From Asegals counter claim:
Defendant further states that he was an investor in the company, Clean Coal Technologies, Inc,
(CCTC.PK) in early 2010 and feels that he was disillusioned and mislead by statements and claims
made by the company.
CCTI wont be shut down. Anyone can read the complaint against Hague and CCTI.. Hague sold $40,000 of restricted shares and gave a $12,000 kickback.
Now explain to me how exactly the SEC is going to shut down CCTI based off of that? The answer is they wont. At worst CCTI receives a monetary fine.
Lol you do realize that #2,3,4 and 5 are all related to the same thing, right? Also, we're suppose to be concerned that CCTI is building a pilot plant... Hmmmm no.
Ugh Oh!!!
http://americanbulls.com/StockPage.asp?CompanyTicker=CCTC&MarketTicker=OTC&TYP=S
Asegal, you admitted to shorting the stock at $0.061. It would seem you DO gain financially if the share price falls, no?
CCTC never had trading suspended or halting.
The SEC charges are against primarily Hague and CCTI from actions that occurred in 2009. As an FYI, the CURRENT CEO and CURRENT COO didn't join till August 2010.
Also, the charges are for buying $40,000 worth of shares for a $12,000 kickback. CCTI's liability here will be limited per what the SEC is seeking. CCTI has $130k in cash now according to most recent 10Q, I'm sure they could easily pay any financial penalty IF they were even given one by the SEC. Which IMO isn't very likely.
The pilot plant location has NOT been announced. The only thing that has been announced is that it will be in Oklahoma.
Have you traveled to every single coal mine in Oklahoma? You do also know they haven't started building it yet...
I would recommend doing a little more DD before you post. IMHO.
CTL can be used in a variety of industries. Petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, lubricants, tars etc... Very similar to crude petroleum.
NG is converted to LNG because you can transfer 600x the amount in the same amount of volume with LNG compared to NG. LNG is also non-explosive.
Lol asegal, I see you're threatened that I actually know what I'm talking about. I've read all the patents to CCTI and they look fine to me. Granted the pilot scale will help verify claims.
How about this, I'll post images of my degrees through an image service. If I do this and you're proven wrong, you have to voluntarily permanently remove yourself as a mod here. If I'm wrong I will never post here again. Will you agree to this?
P.S. How about you post a problem where I don't have to DRAW A DIAGRAM in a word only forum. LOL
I have a BS, MS and PhD in chemical engineering.
First and foremost, CO2 is NOT a pollutant. CO2 is a natural product of combustion. Pollutants are the NOX, SOX oxides that are found as byproducts of combusting coal. When CCTI says they are removing 90% of pollutants, this is what they are referring to. You can not remove CO2 in a pre-combustion process, it's impossible since CO2 is created when carbon is reacted with oxygen.
In order to remove the CO2 product it has to be a post-combustion process. CCTI has looked into this, but it's not their primary concern. It's quite evident that CO2 emission requirements are relaxing. in the carbon trading market in Europe, the credits are plummeting. In todays economic environment CO2 is not the primary concern.
The business CCTI is currently receiving is for their moisture removing product. This of course is only an economical benefit. The Pristine process still has huge potential, but the economic environment has to improve, especially overseas, to switch government concern from growth to sustainability.
We will be re-testing the .12-.15 level long before we re-test the .05-.06 level.
Once the EPC contract is finalized we will know the details of the pilot plant. We should be hearing about this within a week or two.
Great, as long as it's 'fair and balanced'.
What is PSC?
Strongly agree.
Asegal, you keep claiming CCTC of being a pump and dump. Where's the pump? I don't see any paid promotions. Last one was Davis Research from LAST YEAR.
Please post evidence of this pump coming from CCTC..
Lot more upside here!
Technicals looking very bullish. Oscillators turning, we can easily see +$0.20 this week, IMO.
Jensis how high do you think she can go in the next day, week, end of run?
CCTC has a TON of upside left!
Just looking at technicals this stock is just turning. Easily can see over +.20 here. Lets see how we close today, tomorrow we can EXPLODE.
"Authorized shares refer to the largest number of shares that a single corporation can issue. The number of authorized shares per company is assessed at the company's creation and can only be increased and decreased through a vote by the shareholders."

I highly doubt they will increase the OS. In order to increase the OS they have to gain shareholder approval and submit to the SEC. Good luck getting shareholder approval, gaining approval from the SEC and issuing the shares next week. IMO.
Direct capital infusion or shares issued from company pool, IMO. Meaning NO dillution.
Summary of todays PR as I understand it:
-$2 million from AGPL to CCTI next week (for 6.7% equity in CCTI)
-$750k from Jindal to CCTI when Pilot Plant Contract Signed (within March 2012) 'assumed from comment from Robin saying 2.75 million'
-$2 million from AGPL to SEEI to build Pilot Plant (within March 2012)
-$2 million from AGPL to CCTI after commissioning of Pilot Plant (16-24 weeks)
-$1 per ton coal processed from AGPL (first 2 million tons are free)
-license fee still to be determined from Jindal (likely $1.5-$2 per ton)
Disagree, the AGPL information is completely new and most likely very positive.
