A few years ago,when Gary was in investor relations for EXS,he told me that if a junior has at least 1.5 million ounces of gold,they usually get bought out by a major.That's why we are hoping the drilling on TPW increases our NI43-101,close to that.
That's why CD is drilling in certain location to make the ounces count,in other places that were drilled.I may have posted the 1.5 mil comment a few years ago,but it has been posted again,in case some new board members didn't know.GLTA.

Since core is being sent to the lab for analysis,it looks like they think they may have found significant gold,where they drilled deeper.

Hopefully,we get a fair estimate for TPW.If you compare the 2nd
to last one with the last one,we should have had at least 1.2M or
1.3M ounces,IMO.(For the last estimate).

Based on the video by CD,it sounds like we have a chance to
get a JV,and buyout from Goldcorp,on the TPW property.It also
sounds like we will do another NI43-101 for TPW.Hopefully,we can get closer to 1.5 million oz.,if we do another estimate.(The more

The bottom line is that the major has to be convinced,that it is economical to drill for,and mine gold,there.If we can find decent length,with high enough grade,we should get an offer for a buyout on TPW.The property to the west intercepted around 12-13G/T over roughly 84M.That is why a previous post gave those figures,and we would need to find something close enough to that.If we have any geologists that are members of this board,they could give better figures,but the ones I gave may be fairly close.

If we find a length of more like 50M, of high grade gold,say around 10G/T,that would increase our chances considerably,and the new JV partner would most likely start drilling more aggressively,
drilling many holes,to see what is out there.

I would guess,at least 8-10G/T,or maybe more over20-30M.That would be my guess of a minimum,however,I am not a geologist,or mining expert.We still have a chance for buyout of KC,TPW,and Chester
property.We should wish for(And this is a guess)CD to find VMS on KC,and get a good buyout.With another JV for TPW,it would take time for a buyout,on that property.A certain amount of drilling would need to take place,to convince a major,how much gold is there.It would be nice if another major gave us a great deal on the TPW,and drilled the hinge point,on that porphyry,that we have been talking about,for a few years.At this point,the guess here,is that we may have the best chance to get a buyout,from KC or Chester first,before the TPW.However all of this post is JMO.

It looks like it was a blessing in disguise that Teck backed out
of the JV.Hopefully we can get a JV with a 50/50 agreement,or closer to it.If the
JV we had resulted in us getting only 30% in the end,that would be almost giving away the farm,as far as the TPW property was concerned.

With CD being a mining engineer,it looks like he is very knowledgeable about mining,and what to look for in drilling.This
post is hoping we get the best deal possible,on any buyout offers.It

Actually,the 8 extra claims,were not in the JV agreement.CD bought those separately.

I believe Metals Creek is located adjacent to our property,to the east,or southeast.(In the TPW area or the 8 claims we bought
separate from TPW,that is in the JV agreement).

That last paragraph sounds good.Hopefully,we can get the best deal possible on TPW property.

It looks like we should be hearing news soon about the KC property.(The last hole that was drilled,near hole #3.)

I spoke to CD today,and the plan is,if we get a buyout on any of our properties,we keep the shares of EXS,and get shares of the company that does a buyout.It sounds like the shares we keep,will be called a new EXS.GLTA.

Agreed.VMS is supposed to be in clusters,so if hole 3 had it,at deeper depth,the hole being drilled now should have it,if it is
there.

Actually,with the new hole only 25M away,CD should be able to find what is there,if it is there.(Exhalite,and hopefully VMS).
