DNA Studios is a fantastic mobile game development team, the properties and games we have will move the company to the next level and deliver on the aggressive financial targets we have put upon ourselves however, we are missing a large part of the new gaming revolution that is currently taking place. The Web. Social gaming through Facebook, Bebo and now Google+ are big business, Zynga (the biggest player in this market) are just about to IPO and raise $1,000,000,000 based on a valuation of $20 BILLION!
This is obviously something DNA are actively interested in, however, ramping up a team to tackle this market would simply take us too long to get a game to market and may mean us missing the boat altogether with the current players in the market acquiring a player base they can market to, learning best practices and (most importantly) building newer and better games based on their experience in the market right now.
So this leads us back on the acquisition trail, looking at developers who currently have games in the market or the tech in place to get a game into the market quickly. Developers with experience and ideas that we feel will work. Also, developers that see the tech we already have and can help us bring the Slam Engine into the web world to help us deliver the next generation of social games.

Growth of DNA Dynamics
When Appache Mobile (now DNA Interactive) reversed into DNA Dynamics back in January we soon realised that for the business to grow to the level we wanted to achieve we would need to acquire other companies and bring them into the DNA family. We chose acquisitions over organic growth due to the fast pace of the industry we're in, hiring a development team and expecting them to deliver one let alone eight titles in the first 9 months would have been a huge challenge.
When we met the team at Slam (now DNA Studios) we knew within an hour that this had to be our first acquisition. The experience of the team, the tech they had developed and the crossover with the publishing arm all made perfect sense. We've since grown the team within the Studio and though they are still a small (now 6 man) team we can develop 3-5 games simultaneously.

It's not just companies we're out to acquire, we're still very much in the trenches for licensed properties – the Naked Gun resonates with so many people all over the world – we want other licenses that will do exactly the same to a different demographic. We're also on the hunt for IP, brands and licenses that we can purchase outright – this is where we will build long term value to the company. Having great games based on strong IP that DNA owns outright gives us a much larger piece of the financial pie and that will translate directly to our balance sheet.

So true. Great time to accumulate.

My fidelity acct shows it updated and I can place a sell order and it doesn't cancel.. Order not showing on L2 either.
Zecco shows CVSLYZ and it's not updated.
Rapid Application Development
Nice read on the SLAM engine at work

I like this also
"DNA Studios has created more than 15 games across seven platforms in three years including titles for some large TV brands and intellectual property holders."

