Someone please give me a good reason to buy this stock right now. I'm new to investing and as I stated in an earlier post, I have no clue what this all about and what this hearing is about on Monday or what a 'Q' means. Please help me becuase I'm deciding on two stocks to buy right now.
I'm new to this stock and pretty much new to investing all together. What exactly does 'Q' stand for. I looked at all the posts of DD on this board, but being a newbie I am still a little confused. What is this company about and what is all this hype about. Just trying to find out before I invest. What is the hearing on Monday for? I know to do DD, but like I said I'm still a little confused so please don't judge and reply with 'do your dd'. Last stock I nvested into was SAEI that was really hyped up and then tanked, so I am very cautios here. Being in the Air Force, I really don't have money to waste and I'm really taking a chance here. Figured this is a better place to put my deployment money in than a new gas guzzling 4x4
I've also seen people like you 'ask' question to get investors wondering and worried; a quiet basher if you will. With pinkies you need to be aware of everyone on the board as some have proven contradicting motives. Just making sure you aren't attempting a softer form a bashing that I have seen on many pinkies. You have any positive questions you would like to ask?
Your post was still negative in nature. Your questions could have been answered by doing your own dd. This board is loaded with it, especially the half of the page. Just a suggestion, don't be lazy and do your DD. It's what smart and experienced investors do.
Isn't it funny how closely 505 and SOS resemble each other? IMO 505 means help!!!!!!!
This shows obvious inexperience on your part jim. most of us here would be more than happy to show you how there is no pumping involved with this stock. The only half legit pumping going on, if you could call it that, is the projected timing of the pps. Experienced traders invest in a company based on facts and potential. Who here hasn't been burned in the past from false promises and hyped potential? You are confusing pumping and excitement with each other; the excitement being that this a rare gem in the penny world. If you have skeptism, hike up your skirt and do your own dd. Don't hide between the coat tails of the longs here whom provide excellent dd. Do your own and you will see for yourself what this company is about. Please don't be the rookie expecting ten fold profits within a few weeks. You will soon realize that this stock will have it's day but it will be slow and steady. If you can't wait then go elsewhere. This is imo the least volatile stock in penny land right now. We have been steady in the .007 range up to the .01 plus range for the past month. I personally look at charts due to manipulation, but in this case I have seen manipulation and it is failing. I also know how to play the hyped pps from the hedges and everytime they do it, I win by buying more shares at a better value. I mean I buy bulk and hold so in turn they lose. A lot of investors here are experienced and do the same thing. your opinions are wekcome but if it against this company, you will take direct fire of cold hard facts proving you wrong. Shorts lose in a close knit group like this and bashers stand no chance in bringing this down. Speak, but bring something to the table. sh$t or get off the pot with this one. I could care less if you get in or not because I will buy the shares you don't.
Thanks!
Sounds similar to what he wrote me. Regarding my email I received from the Walgreens Product Division, this is what they said:
( I feel confident in posting this now without causing hype or discontent after hearing from Mr. Kakani):
FROM: ConsumerRelations.pq@Walgreens.com
REF# 2862061
Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the WALG REST EAST 6OZ. (random stored product I picked that resembled the products on the Pristine product list).
The item is supplied by Pristine Pharma to Walgreens. This particular UPC is a discontinued item that is no longer in our stores.
I don't know how Pristine Pharma could have been mistankenly listed as a supplier unless our products are replacing the old supplier with that UPC and our products are being listed as the replacement with that UPC. But if Mr. Kakani says that these major chain stores won't buy until after the audit is done on the new facility, either that has been done and the PR is days away or this is a mistake on the part of Walgreens. I'd like to think that we are going to get our monthly PR on the 19th explaining some of this. Either way, if you are reading this and are wondering whether or not you should buy into this company, better hurry up!
Here is the email traffic between me and Mr. Kakani:
ME: Is it safe to say our products are currently on the
shelves domestically at walgreens, cvs, etc.? Or are the only
products making current revenue going overseas? And when your products are shipped to CVS, Walgreens, etc. is the
manufacturer information on file labled as Pristine or NuMed or is it something else such as the company that manufactured your
products in the FDA plants? I'm looking on Walgreens website and
none of the products say they are manufactured by Pristine or NuMed. I could be wrong and the products aren't on the shelves yet, but I was just curious. Plus I want to know what our products are so I can buy them at the store myself. Thank you.
VK: None of the retailers manufacture the drugs they sell on their
shelves. It is always manufactured by companies like us. But the retailer put their own New Drug Code (NDC#) on the package. However, the retailers won't allow the manufacturer put their name on the label. They just put Distributed by: .. (retailer's name & address). The only time manufacturers information is
shown on the package is when manufacturer sells their own brand or
sometime for export if required by importing country regulations.
Manufacturers and retailers are bound by non-disclosure agreements and they are not allowed to disclose what product are being manufactured for what retailer and where.
ME: Who currently manufactures your products at the FDA registered pharmaceutical plants in New Jersey and New York?
VK: We are also bound by non-disclosure agreements with our contract manufacturers and we are not allowed to disclose what product are being manufactured and where?
ME: Have pristine products ever been on the shelves domestically in the past? I spoke to the products division at walgreens and they said they had a product from pristine pharma but it has been discontinued.
VK: Pristine products were never on Walgreen’s shelves. As I wrote before the major retailers await the facility audit before taking first delivery. Also, we are all bound by mutual non-disclosure agreements and the information given out may not be accurate.
Disregard, I asked Mr. Kakani about this and his reply was:

