Nobody get anything if they don't sell or turnaround!

Sorry $500K not $500K Million

You are better off selling the entire company, fixtures, materials, equipment, etc. If you only sell the patent then whatever company buys it would have to start from scratch.

I think the real question is how much is this company worth? If it goes sub penny then someone could buy the whole thing for around $500K million. I'm sure it's being shopped around. Hell you can buy the pizza place down the street from me for $200K.

This design and all the engineering work that went into it has value. The question is the price that someone is willing to pay. That price will determine the price of the stock on that day.

A patent is great but also remember that as long as they are not infringing on another patent, then the design still has value. Patents will not win the market especially for shape related designs. It the quality and value of the product that wins the market.

Well let's "hope" it's good news. I'm a mechanical engineer and I thought that the Helix Wind Turbine looked like a great product. I would buy one. The specs and testing looked great.

However, what happened to this place? I am hoping that they are up for sale and someone with the right sales channels will step in and buy them. You can own the company for 1.2 Million. I find it hard to believe that the right company can't squeeze some money out of this design. There are not too many $10K small wind systems on the market that look good and are easy to install.

I'm in for 5 millions shares for $10K. I realize that I may have thrown my money away. But I bought based on the engineering and the fact that the eagles deal looked like it was going ahead.

Does anyone know if they are still in production? Does anyone show up for work there every day?