Thanks dancingblonde... I hope so too!
Yeah, I got with Zecco because the commission fee was low and no restrictions on pennies. LOL, I had sold some CVSL on the morning of the name change (remember CVSLXZ) and the next day I woke up to a margin call in the amount of 12K due to having a short position opened on CVSL or something like that (I don't think retail can even short pennies). When I called I could tell they didn't have the best customer service. After 30 minutes they finally got it figured out, and I concluded with "It's not a smart idea to short a company that will blow up when you least expect it. Do yourself a favor and buy some shares while the prices are low" She laughed ... I couldn't help it lol
And I didn't know they could freeze you up to 3 weeks. Ugh, not liking Penson.
I'm glad it will be behind us also. I'm in for the long haul. The DD I've read on this board and the DD I've done makes me classify CVSL as a long term investment.
GLTA and have a nice night!
Thanks for the extra info JT.
And OUCH! to your example. I know it's an extreme, but yikes that would hurt.
Yeah, I'm transferring my Zecco account over to Etrade. They halted trading on one of my other stocks (that every other broker I have trades fine with) so I'm done with them. Hopefully they let me transfer over since I still have 4 or 5 positions that I don't plan on selling soon.
CVSL.... this should get very interesting tomorrow
Have a nice night all!
I believe you will only experience the large trade fee if it is not DTC eligible
Dear,
Penson Financial Services, Zecco Trading’s clearing firm, has recently implemented two new policies which impact Zecco customers who trade low priced equities (stocks priced under $1.00 per share, commonly called “Penny Stocks”). These policy changes were necessary due to the significant risks, costs and increasingly burdensome regulatory requirements related to trading these equities.
Briefly, these policies relate to:
Settlement fees for non-DTC-eligible equities
Potential “buy-in” of low priced equity transactions based on NSCC requirements
These new policies impact the customers of all brokers clearing through Penson Financial, including Zecco Trading. Included below is a brief outline of these policies. Please read our Low Priced Equities Disclosures to thoroughly familiarize yourself with all the aspects and implications of the policies.
Settlement Fees for Non-DTC-Eligible Equities
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTC) provides electronic clearing and settlement for equities, bonds and other securities. The vast majority of equities traded by Zecco Trading customers are DTC-eligible. However, certain low priced equities are not DTC-eligible or have had their eligibility revoked. The DTC eligibility of any given equity can change over time.
Settlement of non-DTC-eligible requires physical processing, which can result in significant execution, deposit, transfer agent and other fees. The fees generated by the settlement of these physical positions are passed through by our clearing firm, Penson Financial, directly to our customers - neither Zecco Trading nor Penson mark up these fees.
Customers who trade non-DTC-eligible securities are responsible for these fees, which can be as high as $700.00 per trade.Orders that require executions with multiple contra-parties will result in settlement fees for each separate transaction. These charges may not be immediately charged to your account following a trade, as Penson may receive notice of such fees as much as three weeks later. Zecco Trading reserves the right to withhold funds in a customer’s account pending potential assessment of fees.
It is your responsibility to investigate the eligibility status of a low-priced equity before trading it. You may consult the Known Non-DTC Eligible List in our Disclosures Page or contact the specific company whose equity in which you intend to trade to confirm eligibility. Please note that there is no guarantee that the Known Non-DTC Eligible List will contain a complete and updated list of non-DTC-eligible stocks.
Potential Buy-In of Low Priced
Equity Transactions Based on NSCC Requirements
The National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) provides a guarantee of completion for certain transactions for broker-to-broker trades. The NSCC imposes additional deposit requirements on Penson based on the sell volume of low priced equities, in order to limit settlement risk.
When a customer sells more than 25% of the average daily trading volume (ADV) of a single equity in a three-day settlement period, that security may be “bought-in” by Penson up to three business days later without notice. A group of unrelated customers collectively trading more than 25% of a security’s ADV across all brokerages clearing through Penson can also trigger this policy. The ADV is calculated over the last rolling 20 business days.
Although this occurrence is rare, customers selling low priced equities must be aware of the risk a buy-in would occur without notice.

Sweet!
Whoa VIGS!
Nice jump yesterday. Still holding all...
Exactly! The accum/dist line on the charts also proves this.
It's summer and a lot of my stocks volume is drying up as well. Should pick up towards end of next month.
Also.. not much want to buy in this volatile market .. I love it but a lot would rather sit on the sidelines until they find that a definitive trend is in place.
I'm still amazed how this stock didn't drop back to .20 .. shows the strength .. it actually dropped when the whole market did.
A lot of potential .. can't say that about much in pennyland!
Accum/Dist looking very good still...
Yup, trading should pick up soon. Perfect opportunity for us longs to pick up shares on the cheap right now.
Have a nice night all

Did get quiet around here.. I'm still in ... and still buying

Brazilians dominated big time!
Good card.
I just tested by putting in a sale and got this on Zecco.
Sell DNAD 10000 Shares
Limit $0.15 DAY
Notes All trading on this stock is halted
Etrade I can buy without issue. Fidelity I can buy/sell without issue. Don't have any DNAD shares in etrade to test selling them.
DNA Dynamics go to Gamescom New Blog Post
http://www.dnadpk.com/dna-dynamics/blog/bid/64233/DNA-Dynamics-go-to-Gamescom
If you are looking to attend the worldwide event of the year where games business leaders and consumers meet, Gamescom is it. To give you an idea of the attendance, last year's figures were phenomenal with 254,000 visitors, more than 4,400 journalists and 505 exhibitors from 33 countries attending making this the largest VideoGames show in the world. It's the who's who of the gaming world and you will regularly bump in to some of the key players as awestruck by the scale of the event as the normal consumer is.
Our meetings involved small games developers looking to take their games to a wider audience as well as meetings which included taking major record labels an working with them on future music titles from DNA Studios. This space is wide open and it is just as feasible for small companies like DNA to go after major deals as it is for thelarger boys to take them. What rang out loud and clear from those we spoke to was that our major advantage was our delivery times. Our time to market and ability to monetize titles quickly will win us deals. It's a sure thing. The Naked Gun announcement put us in a good light too. Expect interesting news and announcements regarding conversations had and deals signed within the next quarter.

