Took an initial position today of 250K. Wish I could've been in earlier like most of you but I still feel this is at an incredible price.
What isn't being talked about is the $1 million load from B & L. They will now not be converting this to stock anytime soon, and some major things will have to happen in order for them to begin selling even if they do convert.
People on here were claiming that they would be converting 454 million shares and diluting this stock in March.
Not happening!!!!
Very good news that is being overlooked.
FACT, not just IMHO.
When you loan your business money you are required to charge interest.
http://darnalltaxandaccounting.com/taxtips/summer%20tt%202007%20bus.pdf
This also allows the company to write off that interest come tax time. A little DD goes a long ways.
The news on the convertible note is extremely positive. What is the response from those claiming that we'd see 454 million shares dilute the market on March 1st?????? This was posted as "fact"......
AAPT moving forward!
FACT and not just in my honest opinion.
That's really good news. I saw the post from Sereal... was this just an email sent from the company?
Please provide proof that there is a lawsuit against Petsmart. I have spoken with Joel and he says this is another lie from Eric. What makes Eric credible?
Bank,
I have been a shareholder since early last year and never received the supposed "letter" from Eric mentioned in this article. He stated that it was sent to all shareholders of record.
Hmmmmmmm
Not to rain on your parade but please do a little better research before posting.
AAPT leases a portion of the building that Olsen works in. In fact if you call Olsen they will confirm that All American Pet is there.
Mods: All posts that are proven to be flat out untrue should be deleted.
I asked them this. I was told they weren't ready to release the numbers yet as multiple PO's for Walmart were still coming in and being filled. Walmart doesn't do 1 large purchase order for all of their DC's, instead it is broken down into seperate orders. I'm not sure if it is each DC having to place a PO.
Information from my call to AAPT today:
Walmart orders are being filled. They confirmed that the product is in fact going to all 42 DC's. No timeline for when the product reaches the shelves.
Central Pet Distribution is also going to be carrying Nutrabars, Giant Eagle will be receiving Nutrabars.
Can you provide proof that there is a lawsuit? When I talked to AAPT they stated there is no lawsuit against PETCO. Just more lies from Eric.
According to Joel, they produced over 1million bars roughly 1-2 weeks ago.
All fine and dandy. My initial purchase was last Feb. I never felt the need to post my DD because others did such a great job until this "letter" came out. Like I said doubt me all you want, but my timeline will be spot on for placement of nutrabars. All I'm trying to do is prevent the masses from complaining when they don't see them on shelves in 2-3 weeks like they did with Pawtizer.
I've worked with many of these stores. Some do not always require POG's and some do.
Convincing you is no big deal to me but I've done my DD and want expectations for placement to be realistic for investors. There is nothing wrong with the product not being on the shelves until March.
Maybe you can contribute some useful information as I have. Just look back about a week and a half ago, I posted some great DD that I did regarding AAPT and all of it has come true. Keep doubting me.
Attention: My information comes directly from Walmart. The stores will know by mid-february the new skus that they will be carrying with placement in March.
Contact Walmart like I did a few weeks ago. Their whole store is set by planograms which they revise several times a year. This is when they introduce new products. The next change is March. So yes, that is "all" I can come up with.... that and informing everyone on this board that this was about to happen last week.
As an FYI:
Walmart puts their new planograms in place in March. I would not anticipate seeing the bars on shelves until then. Hopefully everyone doesn't freak out when they aren't available 2 weeks from now.
There is no lawsuit against "PetCo". The only reason you state that is because you read the rumor on here. People, do some "dd" before making accusations like that in a public forum please!
No worries. I just wanted to make sure everyone understood that I wasn't just a "pumper" and saying things were a 100% go. I try to pass along whatever I learn and let people decide for themselves.
Well put. If someone is worried about this stock and heavily invested they should call Joel and ask away rather than rely on negatives/positives posted on here for their decision-making.
You clearly took my post wrong. I was not saying they were "for sure" going to be there. I'm saying that if they are we won't see them until March. Also that managers are not informed of what new products (ALL new products) they will eventually carry. However by mid-february they should be able to provide us with a "yes" or "no" on carrying Nutrabars.
Thats just when new planograms for their entire store take place. Managers don't even know what the layout will be until mid-february. This is when planograms become brand specific.
Walmart info:
The next set of planograms for Walmart go live in March. Per my conversation with a store manager she would know by mid-february at the latest which new products the store will by carrying.
I want to reiterate: this was only for Chewies due to the "ziploc" style seal that is needed.
Most of the "ziploc" (not sure how else to refer to it) seals for packages are produced over there. I don't see it being a big deal if the packaging is produced there as long as the food isn't.
They said that's what they worked on at K-State. To clarify: He didn't say they had a PO, just that Walmart wanted a "fresh" batch to review first.
Chewies appear to be next in line.
I can't recall if he stated or not. Joel was not short of words and it is hard to be exact on all of the information.
I'd suggest to anyone with questions to just go ahead and call. Joel seemed more than willing to talk and understood my frustration.
Just because I took the effort to make a simple phone call today and then inform everyone of what I was told leads to me being attacked.
No I am not with the company. Yes I own some shares and have also sold some. I'm "iffy" on things like everyone else but one thing I will not do is hold back what I learn.
Funny. Is that you Eric?
It was Joel I talked to. Told you I didn't remember the name, don't know why "larry" sounded familiar.
They have also signed a deal with a company out of India to produce their packaging for Chewies. He said they will reduce costs by 30%.
I wasn't going to post but since the another letter from Eric is going around I thought I'd share my convo (larry i think is his name) I had this morning:
AAPT is currently putting together their 8K - Should be out this week. They are holding off other PR's until after this is out.
Production took place at Kansas State University (using their extruders), currently they have 2 replacement parts that they are waiting on for the extruders in Shawnee. That is why they are not being produced there yet. Walmart requested a "fresh" batch, they will be having representatives look over the product before they place a PO.
They were expecting the arrest warrant to be issued against Eric any day now. Also have forwarded information regarding insider trading to the authorities. They specifically mentioned NITE. Eric had also demanded a raise from the company before he was subsequently fired. Eric agreed to return the computer (which had all of the quickbooks info)if AAPT dropped their charges against him, which the company declined to do.
He has not taken a salary in 6 months and says he's not doing this for the current salary but the future payout with the success of the company.
Their PR girl was fired due to not gaining more exposure through print media along with other areas. One of the employees was not paid 1 weeks wages due to taking time off despite not having any vaca time from the company yet.
There was much more information and I'm trying to recall it the best I can.
I received the same information that someone posted earlier about the time-frame for Pawtizer in Giant Eagle. Here is the response:

I am guessing Kohls. Under their 5-year growth plan they specifically state growth to $24 billion.
Just a guess. Target would be great though!
There are a minimum of 150 cases on each pallet. They are stacked at least 5x5 and possibly 5x6 (I can't really see whether it's five or six), and six rows high.
That means at least 900 canisters per pallet. I can count roughly 37 in that picture alone, plus you can kind of see more shelving behind the clearly visible ones.
So just shy of 35,000 canisters visible.
We need some volume and interest in this stock...... Wowza should switch from DYNV to SIPN on his board.
I agree it could be too cheap. It depends on what other distribution news they come out with in the coming weeks. I won't touch these shares until after april 1st with the hopes of bigger/better news.
Nations Largest Wholesale Grocery Distributor is C&S Wholesale Grocers. If that's who they have an agreement with it would be great news. C&S distributes to both Target and Kroger in select states. I've been in since .0037 with no plans to sell until at least .03
