Monroe1, I tend to agree with the partnership sentiment. I believe this could be a wise course of action rather than a buyout. I really don't want a buyout as I strongly believe that will severely limit our earning potential as no buyout offer will match the long-term potential of this stock, particularly given all of the known indications, not including the yet-to-be-discovered indications that will undoubtedly become known down the road.
Black-Ops, thanks for the clarification. I can certainly understand the eventual success vs demise for any company following their rejection of an offer. Everything fluctuates/moves in time whether it's up, down or sideways. My question was more about whether or not the market adjusts up to the rejected buyout offer, even if only for a brief period. From there it will either trend up, down or oscillate sideways.
Have you noticed a typical, even if only somewhat temporary, upward jump to the rejected offer value?
Latane,
HouseofCards, yep, 2 POs from the Philippines means that there is an asset entry on the Balance Sheet called 'Receivables' and although the money isn't yet in the bank, it is due by a pre-designated time-frame, which, for all intents and purposes is as good as 'revenue' in the bank.
Buddyboy20, thanks for sharing. Whoever wrote this did an EXCELLENT job. To anyone who hasn't read this, post # 183070, you should.
Learning53, I'm revising my post to ensure it's "on topic".
You are absolutely correct that, as a race, we have to find commonality, mutual respect and shared goals. Whether we'll ever see that day again is uncertain to me.
The planet seems to be plagued with many health crises and, to me, it would seem leronlimab has one of the best chances I've ever seen in helping to alleviate the various ailments that plague us as a society. If opposing forces have their way, we would continue to suffer as a planet but I believe those who oppose will ultimately fail to succeed in stopping the force that will be known by the world as leronlimab/Vyrologix. I believe this miracle molecule will change the path the world is on, health-wise to a new trajectory in time.
The health of the human race is at stake and one of the key tools to changing that is, in my opinion, leronlimab. I like your Ben Franklin saying. I hadn't heard that in a long time but I couldn't agree more. Let's not lose this nail that is leronlimab.
Evil Rabbit, what I think makes all this just that much more insidious is that they actually do know the harm they are doing to human lives but lining their pockets is more important to them IMO.
Learning53,
Learning53, what do I think? I think, (my opinion) if I had the opportunity to choose one particular drug that I could take for the rest of my life and only one 'drug' that it would be leronlimab. I would probably choose to take at least a once-a-month injection as a maintenance dose to keep down inflammation and to deal with a host of other potential issues, some of which have already been identified and quite possibly a list of other yet-to-be-identified other maladies. Given what we know about the safety of leronlimab, I wouldn't hesitate. I believe the list of indications will grow over time once leronlimab has been approved. When a person is able to properly and fully address a root cause of a condition, by doing so, there are often other symptoms that are alleviated as a result. This resolution can cause a positive ripple effect in ones health. I have a feeling we may begin to see just such an effect once leronlimab becomes mainstream in its use.
I also believe this is one of the major reasons the value of CYDY's share price will see BlackOps projections of $500 or $1000. Will this happen quickly upon approval? Nope but do I think those projections are realistic over time? Yep, I sure do. So, to your question, "what do I think" - hopefully I've adequately answered. Again, all just my opinion.
C-20, the good thing is that once the 4 doses are administered in the Brazil trials, and we have those results, we will be able to calculate how many of those 620k or so Americans' lives would have been saved. That 175k number will grow significantly, IMO.
HouseofCards, great post and excellent perspective. Thanks.
I can't speak for Black-Ops, but in my opinion, he was NOT stating it could take 10 years for an approval. What will take 10 years, give or take, is for the company to develop the market, achieve ever-increasing revenues as the market grows through increases in sales due to additional indications receiving approval and continually increasing sales in existing approvals, once the first approval is achieved.
In other words, once there is the first approval, it takes time for the company to build and grow it sales through varying means. With increased sales comes increased value in the price per share. Time will be good to shareholders who hold on, in my opinion.
So, no, you won't have to wait 10 years for approval, again, in my opinion.
If you've been following Black-Ops posts of the past year and a half or so, you'll know why I'm saying what I'm saying. If not, go back and read through some of his posts as relating to his "Big Picture" plan for further clarification.