I am waiting to see all the details in an 8k though.
This is actually a valid question. Curious to the answer myself, looking forward to the 8k as well.
They must receive the money next week, no more delays.
We could see the MOTHER of all PRs!
CCTC is locked and ready to explode upwards. Extremely bullish technicals. Big price gains coming IMO!
This is what I've been saying. Yesterday was a much needed consolidation day. CCTC was overbought.
Now we are perfectly set up for a big run again. If news comes this week I expect +10 cents easy, likely 20 cent range.
Would be suicide to short this. Extremely bullish technicals with news on the horizon IMO. RSI very strong, large accumulation, and positive divergence on moving averages.
We will easily break +10 cents and possible +20 cents soon IMO
Strongly disagree, chart is extremely bullish. Today was an overdue correction.
300% gain year to date, is that what you consider 'pain'?
Seems like it was a smart move.
Carbon capture and storage is the most retarded idea ever. Yes, lets capture the CO2 and bury it in the ground LOL.
Adrian, get in touch with reality. CCS has been proven inefficient, unreliable and not sustainable by MIT, Harvard and the like a LONG time ago.
No, they said they have JV proposals from two big blue chip companies. White Energy was used as an example of the failed clean coal technology they had and how CCTI was getting extra interest in the Philippines because of their failure.
I also liked the comment about investigating the illegal naked short selling that has been occurring. Nice positive update for once.
Yes, I agree something is definitely up. The stock hasn't acted like this for nearly 2 years. I'm assuming it's speculation on news.
A couple of positives have happened to CCTC as of late. #1 as you mentioned, EEE has lost their buyer and the CEO resigned. That company is done. Also, the biggest competitor to CCTC, White Energy lost their contract in the Philippines recently. Their clean coal process is not economically viable. As you know, CCTC was soliciting their process to the Philippines as well, they might be next in line since White is done.
Also, it appears that we're trading in an bullish upward channel. It's up to each individual person on what the true value of CCTC should be. With 581 million shares, at 10 cents a share that's only 58.1 million market cap. With BIG news we should be well above that, IMO. Just as an FYI, White was trading at 125x yearly revenue before their collapse.
Well it depends on what/if any news is released. If financing is achieved or a strategic partnership, then I would definitely think 10 cents is in the cards. If they are able to secure the 6 million ton/year project in India then that of course will be a big boost too.
If I was to guess, a strategic partnership and/or financing (assuming shareholder favorable conditions) would bring around 10 cents/share. If in addition they secure the India contract then we are looking at 20+ cents IMO.
Just look at the run in Feb of 2010. That was on an MOU only and the stock ran to a market cap of ~180 million (42 cents/share). Nothing is out of reach with this stock.
Ospreyeye, the price accumulation likely has to do with speculation on financing or strategic partners.. Listen to the last webcast, CCTC (also called CCTI) mentioned that they're in advance discussions with a few potential strategic partners. If they're able to secure a partner, there is no way this stock can be valued at anything less than $100-$200 million IMO. Lots of potential here.
What exactly do you think has been happening? On Friday we saw the 13 million share bid, now what we've seen for the past two days are bids in the range of 1-2 million shares. The orders are only getting partially filled, hence why the bid keeps going up; to fill the orders.
Also, you're logic about 'flash' bids is laughable IMO. Did you see the close today? There were 3-4 orders that were EACH ~500k bids. People are accumulating in anticipation of news IMO.
SJ, I don't mean to offend, but if this is your criteria to trade CCTC you definitely are a novice investor. A critique of your points:
1. Company financials in pink sheets have very very limited effect on price action. Price action is almost always due to rumors, speculation, pumps etc...
2. Level 2 is obviously important, but this barely scratches the surface of what is really needed here.
3. Working knowledge of MMs? More like you need to know about liquidity and volatility. Knowing what a MM does or how they operate has no effect on trading CCTC.
4. A margin account? Show me a broker that will let you margin CCTC, LOL.
This company has never put out any real news imo. But that is par for the course.
This is exactly how pinksheets scams operate. Put out bs pr's, fluff and hype, and insiders dump shares.
The only ones who make money are insiders, promoters, and unverifiable/non-existent consultants and the like.
The small-time novice investor gets hosed every time. If you want something done I would highly recommend you contact the SEC and relay your concerns. Remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
http://www.sec.gov/contact/addresses.htm
The slacking volume here is scary imo
Less and less volume traded everyday...Not looking so hot today as of now.
Maybe bagholders may need to look at the bigger picture now....
Will you even be able to rid yourselves of your shares?
Newt, Nice chart analysis. I appreciate it, thanks! I'll start following your blog to see some of your other recommendations.
Hague does not receive a cash salary, he receives share based compensation. Read the 10k.
