Just a couple last words for all the great people on this board I'll be dumping a few hundred thousand share over the next week or so. Just don't want anyone to panic it's only me moving on out of this stock, off this board and on to better things. I still believe in this company, good luck to all.
OhWell, watch out your post doesn't meet the so called requirements to be "On Topic". My 3 previous post were deleted for some reason know only to the administrator gods.
Good luck CEYY hope you get your act together and perform for the shareholders. $0.20s very possible with just a little work. FSP is doing a much better job than this board at least FSP is doing the right thing. Nice talking to everyone.
OhWell, I guess someone doesn't agree with us that my post are to subject it's pretty pathetic that even a civl discussion can't happen on this board but they will leave dumb messages that are off topic and don't contribute to any meaningful discussion, My and your response to me were all deleted what a bunch of crap!!! Talk about restriction of freedom of speech. I am totally diappointed in this board now!!!!! This post won't last long either. So good luck, I'm outta here.
If the shares do hit that price then there will be a buying frenzy!! I'll buy at least 100,000 shares myself. Maybe you should sell yours?
The Fresh Start Private $40,000 fee is actually fairly reasonable for what you get in the procedure as compared to other types of alcohol rehab programs. Passages Malibu is about $60,000/mth and requires a 30 day stay at the facility. The Betty Ford Center has a 12 step program and usually requires a 30-90 day stay depending on severity of problem, they charge $20,000 to $60,000 depending length of stay. I've had a couple former employees go thru the process and were fine until leaving the support of the facility and counselors. I have never seen anyone cured of alcoholism in a 30-60 day program. FSP combines counseling and implant for a program that last at least 6 months or more and controls the cravings for that period. At least you have a fighting chance with 6 months or more of sobriety.
It has done really well in Australia and New Zealand where the alcholism rates are high. And when combined with the counseling the 85% success rate is very plausible. My son has seen the result of his patients that have had the procedure and is very impressed with the results.
Go CEYY!!! Get the word out! so all of us can make a buck or two.
CEYY's treatment is not in pill form, it is an implant that is injected just under the skin typically in the abdomen. It takes about 200 days for it to be absorbed by the body. It has lasted for up to a year in some patients. The treatment is very effective because a patient can't forget to take his pill because it is always with them. The treatment works very well especially when conbined with counseling.
Tradertoo, haven't listened to the radio much lately but did heard one of the new ads on either KLAC or KFI, can't remember which, a couple days ago. Pretty good pitch but have heard better spots for other products.
I'm staying till this pony runs or dies in the shute. Didn't wait for 6 months for a merger to give up now. My son is still seeing patients, the procedure is being done and the company is making money. This filly is going to run (soon I hope).
But at least it's heading in the right direction today. We do need to see more PR from CEYY that would give this thing a kick in the pants. I know they are planning new ads and news but it sure seems to take them awhile to do these things.
Is it close to a full moon or what, because the stock is acting a little weird even alot of the post lately have gone wacko. If it gets much weirder I just might bail on this site, but not the stock!! It's going to fly one day, maybe not soon but one day, because I've seen what this procedure can do for an addicted person, it WORKS. That's the best PR anybody could ask for!!!!
And for your infomation marlonbrando my post #1641 that you deleted did not fit any of the catagories that are listed under the TOS rules. I find it hard to believe that a post welcoming a poster back and answering a simple question about CEYY stock qualifies a post for deletion.
With the bad financial news from Italy today and the world financial crisis that is happening it doesn't surprise me in the least that CEYY would take a dump today also. Look at all the indexes worldwide and try to find one that was up today. Difficult to find any stocks that were gainers today. I wouldn't be worried about a penny or two loss on CEYY, I'd be a heck of alot more worried about what the US and world economies are going to face in the next year with countries like Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain on the verge of bankruptcy. Fresh Start is a drop in the bucket, if it's your big investment then I wouldn't be to worried you don't have much to lose anyway.
Dream Big the word is definitely getting out. Most of the business news wires have the press release on them. Friends of mine have seen it in the local newspapers in O.C. and my son found out about it at the FSP clinic on Friday last week. I haven't heard it on Clear Channel yet but expect that will happen soon.
Dream Big, Yep my order was processed about 7:30 am today. Got in @ $0.032. Hope this thing takes off now. Be nice to watch it grow for a change.
MarlonBrando. just wondering why my post #1641 was deleted? I was welcoming back a poster who hadn't been here for a while and was trying to answer a question he had asked about why CEYY didn't post news of the merger before market close.
