Correct me if I'm wrong but Agigoo's business model is to sell machines not crude true???
You mean they make actual fuel?
Something end users can actually use?
Not Peanut Butter??
Good thing the Agigoo company isn't a public company the SEC would be all over that.
Javaco was located in Ohio.
Thanks
for the 2k at 1.21 who ever that was.
If its a pump and dump scam why bother buying equipment at all?
Just get a computer with photoshop and mock up some pictures while you sit in your garage and collect investor monies.
Similar to the way other Scam artists short stocks and then attempt to scare investors of Real Companies out of their money by posting disinformation.
Bummer I was looking forward to shorting it.
I wonder how much is left of the 45 million they raised.
Nice! Now if Agigoo could only sell some of their expensive equipment to someone that actually has money maybe the VC's that put money into them wouldn't have to worry about the impending Bankruptcy.
HMM Didn't some people get information about FB (Face Book) ahead of the IPO isn't that an FD violation??????
it won't matter soon what agigoo pays for plastic because they will be filing for bankruptcy since they can't seem to sell their expensive machines to anyone that can actually get financing.
With the executives protected behind the cloak of a private company who knows how much they are lining their pockets with.
It will probably turn out to be another Solyndra with the VC's holding the bag wondering what happened.
that sounds pretty scary, they may need Institutional Investors to buy that many shares.
I wonder where they will ever find Institutional Investors.
I think it is was more a function of the Settlement with the SEC
I guess we shall see in the days/weeks ahead....
I'd rather have JB focused on Technology and Deal making let a seasoned vet deal with the day to day business issues.
John stepping down to CTO says to me that an SEC settlement is coming.
Shorts may want to cover. LOL
looks like the old pakit products are available again.

It seems to me that your "Smart Money" will be in trouble soon if they aren't already with that recent move by Agigoo to sell units at cost(since the units aren't selling). This is a move that reeks of desperation.
Agigoo probably doesn't really make anything anyway, with their ties to Waste Management and the documented ties they have to Organized crime, chances are its just a money laundering front for them. JMHO of course
Its actually working out really well.
I've made a ton of money on it and have Tons of negative cost shares. The way it looks I'll be making a ton more with the way that processor eats plastic.
Hows it working out for you?
I guess you didn't understand the question, it was why would they bother buying expensive test equipment if it is a scam?
If JBI were a SCAM
why in the world would they spend the money for all of that test equipment in the trailer to test fuel that doesn't exist?
The Gas Chromatograph in the discovery channel video at 2:37 with Mr. Kurp walking past has to be worth close to $20k.
Maybe John isn't making fuel he has those large drums setup with the large burners to cook loads of Hot Dogs to sell over at the Falls to Tourists.
I don't have to prove anything.
The lawsuit is interesting. Maybe the lawyer is giving him a kick back from the fees.
Erwin is a smart guy and was a machine operator at Pakit as well as a maintenance guy so think about it.
Sorry Janice your wrong just because something doesn't work out doesn't mean there wasn't a planned use for it.
Just like if you plan on using an actor for a commercial and before the ad campaign the person dies. That doesn't mean you didn't plan on making use of it.
You seem to be very sadly mistaken.
JBI was going to use the media credits to promote the PAK-IT products and I clearly remember an Infomercial being made and an 800 number being setup to take retail orders.
Not sure what happened but after it aired consumers were calling in but the 800 number was never setup correctly.
So there WAS a use for the Media Credits.
I certainly didn't make my decision to buy JBI stock based on them. But you seem to be making your investment decision on them.
Good Luck with that....
Thanks for the notes!
There was also a mention of redundant towers in the event one fails.
"I am not a welder and do not know whether the above (isolationn walls, ventilation would work). I don't even know who ensures that safe practises are followed on the site. I suppose that is part of the building permitting process. In the environments I am in it is a unionized environment. Workers have the right to refuse unsafe work. We have meetings and discuss safety every day at 7:30 AM. If you don't work safely you get written up and eventually fired. "
Since your not a matter expert in this area I will defer to John's ability to judge what needed to be done. Looking at the sleek clean design in the provided pictures I'd say the JBI crew has done an excellent job putting them together.
I'm with you Z.
It seems to me Waste Managments investment in Agigoo equals WM (Wasted Money).
WM runs alot of their trucks on Nat Gas now, They Should be talking to JBI to power their trucks with the off gas.
WM CEO was just on Mad Money a lot of mention on recycling and Nat gas trucks but no mention of their supposed great investment in Agigoo. He's probably too embarrassed to to admit he's invested in his Solyndra.
Lol
I guess they would be wise to pump the partners they dumped money into hoping to recoup their losses.
Risi,
Maybe WM is just pissed they weren't chosen....
Large organizations like WM make huge mistakes all of the time. Look at the money the US Govt. gave to Solyndra. I wonder how long it will take WM to discover they have invested in their Solyndra.
LOL
I guess that will put Agigoo out of business.
Nobody will want a machine that makes goo when they can't sell the goo.
I have to say scion your on the ball finding things!
as stated before my shares are at a negative cost because I was in very early and sold on the run up to $7 and have repurchased.
I'll be laughing all the way to the bank for a very long time here.
nateeeee
very nice gain of $300 (is that 300%? oh wait that's Kez math)
my LONG is up over $30,000 today LOLOLOLOLOL
Go JOHN Go
HMMMM I wonder how that map overlays with the locations of Rock Tenn???
The last time I checked JBI seems to be doing what they want to do which is sell fuel made from plastic.....
Lets see what does Agiliyx want to do? Last time I checked that is selling expensive goo makers that their Investors don't even want to buy LOL........
and apparently Agiliyx doesn't even make goo really since their machine is off the majority of the time.
Agilyx Corporation?
is that the company that Waste MGMT invested millions in but hasn't ordered 1 machine yet????? They don't seem to have much confidence in the product.....
Where did the millions invested go??? Executive compensation perhaps? It certainly hasn't gone into building machines to sell LOL...
Maybe this will be Waste Mgmts Solindra they will be looking under left over piles of goo to see if they can find any of their investment dollars
Arvitar
re: List of credible entities who have invested MANY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN AGYLIX:
I see Waste Managment has invested millions, they must really love that company.
How many machines have they committed to buy from Agylix???
If Ms. Laws loses this case she could be resposible for JBI's legal fees....

III. DAMAGES OR OTHER RELIEF
reasonable attorneys’ fees and other expenses associated with defending this lawsuit as the prevailing parties.
my original shares had an avg cost of .88 and I sold 1/2 over 6 so I currently have a negative cost, no way to lose ;)
