Jim's August 6 announcement was just a fake announcement to give his faithful follower a change to dump their shares. Didn't really work, pps didn't rise up. There was no deal.

I don't believe Jim is a scammer. He's not smart enough for that. He's just an incompetent man who is over his head and as no clue what he is doing.

I don't think there was ever a deal on the table. Jim is just buying time and trying to avoid a fall out from the SEC. But time will catch up to him and he will have to eventually faces reality.
