yes, that is the deadline for Q2 (EOQ +45 days)
If they go longer they would lose their "current" status and
that never looks good.

I believe it takes awhile to get that removed and back to "current". It is much better for future investors to see

It takes a while for the new shares to be issued so TLAGD can be traded. I went through this in another stock not long ago. Etrade shows TLAG as a number and will continue to do so till the shares are settled and can begin trading.

The shares being traded now are insiders, though I am not exactly sure how that works.

I think even better is that you can have a secondary number.
Per the Website:

If you enter a secondary phone number, when the primary phone number is busy, it will rollover.
