hasher,
I feel your pain.
But after all your protests, I still believe the "grey sheets" is not a done deal for this OTC Stock. Let's wait it out and see what the SEC investigation brings, instead of jumping to the grey sheet conclusion. You might be right, but I might be right as well. Deal? I am OK with that.
Have a good night, and take care. It was fun!

kkgd,
I guess I'm a slow learner, but thank you for your concern. It's nice to know there are nice folks like you out there to help me.-)
JMHO,
SD
hasher,
that refers to stocks that are not OTC stocks. SPNGE is an OTC stock.
JMHO and Thank you!
SD
Thanks pappy,
you're a peach!
JMHO,
SD
kkgd, my Friend!
That is straight from the SEC website. I believe it speaks for itself. Nothing is decided yet regarding "grey sheets" until the investigation is complete. It is not a done deal.
Here is the link:

JMHO and Thank You,

kkgd,
This is from the SEC website. It does not unequivocally state that the stock will go to the grey sheets as you are stating. It does say a broker-dealer wil review the info about a company before publishing a quote:
"Will trading automatically resume after ten days?"
It depends on the market where the stock trades. Different rules apply in different markets.
For stocks that trade in the OTC or the over-the-counter market, trading does not automatically resume when a suspension ends. (The OTC market includes the Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets.) Before trading can resume for OTC stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock.
Anyway, my take is, I don't think we should jump to the "grey sheet" conclusion just yet. (Sorry, kinda messed up the special text features.)

The 10k will provide facts, and upon reviewing it, folks will be able to decide for themselves whether they want to consider investing or not.
JMHO
So investigation is not on that list. I understand better now.
Thank you!
SD
J'nice,
What constitutes a material event? Is it the fact SEC is investigating, or is it an actual finding?
Thanks!
SD
Great news!
I'm OK with waiting another day for $.46! -)
SD
Best guess (optimistic) for tomorrow EOD is $.46
SD
Opus,
Sorry for intruding, but wanted you to know that others are thinking of you.
We are relatively new to SPNG and this board. We don't know you personally, yet we feel that we know you! We wish you well with your surgery. You are in our prayers. And look forward to all the good things that are in store for all of us! Thank you for your major contribution to this board! We greatly appreciate it!
SD
Hello,
We are shareholders. Anyway, we stopped at our neighborhood Walgreens today and bought a carwash kit.
The kiddos washed our cars this afternoon and said it really works! We think this is a really good product! We have pets too and look forward to trying out the pet sponge.
Sorry if this is a boring report, but we're convinced about our investment!
Good luck,
SD
Hello!
We have 40,000.
Thanks,
SD
Hello Frog,
I believe 7 million shares would be 1/2%, not 5%, or am I mistaken?
SD
Hello,
I feel that the news, when it appears, will be positive. I guess we can't dictate to the Company when they will issue a PR. We have to have faith they are working in the best interests of the shareholders, and if there is not a PR, it is because they are working on issues that have a higher priority.
SD
BB,
I personally think we will receive good news next week. I am looking forward to the press release!
SD
Does this board work anymore? Last post 1/19/08?
SD
Hello PL,
Did I have a post deleted? If so, why?
Thanks,
SD
Janice,
This makes no sense to me--1/200 R/S then increase the shares to over a billion? Please explain
????????????
Why do you say that?
Hello Michiko,
Still at 200,000.
SD
Hi Michiko,
I'm at 200,000 shares now.
Thanks,
SD
Hello Michiko,
I have 100,000 shares of DNAG.
SD
Chiggah,
Heavy! Are you talking to ALL of us?-)
SD
Stocky,
I think he's just trying to inject realism into the conversation-). I wouldn't call that bashing.
JMHO,
SD
zgoldies,
Good to hear from you! Thank you for the valuable insight and wisdom!
JMHO,
SD
Is anyone getting a good feeling about "this week"? I don't usually speculate, but am getting a feeling that something good is about to happen, and would like to know if others feel the same way too.
JMHO,
SD
Thanks Ann,
SD
Is he doing better? I always enjoyed his posts and pictures of his adventures.
SD
Stocky,
If it was big news at the annual meeting, why wouldn't they webcast or teleconference it?
JMHO,
SD
jever0,
Strange, but when you end a statement with '(would be my guess)', you sound very much like stockholder101! Funny!
JMHO,
Good luck,
SD
Thanks! Hopefully he helps to get us trading FOR REAL, soon.
SD
Sorry, but who is Mark?
Chris,
Thanks for the reply. I too have held from the beginning, and endured the reverse split and everything else along the way. I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel, but I also wonder if the long-term shareholders will be duly rewarded for hangin' in there.
Good luck to you as well,
SD
Chris,
Where do you think DNAG is headed? I agree, Stocky imho is over the top. But don't you think that DNAG has a bright future? I do. I don't know when it's going to happen, but I think good things WILL happen.
JMHO,
SD
With all that reasonable thinking, you are definitely a genius!
JMHO,