Etrade. $500 minimum deposit to activate account (acct doesn't need to always have a minimum of $500)
Or transfer your Zecco account to Etrade and that will activate the account as well.

Same here, my first big buy was at like .016 a couple of months back.
I've been adding all day. Loving these prices.
I'm going to Las Vegas tomorrow as well. Bringing my brother out for his 21st bday. Have fun!

Nice volume today!
Glad I picked up some more to add to the stash
CVSL
They are talking about the market makers. You can see there activity on L2.
Somebody was going through AUTO to unload. I think VFIN was the one sitting on the ask with a lot of shares.
128k left on AUTO
I Heart DNAD
I can't stop reading the blog post
New website up and game development deal signed with Kiz Studios (I'm sure bigger deals are in the works as well)
I could care less about this price action. Sure it's BS, but most of the people that post here seem to be in it for the long haul. I know I am.
For now, I'll be happy to accumulate shares at .01 or under.
Go DNAD
I agree. Most are just impatient and want to move on to something else. I prefer to hold on to companies that actually have something going on.
Patience is key here. I bought shares knowing I was holding for the long run so price action doesn't worry me at this time.
Sweet prices! I picked up more.
CVSL
Should be any time now :)
DNAD and CVSL are my long term holds.
It's older .. from back in March

Exactly what I was thinking. Maybe a nice jump to .03 and pullback and start trading in the 2-3 cent range.
DNAD
I have been loading too!
Definitely difficult to gauge where we may end up .. the accum/dist line is crazy. Once we break this tight range I think the leash comes off and off we go.
I didn't have L2 back when they did E3 so I couldn't see that, but I don't think they would be selling more shares. They just got done returning I think 40mil back to treasury.
Either way Gamescon is another way to achieve more exposure for our great little company which will raise investor awareness of DNAD.
I'll keep letting DNAD do it's thing since everything seems to be getting done correctly so far.
Have a great weekend all.
Yup I think we were both AUTO since my bid disappeared and his upped at the same price. Seems like it was getting taken down in the last minute though. 40k shares at .011 and 3 seconds before the bell 40k at .01
DNAD will be awesome next week. I'll be getting ready for my Vegas trip next Friday .. woo woo!
Yup, I'm liking the volume here today. They weren't showing my bid at .0095 when it dropped down to .0092...I smacked the ask for some .01's though
DNAD
yea, not liking VFIN today
Something is definitely cooking up!!!!
DNAD
I believe they may have released shares into the market on our last run (fly, vita, dolfan, ragi .. correct me if I'm wrong), but it may have been to raise money to get to E3 or for financing.
Since then they have done some share structure work and returned shares to the treasury.

And definitely NO, I don't think anybody is being paid to post for DNAD's benefit. I can never be sure, but I've been on this board for the past couple of months and it has to have some of the least "pumpish" talk I've seen on any ihub penny stock board.
I think everyone just knows what they have and are very excited for what is to come.
DNAD
That's why I always cover what I invest if it shoots up and take a little profit. Takes a lot of emotion out of the trade and it's always nice to freeride.
I'm here for the long haul and will continue adding. Getting close to 300k, but would really like to reach a position of 1mil before we start our quest to dollar land.
I think on the next jump it will stick. We've been consolidating and trading in this tight range for so long DNAD is bound to explode sooner or later.
This board has got to be filled with some of the most polite and knowledgable ppl on iHub. Very professional and very strong longs. We all know why we're here.
DNAD
Yup, a lot got burned on SAV*
You will be happy with DNAD. They seem to be doing everything right and heading in the right direction. Hot sector and tons of potential

Made sure this ended up green today.
Once fidelity allows me to do penny trading I will hit it with more.
But I put in an order for 10k shares at .01 .. they filled at .0094
Ahhh it's nice to end green when everything else is a bloodbath