What was wrong with that post????
Hi Dream Big, I placed order for 10,000 shares first thing this AM. Waiting for funds tranfer then will happen. Hope share price stays down until transfer made but either way will still be a good PPS. How about you, are you jumping in for more?
Pip611, I hope your wrong, I'm buying more tomorrow as soon as the market opens. Hoping to lower my PPS.
Hi Redskin1, my 49er's got your skins today, close game!!
Preacher (Preacher2) I believe is now Kopper on this board. He went away for a while. Preacher had way more post on this board than anyone and now Kopper does.
GO CEYY !!!!!!!!!!
Dream Big, As the PR said "Fresh Start processed $1,000,000 in claims" that doesn't mean that was there income for the month. Insurance claims can take months to process before you actually receive a check. Let's say they did receive that much money in a month, their operating cost and expenses would devour a hugh percentage of that money. Add in wages, Calif. workmen's Comp, rent, insurances (liability, malpractice, etc.), Accounting fee, consulting fees, maintenance, and other outside indirect fees and charges and real soon that million dollars is gone. And we still haven't touch on interset fees and charges for borrowed monies, late payment fees, or interest on borrowed money.
Not saying they aren't making money, just saying it's not cheap to operate a business these days especially in Calif..
Redskin1, around mid September you believed that the merger would take about 3-4 months and be completed approx. the end of Oct. to mid Nov., Do you still believe this to be an accurate estimate? I still believe that it will be 4-6 months from the time FSP/CEYY file an application to merge. The state of Neveda requires them to file an application before starting the merge. I haven't found an application being filed in Neveda for such a merger. The state may keep them private until the merger is complete. I'm still looking but haven't found anything yet!! This should be a very simple merger for experienced management professionals but can be a very frustrating process for anyone not experienced in the process..
Any thoughts??
Dream Big, I'm pretty sure they are still in business. I know people who work there and who performs the procedure for FSP. The people that I know are performing work, processes and procedures on a daily basis. And they are being paid for their work and services. Now that doesn't mean that the plug can't be pulled tomorrow but I'm pretty sure it's safe for the short term. If CEYY were to close the doors they would be liable to and have to provide any contractual services to any exisiting patients that are currently under their care. So I think we would hear of any closures before they really happen.
I haven't, but I know someone who does the procedure on a regular basis and they are being paid for their services. Any questions??
Just curious, has anyone every talked to the new CFO Patrick Brown? He has been awful quite for a CFO and why haven't we seen a 8K report filed for him. I know it's old news but shouldn't we have seen the federal filing for him by now?
fluphit I would like to trade info with you you can send it to an old account I have at Tubby61451@aol.com. Thanks
trader, sounds like you have experience with the federal bureaucracies as well.
I agree, its good that CEYY has its house in order and is basically ready to proceed. I'm somewhat worried about Fresh Start Private Inc. They will have to be audited and may have to file a 10K report (not sure) before merger can proceed. Since both companies are small the merger should be fairly simple and should only take the 3-4 months as you said. But my experience with State and Federal bureaucracies I'm thinking in the 4-6 months from date of merger application.
Redskin1, I'm not sure of all the forms and the order they have to be filed but a merger can be a very complex and extensive process. Alot has to do with how each entity is organized and how they're setup under state and federal law. Different laws and requirements if the companies are set up as Corporations (Corp or Inc.), Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), Limited Partnership (LP or LLP) or Company etc. Then you're also dealing with different governmental agencies, State and Federal. Since CEYY is incorporated in Neveda they would have to comply with Neveda law as well.
I have been involved with a couple merger/acquistions during my tenure with Hughes/Boeing, from the engineering side. Mergers can be tidious lengthy processes especially for the unfamiliar and inexperienced.
And these radio ads are not aired for free. Clear channel is in the business of making money and wouldn't be airing ads for FSP if they weren't being paid. If CEYY doesn't have income then where is the funds coming from? FSP is paying for the commercials as well as all other operating expenses. That sure sounds like a committment to a business merger and CEYY to me.
Alias, the last number I have is 949 209-8964. Don't know if it's good any longer, haven't tried to call in a long while. I do know that calling the Clinic number doesn't do any good at all. The receptionist doesn't know anything about helping investors and all she can do is pass along your message which doesn't help most of the time. She tries but can't control none response from management.
