well, yessssss
To pay for the 2 new wells PR'ed last month, the company needs to dump over 100 million shares in the market. Get ready for .0002.
Heard a rumor that UNGS is going to start paying a dividend. I assume this will start just after they buyback their shares. Heck, just take Apples PR release this morning and change the name to UNGS. Should work for most of us.
look at the 10Q's from the previous 18 months then wait for the next 10Q out shortly and do the math. If you need help adding and subtracting, let me know.
exactly
Dilute - Pollute - Scoot
UNGS's new vision statement.
The company lacks revenue and cash for day-to-day operations so the only way to fund operations is to dilute. This is not rocket science?
I don't know, but someone on this board might.
It's the company wanting to sell you some shares:)
I clicked on link and it didn't show any wells (it was blank). Can you repost the report or give me the parameters so I can run the report myself. Thanks
Are we pump'in oil yet? Are we making any money yet? Will we ever get out of this abyss called fractional pennyland? Will we ever get a pin-up calendar with pretty ladies from KY and WV sitting on UNGS oil wells?
Yea, their PR's are overly optimistic to say the least.
Probably a bad choice of words. I just assumed that since they didn't have a buyer for the oil they were pumping, they instead were leaving it in the groud until they have a buyer. Any event the outcome is the same, no revenue until someone buys it.
Interesting that the person you spoke to said they are basically leaving the oil in the ground until they have buyers lined up. That would explain why the 10Q's the last few quarters are showing incremental, if no, real revenue coming in. I guess that is encouraging considering the alternative that this was a scam. So there is potential here, but like any company it comes down to execution. So we'll see.
I think it was the 10q that said they have a total of 7 employees. Not sure of the breakdown (field verses admin) but will be interesting to see what the number is now with the additional wells.
Been calling and emailing since last summer and never got a reply. Better yet, does anyone live near where they have there operations and wells. Do a drive by to see if the wells are pumping or idle.
If you found a penny and cut it into 12 pieces you'd still have money left over after buying 12 shares.
Maybe the company should announce a million dollar buyback. That should push this over .001.
now is the time to load up.
what's your execuse for the price dropping?
LOL...amature hour.
Rookie, congratulations. You get it. The company can't do both, it doesnt' make sense. Your problem is that your making the wrong bet. Your assuming the company is buying back instead of diluting. You have to look at the price action (dropping) and the 10q when it comes out. My bet is we will be around 500-600 million outstanding, not 365 million according to E*Trade.
It's all BS. Do the math. Take $400K divided by .001 and how many shares can you buy back? Yes, that's right. 400,000,000! How many shares are outstanding today. Yes, that's right. 356,000,000 according to last 10q. Does that make sense? No, of course not. Plus, they don't even have $1,000 dollars of cash on hand. Go look at the last 10q. Conjecture? If you say so.
The danger of the Elliot wave theory is that it doesn't account for dilution. The drop in price is not due to consolidation, it the company printing more shares.
Stock continues to fall everyday. I don't know for sure, it could be building a base in the current range .0011 to .0013, or it could continue to drop. I'm hesistent to buy as it drops, so I'm waiting for sub .001 before I buy, perhaps in the .0007 to .0009 range.
My thoughts exactly. Think about it. The company doesn't have any money to spend for day-to-day operations, so it dilutes to pay bills. And where do people think $400,000 is coming from. They don't even have $1,000 in cash according to last 10Q. To be honest, they're not generating any where near the the barrels of oil suggested by the PRs put out the last year and the number of oil wells supposedly in production. Makes me wonder what really is going on.
I have no clue what you just said.
and about to get much cheaper.
really.
Expect a dip below .0010 today
Absolutely agree. Been watching this stock for 2 years and recognize the hype and subsequent dilution. Too bad. On the surface this company, with all it's oil wells, might have a chance to turn this into a viable company. But the pattern of diluting into every run up is pathetic.
hughe3...look at the price dropping...time to get real!
You'll be closer to .0015 than .0030.
The truth. I own millions of shares, at a bit higher price. I've seen how the company has used diluted shares to fund day-to-day operations instead of something more strategic, like acquisitons or capital investments. Everytime this stock begins to climb upward, we find out months later the company was diluting into the run. Honestly, I hope this run is for real. I have not intentions of selling.
This stock was pumped so company could dilute into the .0020's. Now that is done, watch for this to drop fast.
lock in profits now...going lower into close and much lower tomorrow.
.0015 x .0018 going lower
Drying up...heading lower, much lower..
you will see .001 before you see .004
This seems to be the pattern of late. It runs to .0015 or .002 and then drops quickly.