Misiu143, once again, I'm behind and trying to play catch up this morning. From what I understand, this brother-in-law is not yours but rather he is the brother-in-law of someone else who posted that information. If you happen to read the follow-up to that, and if you haven't already posted it, I would be interested in reading what the follow-up has to say. Thanks Misiu!
Misiu143, you are absolutely right, we are blessed to have leronlimab. I just pray that all will eventually have access.
Thank you for the update! Once leronlimab has successfully defeated the cytokine storm and the body is then able to focus on healing itself naturally without the stressors of inflammation then I believe your son will recover. That's just my opinion of course. Having leronlimab in his body will give him that chance. Bless you for fighting on his behalf!
Misiu143, I am way behind in reading as I've been on the road. I'm going thru posts looking for all of your posts to read up on your son's status. I know that last Friday you were going to get to review his chest x-rays, if I remember correctly. I couldn't find any posts regarding that visit. I'm curious to know how he's progressing and how he's doing? My prayers are still with you and your son.
I truly marvel at your tenacity and strength when it comes to fighting this fight. By this fight, I'm referring to being such a pillar of strength in this fight against the forces that aim to harm this company and what it can do for the world. Thank you Misiu.
How 'bout dat fact? Nicely done trding. Thanks for sharing that fact and mythbuster.
Learning, re: Misiu143, I knew when I began to list a few of her attributes that I would undoubtedly miss many other descriptors and you're absolutely right, especially concerning her caring and courteous manner.
Yes, it's one thing to have faith in the science and it's entirely a different thing to actually witness the powerful effects of leronlimab by way of her son.
It's folks like you and Misiu (I won't even begin to list the other names as I know I'll miss some) who make a difference here by continually shedding light on not only the truth but also the untruths. The knowledge shared on this board is astounding and unlike anything I've ever had the privilege of participating in when it comes to the investing world. This is, at least for me, more than just an investment. Yes, it's still an investment in my financial future but it has become so much more than simply that. What each of you contribute to this board is invaluable when it comes to enlightening those who come here to seek honest, science-based information. Couple that with the results that are coming to light and it should be a no-brainer to understand the value of leronlimab and all those who are behind it, working to get it into the hands of the medical community.
Misiu, I've been out of town for a few days and am slowly catching up by reading relevant posts. I am so pleased to hear all the good news concerning your son and also thankful for your diligence, NP and SK's direct involvement as well as whoever on this board stepped in to help. This is amazing and uplifting news. Thank you for keeping us all informed. Will continue to pray for not only your son's full recovery but your strength as well.
I'm not sure where you're getting your information but NP was directly involved, and, as a result, Misiu's son is MUCH better. Perhaps rethink your position. The vast majority of us are rooting for Misiu's son and are actually happy with the results and are also happy that NP got involved. How many other CEO's do you know who have directly stepped in to help anyone with Covid-19 and, not only stepped in, but saw dramatic positive results?
Save yourself the trouble. You don't need to respond. I already know the answer but best of luck to you anyway, even if you're against this company, the CEO and LL's success.
Thanks Daemon57.
For anyone wondering where the relevant information concerning leronlimab is within this document, go to page 13 and read under the emerging treatments section.
Here's the excerpt:
Misiu, I'm so very truly sorry to hear this about your son and will pray for his recovery. I'm with you on anger at Fauci and the FDA for their culpability. I hope you're able to get him, and he's willing to take, Ivermectin and the other plethora of alternatives if he's unable to participate in a trial for leronlimab or utilize the 'right to try' angle.
Nice catch DaltonDog.
I can only imagine the collective gasps, groans, forehead slapping and head shaking that took place upon their receipt of this notice.
Not a good look when you consider all their failures to fully, accurately and truthfully comply with the company's bylaws.
I wonder how much money they have spent to this point. It's gotta hurt just a bit. There's probably a lot of finger pointing going on right now about who failed to do their job correctly. Maybe Rosenbaum will be taking a much needed vacation.
Oh great googgly moogly. Wanna get away?
HouseofCards, I agree. You really can't make this stuff up. I also loved that they denied knowing a group owning 5% or more of the shares and that they themselves are part of such a group. Just shows their capacity to lie.
Let's see.....can't fill out a form properly, omissions of data, lies from multiple parties.
They thought they could lie to shareholders by making us think they had our best interests at heart?
I liked someone else's comment that to call the 13d group a clown show is an insult to all professional clowns.
