Welsh Dragon - What is your reason for believing in this stock?
rand - Suti is coming back - coming back again to fleece another crop of investors.
Orangeman - AquaStar will save the day.
mindwiz - You are not supposed to ask questions - you are just supposed to buy shares.
lukin4winners - Don't be too sure that the bottom isn't .0001
lukin4winners - What is the upside here? Please explain.
reko - I am here because I find it offensive how the management has conducted themselves over the past year. It has nothing to do with "a love of the common shareholder".
In order for a sustained share price increase you require shareholders who are willing to buy and hold. This requires some level of confidence in the company in which they are invested. The mostly loyal shareholders who were invested here close to a year waiting for Rebel Developments were blindsided with a 1:1000 Reverse Split that saw the total Common Shares Outstanding compacted to less than 1,000,000 valued at 30 cents per share.
The absolute death blow came when the CEO issued himself 500,000,000 New Common Shares and another 25,000,000 New Common Shares to an unnamed party for consulting services. I am still trying to understand how he could legally issue himself $150 million dollars of stock for "loans from himself" over the past two years that totaled only $1,141,404. The share price decline from 30 cents was merely some of these new shares being put into circulation. The "savvy" traders waited to see if the dilution would breach the .0010 Psychological Resistance. When they saw resistance holding above .001 they "brought in" driving the price to .0034 then bailed with their profits. I absolutely have no trust whatsoever in this company, and would personally never invest here under any circumstances. Don't listen to me though, because I know nothing.
mindwiz - Why would this run? Have you carefully read the filings?
Deep Space - Are you aware what Remo did after the Reverse Split?
Deep Space - My God! Look who is back. Have you made millions since you were here last?
Dear Mr. Remo - The newest group of shareholders would like to thank you. Perhaps they will average down to support your efforts.
Would anyone like to predict the closing price for tomorrow?
And now the attempted set up for tomorrow.
Technical Analysis certainly has it's place, however in this case where you have a CEO who owns 500 million common shares and has a history of perplexing behavior towards the shareholders, I would not place too much credibility in what the charts say. One very large shareholder could easily lay a trap for the "Chart Readers"
jabird - Why would the price reverse? I think you should closely read the filings and the news releases for the past year.
Let me get this straight. Are you inferring that our CEO has made some questionable decisions? Is that what you are trying to say?
Hmmm... Is a trapped shareholder actually a good shareholder in the eyes of management?
freshcoat - George! lol! How about Uncle Leo in charge! They could have written a great episode about competing companies - One run by Uncle Leo and the other run by our beloved CEO
penny haven - I actually don't believe that this is a scam. This has been too poorly orchestrated to be a scam. lol!
chriswi - As a newbie trader ten months ago I would invest in a company on this stock exchange level. Now however, I would not even consider it unless it is just for pocket change. The are far too many great companies with great management teams on higher levels that have the potential to return multiples on your investment. The environment down here is way too risky.
buffalo - Do you think the savvy ones are waiting for the trips to arrive to see what Remo does?
buffalo - you have to admit that this one was seriously lacking any finesse.
History being made here folks. This could very well be the quickest 1:1000 Reverse Split to return back to .0001. I apologize to the board for making light of the situation, however I too lost money here when the shareholders were blindsided last April. In my mind, the sooner that the price returns to .0001 the sooner that Remo will realize he has completely screwed himself. He will be sitting on hundreds of millions of shares but have absolutely no one willing to buy them.
Fara - she never ever was afloat.
freshcoat - Did you get out?
Mo - Good to see you have some fight left in you. It is of little consequence, but at least we got a chance to speak our mind. Deep Space was the smart one.
Dear Mr. Remo - Your shareholders both past and present would like to thank you.
freshcoat - look at the predictable swings in price - it was a Swing Traders Dream - If you missed a swing you knew it would always cycle again. Look at the product they have. It has been diluted, however it is expanding its markets.
freshcoat - absolutely no disrespect to you intended. I do some Opportunity Swing Trading in the lower exchanges. You have to be prepared to watch a stock closely for along period of time to determine its potential. Compare the one year charts for ADHC and (((SNDY))). Which company presented the best opportunity for your trading style?
Bobbafet - They are not investors. They are Day-traders and Opportunity Swing-Traders. They will soon realize that they are just playing with themselves and against the CEO. There was some savvy ones here earlier but I doubt whether much interests them yet.
freshcoat - just remember one of the cardinal rules of the "Flippers". "Take A Loss When It is Necessary"
freshcoat - quick flips are okay, but without the support of the buy and hold crowd, it's impossible to sustain any positive momentum, especially when the company re-releases news that is a year old.
Do any of you people closely read all the filings?
Another lull to let some false confidence build in those who have bought in this range, then continue on as before. Don't listen to me though because I know nothing.
Dear Mr. Remo - In April you virtually wiped out everyone who was willing to buy and hold your stock. Now you have all the sub-penny flippers running for cover.
Hey Mo - When Remo issued himself 500,000,000 million Common Shares after the 1:1000 Reverse Split the stock price was 30 cents. I am still trying to understand how he could legally issue himself $150 million dollars of stock for "loans" over the past two years that totaled only $1,141,404. I always held on to the hope that Rebel was a revenue generating company that was poised for growth until I asked myself an enlightening question: If you had a successful company that was focused on client satisfaction - would you want your company to be mentioned in the same sentence as American Diversified? Could you imagine how a perspective "big name" client would react after reviewing the history of American Diversified?
jimmydageek - Stock Promotion, is that what that was? lol!
findit - Good luck to you. The only problem is that there is a gazillion shares that the company wants to sell before the next reverse split and absolutely no one believes or is interested in anything the CEO has to say.
For God's sake, someone please flush the toilet.
