You are better off selling the entire company, fixtures, materials, equipment, etc. If you only sell the patent then whatever company buys it would have to start from scratch.
I think the real question is how much is this company worth? If it goes sub penny then someone could buy the whole thing for around $500K million. I'm sure it's being shopped around. Hell you can buy the pizza place down the street from me for $200K.
This design and all the engineering work that went into it has value. The question is the price that someone is willing to pay. That price will determine the price of the stock on that day.
A patent is great but also remember that as long as they are not infringing on another patent, then the design still has value. Patents will not win the market especially for shape related designs. It the quality and value of the product that wins the market.
