OK. Will see.
So, is it couple of days or couple of weeks?
There are no “IF”s in the revenues projections. This is a reprint of old info.
I hope this 6:30 news was not one the once, you were talking about.
BigD - We'll see.
BigD - These are pivotal points for once credibility.
ot: - for easy access!

When there is nothing to say, pull out the fortune cookies.
Sorry, I could not resist.
This is exactly why I keep on seen red flags.
One thing is to hear from the company representative that they are working on the loan(s), and it will be done when it
will be done.
It is a completely different thing when he keep on this “we will be done in a day or two, next week the latest” for the last 6 months.
No matter how one looks at it, there is something very wrong with this picture.
How about a possibility of the Nigerian government taking over the company. If all we assumed about the Nicosan is true,
why would they share the spoils. I am not saying it would happen. I am just examining all the possibilities for this
6 months long “loans are done and we are about to close them” statements.
Not guarantees, but a stable current financials, that will guarantee that the company with survive to get these 30M.
A whole bunch of “IFs” in front of these 30M.
How about crappy short term financials.
He would've if they had it (the loan(s)).
I do not think so. It is not financially secure right NOW
We need the actual $$ number attached and publicly confirmed to that statement.
Otherwise, it is “all in the future” and PPS will be nowhere in the mean time.
fiat - So do the continuous attempts to divert the conversation from the issue at hand (XKEM and it’s present financial well being) to the pointless discussions.
First – No, I did not sell my xkem holding.
Second – What in the hell this has to do with xkem performance and the loan(s) compleations?
I was talking about actual money transfer to XKEM accounts and not loan guaranties. So let’s skip this “no brainers”
We need CLOSED loan(s) first and foremost and/or pre-purchase.
The rest is just a bunch of BS (for now).
If XKEM will not close the loan(s) soon and I mean real soon, will we all watch PPS take a nose dive, big times.
drift - Maybe you right about staying positive. However, I feel that the attempts to divert attention from the financials to popularizm, is the self delusion at best.
Anyone who is willing to dump a significant chunk of cash into OTC stock (individual or institutional) would care little about these internet contests.
For instance, the head of Google is a great CEO, who created an unbelievable (by Corporate mentality) environment for his employs. One can read and hear
about it frequently on different news sources. But, who (save his relatives, friends and employees ) gave a rat’s ass about it or him until GOOG PPS jumped as if there is now tomorrow?
I think you already have this honor.
Wow, what’s next, a best dressed CEO?
B...S..T - only loan(s) completion , then pre-purchase, then revenues will make the difference here.
Diamond_Dog - Let's hope you are and they are right, and my concerns are just a case of investment paranoia.
And you know that how? Or how about if he does not want to go?
I am sure there are quit a few scenarios for the 3rd world country.
drift - It is a long term hold, XKEM been a pharma., with the new drug newly introduced to the market etc. etc.
One small problem, is that it is in Nigeria. And given their political climate with election and all, it is very plausible for thing to change
drastically, and not necessary in direction that is favorable for US companies. So the PPS decline does not allow for the investor to
get out in the hurry without a loss, in case sh.t hits the fan there.
I do not doubt that you were told this.
However, Steve, been the mouthpiece for the company, have been saying this on the weekly basis for the last 5 month.
So, forgive my skepticism about anything he has to say.
Not just any news, but loan(s) secured and/or pre-purchase.
And definitely not some obscure contest results.
Thank you.
This is old.
Please, post the link to this.
Why would I?
But I would not hype this on hearsay ether.
Enough of suggestions and innuendos already.
The only info that would lift this PPS – that both loans (plus the amounts and terms) are closed,
and/or the pre-purchase order.
However, it would be illegal for insider to divulge this info to you or anyone outside of company anyway.
May be in the future, but right now it is the once who bought starting June, are the once getting screwed.
Nothing is strange here. Continuous absents of loans completion translates into a sliding PPS.
wing_walker - I did not miss it. But, IMO, only the promise (and the evidence of) return on the investment will bring in the money. Not the good intentions and positive personalities.
Even if both, Einstein and Gundy were the co-CEOs of XKEM. It still would not matters any, in respect to PPS, if the company did not have MONEY. Never mind the obscure internet contest.
foxwood - exactly.
