These should be mostly straight profit since there is minimal cost to Elite. Epic bears the cost on those products. If they have the money for the current planned trials then I don't see an issue or needing LPC.
However, I do think more then one product will get pushed through this year but that is just a hunch based on some DD and logic.
LPC should be good for now per the call. If we launch these two expected generics and a milestone payment is ~600k then you are looking at $1.8m this quarter just in milestone payments. Between these two and Isradipine.
Not to mention the continued growth and the manufacturing revenues of the new three drugs...That's just this quarter. They already have the money for the current trials.
Couch,
So I took a look at the products they noted that were in development and I came to close to the $5b number. I suspected Hydromorphone for this first drug but they anticipate large revenues so I really wonder which one it is. Need to get a read on the Hydromorphone market size.
Oxycodone - ~$2.8B
Hydrocodone+combo drugs - ~$1B
Oxymorphone - Opana ~800m
Morphine
Hydromorphone
Thats what I think...We have two generics Eli 300 and 301...What generics would the be? I can only guess one of them
It definitely won't be two years. It is hard to time. You have the known stock manipulators that will work the price but then it will explode at some point. I have always said that I don't give PPS predictions because OTC isn't logical or predictable and the only thing you can count on is stock manipulation.
Once you have Ph3 started, then results, then filing plus other items...We ran to .97 last year and their was no "pump" as some claim. Ask for links to it...you won't get any...Too much going on right now to try and figure it out for me.
I don't think Eli 200 is Morphine.....All signs point to something else right now.
Based on the schedule that the company noted, this looks about right.
Yeah. Basically you knock a couple pins down and have the rest lined up. Once you show that you knocked one down, all the rest can go. With 11 products, that is them lining them up. The question will be which pharma blinks first as the first pin is being or about to be knocked down....If you wait too long, the more it costs by a lot.
That's not true. Please post the quoted explanation from the conference call
It's interesting that it took them this long and soooo much money to get this far. An advantage that Elite has that no one really talks about is being small makes it easier to move quickly. Pfizer and the big pharma have the political advantage for sure but anyone that has worked worked for a small company and a massive one knows the difference. In a major corp, things move slowly...Takes lots of buyin...budgeting planning, people do their role and leave....
In a small company, you want to do something. ...you do it...which is how you end up with 11 ADT drugs for Elite....
Also for buyout or partnership...These companies will want these products through as much of the development process as possible....until the price reaches an inflection point they don't want to pass.
I am not putting some made up numbers out there. Oxycodone is 2.3 billion maybe more. The others he named were the larger ones too. Again...This is just discussion of the known revenues for these products. Not some weird made up analysis
Then you answer it. What are the drugs they are developing and what are the revenues generated from these opioids? If you think it is hyperbole tell us the products mentioned and the revenue numbers associated. Provide the data.
So no quote?
Dilution you noted was what 1.5-2% of the OS?
I don't know if they will. More products are being launched and revenues are going up. What if they launch three or four of epic drugs this year which I expect?
Just the milestone payments on these has been 300k-600k or so.
Any idea what the market value of the stated drugs in development would be? Would 5 billion be an exaggeration? I haven't done the analysis....not sure it matters when the numbers are this big.
Lol. You ask what the point of the CEO stating they have the cash to do what they need to do...comparing it to his own personal finances in how he handled it.....then state run rate for the rest of the year when he just said they have what they need? Go ahead put the quote up.
Because everyone knows it works. The fact they seem to have the one bead tech too is pretty funny. Are we going to bash Pfizer now too? Elite's two bead is obviously better from a tech pov and obviously cost to entry is significantly better. It is just a matter of time...and everyone knows it.
That is why the CEOS noted on the call a day ago that they now have the cash they need to bring these drugs through the needed trials. Can you throw up that quote too?
Yeah, they delayed him a whopping 12 weeks, or really 8 week trial....He actually told us investors that was a good possibility already...
Obviously not a very big long term one....awww
Glad you note that revenues are up again...
Worried that revenues would be up from last quarter?
You mean because of a one time $600K milestone payment they received that quarter a year ago? Or ignore how revenues are up from last q because of regular recurring manufacturing income?
Actually revenues went up and costs of revenues went down compared to last quarter....It is right there....
Revenues are up from last quarter....
I find it fascinating that all the instant negative posts come up but not one detail as to what was negative?
Why because they did not have a high one time milestone payment as before?
Very funny N2k
also add that there is no money in abuse deterrent Opioids and that abuse of opioids isn't a real problem.
Yes drug launches are pending but which drugs?
On one bead which requires the opioid to disolve off of the surface of the antagonist layer. Much different concepts. Elite's Naltrexone bead simply goes unmolested through the body. Doesn't really matter though since we all know any and all trials are basically just checking off a box. We all know the trials will pass and continue to do so.
So which drug trial results are about to be announced for ADT products?
Either is Elite's. At least by active ingredients since it is proven that Naltrexone isn't released. But even if efficacy were needed, you think Camargo and Nasrat in discussions with the FDA don't already know what was needed and already in process? He basically told you that already....
Say which generic drugs are pending launch now?
Oh. So can you point me to Zohydro's efficacy trials on their reformulated ADT version?
Here is how it works. If I want people to sell and not buy I ensure there is misinformation out there in places like the 20-30 Hotstocked.com articles. Those that manipulate the stock price pay for these articles and spread misinformation via these type outlets....
Say Dr L , which ADT drugs are pending trial results right now? Which trials?
Dr L,
So do you think HAL study results will be announced on this conference call? Which product is undergoing HAL studies? hmmmmmm
Which product is undergoing BE trials?
Which product is going to be the first Epic launched drug?
So which products are pending transfer right now? How many pending launch?
Which drug trial results are expected right now?
Flippers? Like the Dolphin? Or do you mean people buy and sell the stock like every other stock?
Which drugs are pending launch right now?
Obviously false but you could prove it correct if you could provide the following information
Which drugs are pending approval right now?
Which drugs are pending launch right now?
What trials are underway?
There is an investor conference Tuesday? Which one?
Which ADT products did the company say were in trials? Which trials?
Is there any reason to fear an efficacy trial if one is required?
Say, can you tell me which drugs are in trial right now? Which trials?
Which one's are you referring to? What are these generics and what are the market for them since they are puny? Is it true that some have minimal competition?