Here's what I liked best about that letter, which is found toward the bottom of the letter:
Black-Ops, although I know you already know this. For those who don't:
Misiu, did you read Chuckles759's post #175566?
+1 Coin for you Chuckles759! Thanks for sharing this. Wow....
bwolfy2002, I think the "I don't care if it's blah blah blah" attitude is what causes me concern. Blindly accepting that the 13D has our best interests at heart should be of huge concern to everyone who is long. Wanting change for the sake of change, regardless of the quality of change is not a wise approach and, frankly, scares me. Blind faith in an unknown agenda is, in my opinion, insane and irresponsible when it comes to our investment.
I can't imagine entering a voting booth and choosing option "B" and knowing nothing about what option B stands for not what it intends to do. Knowing option A has flaws but also knowing the intent and agenda and knowing said intent/agenda of option A is, in my way of thinking, a more reasonable choice so long as the intent and agenda coincide with my investment goals.
Jumping onboard a slow ship that eventually arrives at the intended port is far better than boarding a speeding craft of any kind that is heading in the opposite direction and doesn't even want your intended destination. I'll stick to the current boat.
Monroe1, great response. Thx for that. I will admit though that I got lost when you said
C-20, because we don't have anything from the 13D group re: their plans and because they haven't addressed the multitude of concerns, I can only draw, at least for me, one logical conclusion. My conclusion is that the concerns many have rightly expressed must be at the very least, partially, if not completely true. What other possible reason could there be for their silence in not addressing the concerns presented to them. I agree that they know what the raised concerns are unless they are completely oblivious, in which case it speaks to yet another reason we don't want them at the helm.
NP may not be the best choice but I have yet to see a better one who is qualified to step into his position at this point and not set us back, considerably. Regardless of what some may think of NP, what is undeniable, is that leronlimab is no longer sitting, forgotten, on a shelf. Many are now looking very closely and following the trials and hearing about the safe and positive results shown thus far. We are slowly gaining ground. The 'slow' part of this is painful to watch when you consider how many people have needlessly died because of all the road blocks that have been thrown up in an attempt to slow us down or even stop us. The list of documented offenders is too long to begin to list. In spite of all the attempts to thwart leronlimab, NP has continued to trudge forward, gaining ground. Sometimes it's ten steps forward and 3 steps back but the net effect is positive.
All in my opinion of course.
Learning53, without a doubt, that was probably the best synopsis I've seen here on ihub. Thanks for taking the time to inform McDcon. Well thought out and written post.
Good post Monroe1.
It's a rare thing to see a molecule like ours that has so many indications. The value potential that is there for each indication is almost impossible to project. The same can be said for the value to the people who need it for their health and even their lives. I truly do not believe we'll ever fully know the value of this molecule when it comes to all the potential good it can do given its mechanism of action. I do believe that, in time, we will learn more and more about other symptoms that 'magically' disappear that weren't even targeted issues. The demand for LL will only rise over time.
Just for fun and as a point of correction though re: your Superman analogy:
Perhaps Lex Luthor would be the better choice in your analogy. Superman wants nothing to do with Kryptonite but Lex Luthor on the other hand would pay dearly to get his hands on kryptonite to hurt Superman. I liken Lex Luthor to Big Pharma and Superman to Cytodyn but where the analogy also breaks down is that kryptonite harms whereas leronlimab ONLY helps and is completely safe.
The twitter thread is gone now.
Bucweet34, great use of your single daily post. Thanks! I agree with you that Cytodyn is on the verge of approval on numerous fronts...my opinion of course but not pulled from thin air unlike detractors would have us believe. That is the prerogative of the other side of our struggle in that they too have a vested interest in seeing CYDY's failure. It's sad to think that so many would want a life saving drug to fail for financial gain. I can only imagine someone who bets against LL laying in a hospital about to go on a ventilator wishing they had LL. Hopefully nobody here experiences that....
Great article Latane. Thanks for sharing. NAC is a wonderful supplement.
Monroe1, first, I live here in The Land of Enchantment. I've heard a little about what's going on. To call this interesting would be too generic but for lack of a better description, I'll just say it's very interesting to follow this.
What I really liked about your post was your comment:
That's a keen observation. The things that make you go 'hmmmm'.
You are 100% correct. An ill wind blows no good as the saying goes.
Learning53, yes, and not just how to active the piper, but who/what might be the piper?
