Or is your webmaster inept? I have spent the last 20 years of my life as a salesman, beginning with LCD screens for corporate aviation and ending as a Specialty Territory Manager for a major pharmaceutical company. I am boggled and appalled by the lack of information available for prospective buyers of your product. Perhaps there is something that must be hidden for legal reasons. Or, perhaps, "the emperor has no clothes".
Am I to understand that you are using Face Book to market your product?
I can't comprehend why a company with a supposed state-of-the-art technology is utilizing a social networking blog to market its product.
Your product appears to be intriguing, although I had to scour the internet to find product information and live-fire demonstration videos that demonstrate proof-of-concept for your new alloys.
The fact that those videos and that data are NOT available on your website is a red flag to me that something is not right. If your company is unable to present with a functional web presence - something that any competent high school-age web designer could produce, it makes me wonder just what else is wrong there at Bourque Industries.
Yes, I am a shareholder. And yes, the dilution, and the sales of 3,000,000 shares by Mr Bourque, taken in context with what seems to be a non-existent sales/marketing plan can be interpreted as an indicator of a less than promising future for your enterprise.
Sincerely,

Sent this to Bourqe Industries website:
Your Sales/Marketing link on your website is DEAD.

Seriously, you are using Face Book to market your product?
I don't understand why a company with a supposed state-of-the-art technology is utilizing a social networking blog to market its product.
Your product appears to be intriguing, although I had to scour the internet to find product information and live-fire demonstration videos that demonstrate proof-of-concept for your new alloys.
The fact that those videos and that data are NOT available on your website is a red flag to me that something is not right. If you are unable to get a simple website, that any competent high school-age web designer could produce, to function properly, it makes me wonder just what else is wrong there at Bourque Industries.
Gentlemen, thank you for your posts regarding the stock sale by JB.
This may be off-topic, so please delete if needed.
I am learning a lot from your exchange of ideas, and I am encouraged that civility has been maintained.
There most definitely has been a lack of communication from JB and or the Board or their representatives. This is very disconcerting to me.
I have to say, the website issue is flat-out STUPID. The template that attlvn worked to create (BTW the code for the page is clearly copyrighted) is a quality product. Why did Bourque send him photos and data for the site, if they did not intend to use it?! What they have now for a website is an amateurish joke and an embarrassment. I could code by hand something better. The link to "Sales" is a DEAD LINK. Not even a phone number?!!!
This whole situation is starting to stink of something.
JB doesn't owe us anything as far as information or explanations. I think, legally, he may be restrained from doing so, but the way he appears to have sold out the BAM folks is reprehensible and they are owed an explanation. A man would pony up. A coward would drive off in his Corvette to his new home and not give a damn.
Please prove me wrong, Sir.
Please bear with my naivete - I am NOT a finance/legal guy.
Looks like JB needed some cash for continued operations, so he sold some of his own stock.
Your thoughts?
Site looks great.
Why are there no meta-text descriptions of the site and product?
Don't search engines use that data to help locate a site?
And others to my local PD, Sheriff, and the Oregon State Police.
If we all took the time to write a quick note to our state and local LEO agencies, with those four videos... It would go a long way toward getting the "buzz" going in the LEO community.
In the vid, when the LEO compared ceramic plate to "drywall" against Kryron, that is PRICELESS. Be sure to point out that comment in your notes.
Just sent another to the Texas DPS.
They really need this product on their brand new gunboats.
Having a contact name and phone number in sales would be very helpful.
And one more post to a large board: Liveleak.
http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=fbf_1329584737
Just getting the message out. So far the feedback has been anywhere ranging from incredulity to excitation. Those videos are GOLDEN. Especially when the LEO says that the ceramic plate might as well have been made of drywall when compared to the Bourque plates.
JohnII, Pwron, et al - if I am jumping the gun here (no pun intended), and you would rather I stop, then please tell me.
Just sent to Drudgereport:
New ballistic armor technology. Just received NIJ certification. American, in-the-garage inventor story. Proprietary process for alloying metals with carbon nano-tubes. Torture-tested from 9mm to .50 caI to IEDs.
I have some video links below.
Conventional ceramic armor is nothing more that drywall compared to this new product , “Kryron”. You have to see it to understand just what a huge leap forward this is. And armor is just the beginning – it has unique properties that are useful in batteries, electrical switching and transmission applications. Can be plasma sprayed onto tools/farm implements to make them resistant to wear and weathering.
Just posted to the Free Republic "Phoenix Police Officer" thread.

