Someone just bought shares at .399
I caught on to the "monster" deal as well...if its official it will be huge...
I'm kinda excited to see what other products SMS Audio will be bringing to the market.
Thats understandable. Im sure a lot of people will be selling to not lose anymore and some buying to average down or because it has become an attractive pps to buy in to them.
Im in the same boat I'm kinda on lock down until the end of the month but if its anywhere under 10 cent at the end of the month I will be buying a very large amount.
Yup, but let them dump, this only means we are about to get shares extremely cheap!!!

TV Goods, Inc. Clarification of Its Relationship with 50 Cent's SMS Audio, LLCFont size: A | A | A
9:07 AM ET 5/9/11 | Marketwire
TV Goods, Inc. ("TV Goods"), a direct response marketing organization and wholly owned subsidiary of H & H Imports, Inc. (OTCBB: HNHI), in response to what it feels is some confusion in the market, has issued a clarification of its relationship with 50 Cent and SMS Audio, LLC ("SMS"), an affiliate of rapper and business-mogul 50 Cent.
On Friday, Sleek Audio LLC issued a press release stating that it had terminated its relationship with 50 Cent and his companies and that Sleek had also terminated an earlier tri-party deal between Sleek, G-Unit LLC (a company owned by 50 Cent) and TV Goods. In actuality, it was G-Unit that terminated a Brand Licensing Agreement that it had entered into with Sleek, which termination automatically triggered the termination of the earlier announced tri-party agreement.
However, not long after the termination of the tri-party agreement, TV Goods and 50 Cent, via his affiliate company, SMS Audio, LLC, entered into a Term Sheet for the two parties to continue joint efforts to produce and distribute a direct response television infomercial to globally market a wireless over-the-ear headphone product offered or sold by SMS that is endorsed by and/or and bears the name of "50 Cent." Sleek is not a party to that Term Sheet.
The original Term Sheet, as previously announced, was strictly limited to marketing the "Sleek by 50" product and was dependent upon SMS and Sleek reaching an agreement on the acquisition of rights to that product. Under the revised Term Sheet, the definition of "Product" is now not restricted to an over-the-ear headphone product only from Sleek but now includes an over-the-ear headphone product offered or sold by SMS that is endorsed by and/or and bears the name of "50 Cent." This could result in getting a product to market sooner. It also removes the requirement that SMS first reach an understanding with Sleek. Now that is no longer required to be accomplished before TV Goods and SMS move forward on a product.
50 Cent, through his affiliate organizations, remains a significant shareholder of TV Goods, owning 7.5 million shares and 22.5 million warrants, which he, via his affiliate G-Unit, purchased for $750,000.
At the time the term sheet was originally announced 50 Cent stated, "I feel TV Goods is the right partner for direct response marketing of our first audio product. This is their specialty. I know quality sound equipment, and TV Goods knows how to bring it to consumers through their living rooms."
When the terms of the arrangement were updated, Kevin Harrington, Chairman of TV Goods, in a previous press release said, "We love working with 50 and hope to expand our collaboration with him to other categories of products."

