I must say that selling Artemis to a 100% woman and minority owned business pretty much guarantees that they will get govt. contracts in the current political environment. I'm sure that is why that fact was specifically mentioned.
I will say after checking out CashX a little, if XALL can actually close a deal on this one it could be quite lucrative. Especially, with crypto heading into another bull market cycle instead of at the tail end of one. We'll see if it pans out. I hope for all our sakes that it does.
I stand corrected. Forgive my pessimism. I did not put the . before the ai. In my experience here, if the name does not match exactly then it is not the company you think is being acquired. In this case it seems that Cashx may be legit. As Stevie says, let's see if it actually goes through.
Least talented scam artist of the 21st century. Not even an ounce of effort to make it appear legit. Just pick the name of a defunct or nonexistent company out of a hat and exchange millions of shares for it I guess.
No such company as Cash XAI nor is there any app or kiosk that I can find. Fake news until proven wrong.
You may be right. It seems he is so angry that no one buys the BS anymore that he is willing to kill XALL and run it to no bid just to spite the shareholders.
This is getting beat up pretty bad. Even the most incompetent pink sheet CEOs do better than this guy. I think you are correct when you say it is intentionally being driven into the ground.
Is this the drop before huge earnings come out?
What are the odds of a blowout quarter on this one? Seems to me this has been being held between .002 and .003 for the last two weeks and gotten halfway decent volume for once. I give it a 70% chance there is a pump over a penny coming.
This is an absolute bloodbath.
Oh I'm not saying it will happen, just that if it did that would most likely give it a short pop enough for some to unload.
This will turn at some point. I think maybe a penny is about max on the next run, maybe less considering the amount of shares that will most likely be sold into it.
This needs a big quarter. Like 15 million revs. with 3 million in profit to get anyone to take notice and even then who knows with this track record.
Lol. I can't help but picture in my head all of these "members of the management team", driving through the night with trunk loads of paperwork to meet under a bridge at 2:00 am to burn it all.
At this point, things seem bungled so badly and all credibility has been destroyed so I guess I understand the whole let's balloon the AS and get what we can move that was PRed today.
Honestly, I don't even know how Safe Harbor covers that. It's not like the PR's state that the acquisitions are expected to be completed although there are enough of those. But the ones I'm referring to clearly state that they are completed and wholly owned, in no uncertain terms, and then somehow they aren't.
No. I'm really not excited since most of these acquisitions that get announced either produce little to no revenue or are somehow never completed even though the PR's clearly state that they have been completed are wholly owned subsidiaries. That part alone seems awful fishy to me. How can you say they are wholly owned and then 3 months later you find out the transactions were never completed? That's flat out lying on the PR's if you ask me.
It seems the CEO here is angry with the current shareholders for questioning his business prowess, so now the decision has been made to balloon the AS and really drive it into the ground as punishment. I'm really regretting thinking things were on the right track and buying that 2.5 million shares.
Agree on all points there. It is a consolidated snapshot of everything as a whole so no one knows where the money comes from or goes.
This should be at a penny minimum just based on current EPS.
I don't see how anyone can be enriched by using up the remaining shares. All 500+ million is worth about a million bucks at this price and selling them off would bring that number way down. I don't know what the heck this guy is thinking honestly but really no one gains a thing unless something positive actually comes to fruition. What company on the pinks has decent revs., is profitable with what would appear to be about .002 EPS or better with current trajectory and just lets it sit there and die without doing a thing? Mind boggling really.
We'll see. I really hope he pulls it together and gets things done because XALL should be way higher in terms of share price than where it is just based on existing numbers. All the bullsh!tting is why it sits where it does.
He says a lot of things. I'm just saying given current circumstances he doesn't really have anything left to lose so I wouldn't hold my breath for any more PR's.
Lol. I don't think we'll be seeing too many PR's.
Maybe some are making money and others are losing money and what we see as revs. are the difference. The company I work for does that. The US facility makes several million every year while the one in Canada loses a few million and the company as a whole makes whatever the difference is. We can't see under the hood so who the heck knows.
Can't go by that. We all know many buys are recorded as sells. Even HD can attest to that.
I agree with GTC here. We all would appreciate any info you are willing to provide. Hopefully, this doesn't devolve into a sh*+ slinging contest but HD does have some serious concerns here and I'm sure he's far from alone on that. Your employer, Mr. Nash, seems to have developed a major credibility problem with his recent PR's and subsequent misses on revenues. None of us here know the inner workings of the company and what lies ahead for them. I will say that these lofty revenue projections for subsidiaries have been going on for 4 years that I've seen personally. It seems things are going in the right direction with the last several quarterly reports but nowhere near the expectations set in the PR's. The wild exaggerations are most certainly causing skepticism in the investment community.
I just did some quick math and realized that at the current growth rate quarter over quarter if this SP doesn't rise XALL will have a P/E of 1. That is crazy.
It was a great Q for almost any OTC company. The problem lies in the lofty self imposed projections. Just the two companies acquired at the end of Q1 were estimated to generate 20 mil and 4 mil in 2023. That was in their press releases. They added very little in all of Q2. They could come out with huge numbers in Q3 and 4 who knows but so far they obviously aren't anywhere near that.
Possibly, but 8.5 million in revenue with over a million in profits in the first half of the year, plus quarter over quarter growth justifies a market cap considerably higher than where it sits currently in my opinion. That being said, the 10 Q was a bit of a dud vs. expectations.
Yeah, just a bit short of that 8-10 million. But, it is 24% Q over Q. The trend is definitely in the right direction but no homerun on this one.
Revenue 4.7 million for the quarter
Most likely the 10Q will come out after 10pm. tonight.
Let's see what second quarter results look like first and whether they will be on time.
Two more weeks HD. He either delivers or he doesn't. Don't lose your cool just yet.
It's probably going to just keep going down until the quarterly comes out. Looks like buyers stepped in yesterday though so probably not too much more. Like HD says 3 months with no news to help keep price up a little is not good but we all had a heads up that this was going to happen. It all hinges on what that next Q looks like mainly and whether further acquisitions come to fruition. If the Q is 8-10 million in revs and 18% profit then this will go up. If the 3 acquisitions come right after it will go up more. My bet is .10 or better if it all comes to pass. If momentum comes in and day traders start to run it up then maybe much higher than .10 but things need to line up quite nicely for that.
That response to whatever your questions were is about what should be expected. No sense being impatient here. It would be nice to get the Q early but it will most likely be right on time. It would be nice to get updates every week on various activities but we won't get them and that's fine because it has little to no effect on anything. Numbers and acquisitions that generate numbers is all that is going to move this up the ladder.
I'm all for investors trying to force accountability on a CEO if need be but pricewise I don't think updates seem to do much. We need numbers, period. If the Q shows 8-10 million or more in revs at roughly 18% profit again it will get attention. How much is the question. OTC is a popularity contest and this company is one of the nerds right now. That can change in the blink of an eye though.
Let's hope so. I have some profits earmarked for a paver driveway that won't be cheap.
No doubt this is as manipulated as can be. I personally am waiting for the day that it becomes most profitable to run this through the roof like they did on the run to .06. It will happen at some point.
