Why is it amazing? I wouldnt be surprised if it was also N. Hakim’s mailing address too!
i wonder how much $$$ the drugs thatNas sold for pennies have generated for the company that got them so cheap?!?!
Great goals! How do we achieve them???
Coordinated questions about these issues should be submitted in advance.
Only if he chooses to reply to questions about issues that people submit in advsnce. I think he will if several people ask the same question. So we should coordinate on this. What questions, specifically, should be asked?
Reading WeeZuhl’s posts and Nasdaq’s posts in the same sitting makes ones’s head spin! from horrible to great!
It appears that both Very Bad AND Very Good things are happening at the same time AND two of the biggest critics of our CEO (including WeeZuhl) still hold over 2mil shares each (a good sign imo).
So i guess we have to wait and see what $$$ the market for our products brings in the near future AND simultaneously take actions (which ones to be determined) to get accountability for Elite’s CEO and—hopefully—full ownership AT A REASONABLE PRICE of adderall and any other $$$ products purchased by Mikah.
Exactly HOW do we “demand better” from Nas???
It is heartening to know that both you and WeeZuhl own so many shares, (and ALMA even still buying)since you are both so critical of the CEO! (I own even more shares than either of you). So i can only conclude from this that, despite everything, you do exprct the company to ultimately deliver $$$$ one way or another. May i ask: what is your expected time frame for somewhere north of $0.30, if ever?
wrt the MANY OTHER DRUGS that allow labelling to take care of the issue of slower start time for drug to kick in following a fatty meal: it’s the fatty meal issue not anything about bioequivalence, so far as i know.
Anyway, your message is very disturbing to a longtime investor with a lot of $$$ and high hopes into this. Hopefully we will see high revs and get bought out in the near future. please keep posting.
He didnt state a timeframe. Maybe soon revs will reach that amount $$$$$$$.
WeeZuhl, i always appreciate your insights. What i was referring to about the FDA was that they told Nas that the amount of time until the drug kicks in (i forget the official name for this) on the original version of SequestOx was a labelling matter—ie that it could be taken care of adequately by simply stating on the label of the bottle to take the pill either one hour before eating or two hours after eating a fatty meal—SAME AS MANY OTHER DRUGS—but then when we were ready to roll, they changed their requirement, would not allow simple labeling and crashed our opportunity to launch the product, sending us back to the drawing board for another few years and millions of dollars.
where did he “promise” we would get $80 mil? doesn’t seem likely that he would “promise” a particular amount of revenue. Too much not under his control.
Exactly what would you have had him do differently? put differently, given the identical circumstances with FDA,
if you had been head of the company all this time, what would your strategy have been? What would you have done differently?
What makes you think he has been offered $0.50? Quite possibly he hasn’t.
Would you be happy if he did accept $0.15?I think most of us, including myself, would not. I dont insist on $2.00 but $0.50 bare minimum.
Most Likely valuation given by independent source several years ago was APPROX. $2.00. (Lowest valuation was $0.40, highest was approx $2.10).
What would valuation be now, given far more revenue but also far more shares?
VALUATION QUESTION. If likely valuation was approx $2.00 a few years ago, before Adderall revenues but with approx half the number of shares, what $ would that equate to now, roughly?
But there were about half the number of shares back then so maybe that means valuation is cut in half or at least lower. ??
Please explain what changed to bring this about
I think Meshcan makes a good point about whyNas had to do the Adderrall purchase the way he did. Now it is up to Eliite investors to put pressure on Nas to transfer the rights one way or another to Elite asap! Whether through a loan of $ or sale against future profits, get them into Elite ownership so that Elite gets 100% of the profit and watch value of the pps and attractiveness to new investors and/or buyout suitors go up!
Thanks for the important info, No2Koolaid.
However, all that you said does not change the fact that Nas could have chosen to lend the funds to Elite so that Elite could have bought the Adderrall rights directly from SunGen immediately—in whichcase, Elite inveslltors would right now own 100% instead of 50%. That he did not make that choice is what has caused some Elite investors to be very angry and seemingly tofeel betrayed. I can relate to such feelings myself.
I am not saying it is unfair, only that it would be much better for Elite investors if it were owned 100% by Elite AND ALSO i am saying that it would not have cost Nas a penny more to have loaned Elite the $ to buy it. So we can only conclude that Nas intends to sell it to Elite after the value has increased a lot. Not unfair but very dusappointing for us. And Elite wouldbe worth much more right now if we owned 100%.
I think we investors, especially if acting together, do have power to at least influence ceo’s thinking. If many of us write Diane with same idea, like we want Elite to own 100% of the rights asap so how about selling them to Elite against future profits, it could have an effect.
Agreed, like Apple.
I agree with aELmTPa on this. Nas had the $, and he had a clear choice of which way to go in securing the Adderrall rights for Elite—either buy them from SunGen through Mikah (and eventually re-sell them to Elite for presumably a profit) OR loan the $ to Elite to buy the rights directly from SunGen. He chose the former method.
However, what is done is done. What matters now is what we as investors choose to do to make this deal work in our best interest. Let’s focus on that! I like Gman’s suggestion that Elite should buy the rights now against future profits.
Please let’s not divert time energy and money into lawsuits or other hostile actions against our ceo. That would not be in our best interests. Let’s move on this asap but in a positive way!
Please give more info! what makes adding Mikah to Elite a powerhouse???
But they could have gained just as much market share without cutting the price in half! 25% or even 20% lower than the competition would have been enough imo.
As an Elite investor, i want to be sure that we are better off with Nasrat owning half the adderall rather Sungen owning it. Preferably, Elite would get 100% of the profits and/or a buyout soon. We longs have been here a longggg time. Let’s get a reasonsble amount of $$$— even if it’s not the max—and get out of here! i hope thst is also how Nas feels!!
I don’t care that much what he paid Sungen. Maybe it matters but it is secondary. What really matters the most to me as an investor in Elite is that 100% of the Adderall profits go to Elite!!!
This is clearly a crucial issue for Elite shareholders! Up to now we have had to pay Sungen half the profits and now we have to pay Nasrat half the profits?! Either way, we shareholders are missing out on half the profits! How about a merger of Mikah with Elite? Wouldn’t that solve our problem with this issue? Is this possible (and if not why not?) and would it create any new problems for Elite shareholders?
you would prefer to pay 20% interest?
Thanks for the info!
iAsk your question! It doesn’t matter if someone else asked the same thing. If several people ask the same question, it shows them even more that it’s something that there is a lot of interest in so must be answered!
Also pharmacies within supermarkets like Safeway. Loads of those in California and probably everywhere.
Here’s my thought: buyout or merger. Eradicates the issue!!!$$$
Let’s see it then. Links, specific pharms you called with their phone numbers, etc
I’m looking forward to getting that info so i can replicate your research.
tia
Got any proof of that?
That competition issue would vanish with a merger or buyout!
Link does not show up on my screen. Please reply with “linked” post printed out!tia.
JGD i would love to read your “linked” post but it is not linked! Please reply with that post printed out. tia.