I'm staying...even if it drops I'm not going anywhere...would like to get more shares actually...
Exactly my thoughts...Headphones will be dropping...don't know it they will be wireless or made by Sleek for that matter. Anyone have any research on SMS Audio?
Yea once news gets out the stock will drop IMHO...i still do believe he will be releasing headphones...If you look at the news this morning versus the previous news the difference in the language is the acquisition of the Sleek by 50 from Sleek Audio was no longer a factor in the two (SMS Audio and TVG) coming together to do business.
What I take from this, and this is all my opinion, is we will not get a headphone designed by Sleek Audio, but in turn get something designed by SMS Audio, At this point I would like to know will it have the wireless capabilities as Sleek and the same quality. I do believe they wills till be released through TVG which is great but I would like to know more about them. If anybody hears anything different please chime in....
Tried to tell everyone to be patient....knew the headphones were coming...
In the same boat...kicking myself i would love to add to my shares at this moment. I jumped in when it was 5 cent and 55 cent looks real delicious now as well.
Imho...at this stage in the game we're all waiting until they become available sometime at the end of the summer...i'd rather hold on to my shares until i hear something official either way...but if the deal isn't gonna get done there was no point in the CES show in Vegas or starting the preliminary agreements with HNHI. Everyone is entitled to their opinion until we hear the fact but once again until they come out I know where I reside in respect to my shares in the company.
Just a side note: Im sure Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, DJ Whoo Kid and a few others have stock in HNHI as well...in fact in his last radio interview that someone on here posted a link to one of the other DJ's said he bought some shares as well...until I hear otherwise Im holding tight. I would like to see Pum Magic in my local Walmart ASAP...that will help the pps for sure.
Also keep in mind 50 cent has 3.2 million shares of HNHI as well. I think it not only makes sense for him to do the deal but he stands to make quite a significant amount of money doing so. I do believe he is forming another company (SMS Audio) to sell the other sizes of the headphones (still with Sleek technology) though which is smart on his part but they will most likely all be doing business with TV Goods.
IMHO I think someone scooped up a significant amount of shares and just got impatient. If these current prices hold, I will be doubling what I hold right now in a few days. If 50 cent came out tomorrow and said the headphones will out next week this stock would skyrocket, until then I say get in and get as many shares as you can. Even if it only hits $1.68 again, getting in now will net you a decent profit. Then there are those who will stay in even longer knowing these will fly off the shelves at x-mas time...i still continue to think we could break $3-$4 before the year is over with.
I'm right there with you...this may continue to go down...stocks are based upon emotions people see it going down so they panic sale. may hit .40 b4 it rises again its honestly just no telling with this stock...just buy on the lows if you can afford it, we all know it will rise and it looks like august is the new target to see the headphones. I know its hurting every1's bottom line right now but the stock will soar again just be patient and hold tight.
Just Hold tight
Damn 57 cent ?? Oh well I'm riding it out..I think we have seen what the pps can do and when products actually bring in revenue it will rise again over a 1.00
Agreed. I also would like to see the packaging on the wireless large set of headphone designed by Sleek. I've heard it suppose to be really nice but thats from a youtube promo of course:
I think so as well I think it will def hit $5 before the end of the year hell i honestly think at some point were gonna hit $7 before the year is over with, not sure how long it will maintain that but its a possibility.
Yeah I saw these pics a while ago though lol I wanna see them in stores. But a lil patience never hurts.
Yeah I mean any news at the point would be great. I remember the little news about Pum Magic came out awhile back and the stock went crazy. Just be patient though, continue to buy while its on the low which it is now and come august watch the dust settle and your money double or triple. I just seriously hope they are no more delays with the headphones and we actually do see them drop in August. Even updates on a few other products may even cause the pps to rise a little.
I'd be more excited if we could get that Hulk Hogan Cleaner in Walmart asap
Yeah that was me asking them when the headphones were coming out. I still believe it will be sometime during the month of August. I wish we had more PR or at least some kind of update on the status but I think once they do come out in the fall everything will be great. I know a lot of them will get purchased for X-Mas gifts. There is also the possibility of 50 packaging them with his new album when it comes out. Also keep in mind Dr. Dre just partnered with Chrysler and their new vehicle to have Beats by Dre actually in the vehicles, if at some point 50 can make a deal like this and it somehow benefits us as share holders that would be great. I wish Sleek themselves would go public I would buy stock in them as well.
Quite amazed it still closed in the green. Its on a nice run and hopefully will continue.
He making moves again...

I wish there was some stock for this or someway we could all benefit.
I initially bought .05 and went back and at .68, average is .28...looking to add maybe 15,000 more shares before August...im long hauling as well. Would love to sell between $10 and $12 by early next year, we shall see how it goes..
Short term, How high does everyone expect this stock to go by the end of the year?
I wrote on Sleek Audio's facebook page and asked them will we see the headphones this month. They said they expect them to come out the end of the summer. So everyone that has been saying around August is correct. Looks like we will all have to be patient until that time. They will probably make for great X-Mas gifts.