No! Say it isn't so!
Are you implying there are unscrupulous people who steal from other people by selling a little "song and dance" to keep the money pouring in, and then kill the stock and take it private for a pittance?!!!
If so, karma is B.....
kbb, unfortunately, I suspect your proposed scenario to be very close to the truth. I am out. Huge loss. My stupidity. My fault. Good luck, everyone!
Thank you for your help.
I really believe in the product.
Armor is just the sexy bit, the real $$$ is elsewhere.
Hanging on, but, yikes, this is not for the faint of heart.
Waiting on a White Knight...
I am the first to admit that I am a noob. Period. Can someone who has seen start up companies like BORK, and who has a strong understanding of the financials of start ups, please tell me if/why BORK has 185,300,000 shares outstanding @ roughly $0.8/share? Is that a reasonable valuation? And, aren't there more shares coming into the market in February? What if BORK regains the caveat, will that affect share prices? All I've been hearing lately is the sound of crickets...Help? Please.
I haven't seen the spread between BID/ASK this tight since I started following BORK. Anyone who knows what that means? Someone please relate it to the actions of the MM in this? The date for filing for OTC current is rapidly approaching, no?
Probably not wrong.
If we want a big bang, we want people to hear it.
Mid-December to mid-January are always slow.
C'mon, it's not 04/01/2011.....
For real?
Speedo1. I am frustrated as well.
However, I live in the city where the Nike empire was birthed by an inventor with a waffle iron in his mother's garage.
Patience.
OUCH!!!!
I am looking at Scottrade charts for the day. 03:42:59 10,000 @ $0.47
10,000 at $0.47?!!!
What is going on here?
PS- if I remember Physics 101 correctly, a conductor moves electrical current on the outside of the conductor "skin effect"(?). So, the ability to create very durable conducting medium with a thin film of conductor plasma-welded to the exterior...hmmm... basalt fiber with Kryron coating as an alternative to copper or aluminum wires?
Just thinking out loud..
Two "weeks" of "days" on Mercury is about 2,464 Earth synodic days... it could be worse.
Thank you, slicknhow.
I have the entire month of December open to go and visit the production facility. I believe I may do so.
I have to agree with your statement on how generously shares were doled out. I am concerned as well. Still long and holding, but please, someone who is experienced in this, would you be willing to share some kind of analysis of the share price vs the shares outstanding? I believe in the potential applications for the kryonize process - and IMHO the body armor is about 5% of what the total market is for the process/product. Flame on if you (other readers) must...
Wrong. I've been long BORK since 8/17/11. Long day, eh? What planet are YOU from?!
Ready to cut my losses and chalk this one up to experience. Lack of news and PR is one thing - an apparent lack of leadership is another entirely.
Your funds won't be available for trading with Scottrade until Tuesday.
I just got back from making my cashier check deposit for the Monday morning festivities.
When I worked in pharma sales - we lived or died by the quality of our "leave-behinds" and our "detail aids".
Seems odd to have nothing BORK to show to potential investors. Still, the stuff that we were "allowed" (wink-wink) to leave behind had been put through the wringer and 'sanitized' in a battle between the legal department and the marketing department. I don't know anything about the laws that govern what can or cannot be be placed in a document that is created for the purpose of encouraging investment...
It's the electrical properties/performance of Kryron that have me looking into the future. Cheaper than copper, better conductor, and lower heat generated.
Yeah, the armor is sexy, but the industrial applications (especially electrical) are going to be the core of the Kryron business in the future.
Just my opinion.
Shaken, but LONG.
Pacco, wow.
I hope someone has been pursuing the feds for a green loan. The electrical distribution infrastructure needs to be updated - and this product seems to be a superior and economical alternative. All those electric cars will need to be plugged in, right?
When I run out of cash, I go without. I am completely ignorant about BORK's set-up costs, overhead, and salaries, etc. Also don't know if that verbiage wasn't placed in the OTC paperwork as a necessity or a legal CYA...
I guess we'll all know sometime in January.
Flatcat, 100% agreement here.
Scraping, begging, borrowing for dry powder.
Time to go in all out, in my opinion, and then let it sit and stop worrying about it.
"...but right now it is what it is BORK is a a critical point..."
John11, would you be willing to clarify that point, please?
Are you intending to say 'it is what it is. Bork is at a critical point' Or, 'It is what BORK is, is at a critical point'?
IP spoofing is not difficult.
Frustrating? Yes. Feeling impatient? Yes.
However, if I were a product/marketing manager at Bourque Industries, I would do my best to suppress any major media attention until all the pieces were in place: production facility, NIJ, Caveat, and some inked contracts with some BIG clients.
Then KABOOM! Saturate the media with the news of a revolutionary product, marketed by a capable and well-connected core management unit.
BTW, anyone who has worked with government RFP process knows that it can take a very long time to work the process.
I for one, will stay long and stay strong.
Agreed.
"Lemming Effect" and feeding frenzy won't be "drawing inside the lines". For how long?.....
I wonder if Kryron tech could be used in the rail-gun...http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2056782/US-Navy-fires-electromagnetic-railgun-1-000th-time.html
Please, just take a deep breath, everyone.
Either you believe in the product and the competency of the management team, or you do not.
If you don't then sell and go.
If you do then hold your position and hold your patience.
Sircooper. No intent to offend or to imply that there is scant information, or misrepresentation on any ones part.
I specifically stated that JB knows what he is doing, esp by virtue of the market-development crew he has recruited. And by the timing of events and and venues where he has displayed the technology to powerful decision-makers in various markets.
Having said that, the perfect product, at the perfect time, can still fall into the crapper because of things that are unforeseeable.
WRT gut-feelings - yes, devoid DD, it a fools game. But there are some of us out there that have a little more of an intuitive sense than others. Like I said, 12-24 months and we will see just who was right.
I went long in PMs in 2005, based on a gut-feeling. Paid off well. Felt that the PMs have played out for the next cycle.
Ran into BORK purely by accident. I followed the IHub posts and did a little research for a few weeks. Got that same gut feeling, so I went long BORK.
I think the pieces are coming together at the right time and in the right sequence. JB knows what he is doing, IMHO, and he has surrounded himself with the people who can get visibility into other markets because of their connections in industry/government.
The armor is SEXY and fun, but I think it is just the tip of the iceberg for the technology. The whole country needs to upgrade the power distribution grid - seems to me like this tech would pay for itself quickly when applied. The sky really is the limit for applications - and that doesn't even include BASALT...
I am a complete newbie. I invest based on my gut feelings, not analytics... So, I guess that makes me either a fool or a genius.
We'll see in the next 12 - 24 months which one is true.