I deleted my last post so I didn't cause any hype. It is wierd though to Walgreens said the product was from Pristine Pharma.
Not today, studying for a promotion to Technical Sergeant. Can't have my wife out ranking me forever! I did call Walgreens again today and someone from thier product division will be calling me or emailing me within two days. Even if they come back and say that they have no Pristine Pharma products, I'm not worried. I received an email from Mr. Kakani last month that said the products would be on the shelves once production started. I think the only products being shipped right now are OTC products (2.8 million worth) overseas. I also asked if our products would be sold at military exchanges across the world and he said he has a contact with them (AAFES). AAFES is a strong supporter of small business'.
That is for the brand name of Tussin. If a generic version of the medicine is available, it will be listed at the top of the page. If you enlarge the picture you will see that it is not a Walgreens brand of Tussin.
I'll keep looking and you keep shoveling. Catch you guys in the morning.
I asked if I could get this information online and she told me that records are only kept by product i.d. I guess I could go to walgreens and write every product code down for every kind of cough syrup, but I'm sure the lady would love that!
I called Walgreens earlier and asked if they could tell me who makes the store brand otc products. She said yes and all I needed was a product number. I just asked her to look up who made the Walgreens store product of Tussin and it turned out to be some company in Michigan. I forget the name of it, but the are trading at $66 a share right now. But obviously there are a bunch of products and if I could just get the right product code, maybe I'll get a match.

oh i know it's real, but to get more attention to MLXO, I'm trying to show some more solid proof. I'm not worried either, just bored.
I was just wondering because I was looking at the product list for Walgreens that shows who their medications are manufactured by and I didn't see Pristine or NuMed. So basically, when the product gets to Walgreens, it is labled as the FDA company that manufactured them. I wonder what the name of that company is.

So do we have our products on the shelves in Walgreens, CVS, etc, at this time or will we have them on the shelves once production starts? And if we do have them on the shelves right now, is it just in Canada or in the U.S too?
In the article I read, the fears you mentioned are the reasons our friend overseas are willing to pay a premium for our American, FDA approved OTC products. I agree, lets quit the importing and make our own stuff and buy from our own country! That crap bugs me to no end! Also, while the cold/flu season lasts so long over here stateside, there are people over in the Ukraine hacking up their lungs during their cold/flu season. So all year long, we are making money because we are global!
Just received a response from Mr. Kakani regarding my question of MLXO selling their products to military exchanges. His response:
"Thank you for your mail. We have maintained some contacts in the past, to sell to the AAFES (Army Air Force Exchange). We plan to revive the same once our Massena facility is ready for production. We appreciate your initiative and information as well in this respect".
We can go ahead and add AAFES to our list.
order for 400,000 shares is in.
Medico's loss is our gain, though. I'm sure Kakani will make sure this company does not falter due to unreliable bankers.
It's a relief to be on this board after reading SAEI's board the past couple of weeks. Talk about a scam! Thank God I got out at .70! I'll be putting my profits right back into this company.
Thanks harr, I did not know that. I am going to send him an email tonight asking if Pristine Pharma has considered doing business with the Army Air Force Exchange (AAFES). I'm in the Air Force and that is where I always shop. From doing research on getting my wife's Aunt in contact with them for her business, I discovered that 90% of their suppliers come from small business'. They are very supportive of small companies and that would be awesome if we could get our products sold in these stores. Here is a link to AAFES and how to get started doing business with them:

Here is an article I just read about Medico. This company is owned by Mr. Kakani's good friend. The article has quotes from Mr. Kakani while he was VP at Medico. IMO, the way his buddy ran the company is the way Kakani wants to help run MLXO. Some may have already seen this, but if not here you go:

WOW! I thought I missed the ride. What a gift this is!
WOW! What a gift! I was bummed that I missed the ride, but looks like I'm on it now
Not sure if this has been posted yet, but I looked for it in previous posts and did not find anything. It's the same news we have been reading about the past week, but this link shows that word is still getting out from different news outlets...

Interesting read...chance for the private labels to make a name for themselves while Johnson and Johnson gets the Tylenol problem fixed. Aren't there a few Tylenol alternatives produced by NUMED?

Nothing related to MLXO specifically, but you can check out what people are saying about PLMA. It would be cool if MLXO would post live updates while they were at the show or maybe even put the company name out there.