Oh Well, you are correct that the private side is the only one showing activity. If this thing was a scam as some on this board has suggested why would the private side be spending money on ads for the public side? Why would they spend thousands of dollars just to support something that they want to milk dry and kill. Why would they want to spend thousands on rent, material, labor, utilities, insurance, telephones, computers, and a hundred other exspensives just to kill it off. That makes as much sense as some of the post on this board about scams, thefts, fools, and people being suckered.
The maturity level of some of the investors here just stuns me. Because they made a mistake by buying into this stock they can't accept the responsibility for their own actions and they try to blame everyone except themselves. I don't care if FSP closed the doors tommorrow and took all the funds and left the country. It wouldn't be their fault that I lost my investment it would be MINE. If I get stung in that manner then it's my fault for not doing my homework, not doing a better DD. When are these individuals going to get a clue that no one twisted their arm to buy into this and that it was their decision alone.
Dang, I'm not used to all these positive post. You guys have got me so pumped about this stock again I think I'll cash in all my aluminum cans this weekend and put in a buy order for a couple thousand more shares on Monday!!!!! What the heck it's only money.
Boatingboy, sorry I missed your post, not ignoring you.
During any kind of business acquisition or merger there are many different rules and regulations depending on the type of business it is. Obvisously a government/military type business would have many different reqirements than a commercial oriented company. Being involved with the gov/mil side I'm not up on commercial laws and regs. But I would suggest that they would be similiar in many ways. Some info about a sale or meger would not be permitted by federal regulations while some would be required to be made public via Federal 10Q and 8K reports and filings. I guess what I saying is that we could get some info before during and after the merger but not to the detail that some on this board would want. FSP would not want to make public certain business plans, operational infomation or certain financial facts. Hope this helps!!
I'm going long and deep!! Hoping for a Hail Mary. Maybe FSP can pull this out of the fire.
69 Mustang? Love to have one myself, I'd park it next to my 31 Ford Roadster. I'm a gearhead from a way back.
You are right. You would think that someone at FSP would know what's required to complete a basic merger. And if they don't then you would hope that they have enough sense to hire a good lawyer that could help them through the process. Anytime you deal with the Federal Government the paper work can be overwhelming, but not impossible. It takes alot of hard work and dedication, but expect delays due to the federal bureaucracy and oversight. Been there, done that, many times with Hughes/Boeing before retirement.
At this point in the month I really don't expect to hear from FSP about the merger. I suspect that there are other issues that FSP hasn't anticipated and are causing them grief with the merger. Before retirement I worked for Hughes/Boeing for 33 years and was involved in several business selloffs, acquistions and mergers. All have their own set of problems and issues. And then add in the government red tape and regulations you've got yourself a hand full of work. There were many times that we thought we were close to finalizing the deal when a new critical issue would appear and bite us in the butt. So it doesn't surprise me that an inexperienced management like FSP is having so many problems.
Fido, you are correct that FSP is private and wouldn't have to show income but unfortunate for us we own stock in CEYY the public side. The income and business potential from this proceedure is hugh. It's very frustrating seeing how poorly this company has been run so far.
I'm here also because I believe that a merger will eventually happen and because I believe in the procedure and process. My son's clinic is under contract with Fresh Start and has done the procedure. They were associated with Fresh Start before the first IPO's were offered. He has seen the results of the implant on his patients, the implant and process "WORKS".
It sure would be nice to have some communication from them especially since Aug 31st is quickly approaching.
Fido, All of us sure agree that some communications would go a long way about now, it sure would help to restore some confidence in this thing. But I have a feeling that they have alot more problems than just the merger. I know that they have been doing medical exams, the medical procedure and supportive counseling and that they have filed insurance claims for those services. All of this work has been done in the last quarter but the last 10Q report shows no income or generated revenue. There should be some income unless the insurance companies are not paying the claims. If they aren't paying then Fresh Start would be in a world of hurt with no income and bills to pay.
If they have done something illegal then they should be reported and prosecuted. I'm sure that if they have done something illegal then there will be charges filed and I, for one, will be happy to supply any info I have to that process. But until then I'll watch this thing live or die, whatever!!!! As bad as this company has been managed I still refuse to call them crooks or thieves or the stock POJ or POS until there is positive proof of such. I refuse to judge, thats God's place not mine. If I get stuck for a loss then it's my fault and no one elses. Nobody twisted my arm to buy this stock, did someone twist tours?
You know Preacher, I have a address in Maui Hawaii but it doesn't mean that I live there or even own property there. And it doesn't mean that I'm a crook either!!!!
