and don't forget the side note factoid to that 10Q definition.
Pinksheet, sub penny companies rarely keep their filings up to date and on time and don't even get me started on the full disclosure issues.
I think one of the strongest pieces of the FEEL investment opportunity is that they have kept the filings comming, and that they have been open and timely in nature.

Sorry date is provided as the 4th of Nov. Look like just another site posting but a slightly different title. I am to tired for this. I am checking out.
That is interesting for a couple of reasons. GLTA FEEL!
Yep, I learned my lesson about the time you aquired those wooden clubs not to call anyone in my roledex and tell them to buy acme or any other security. That is unless I didn't ever want to talk to them again.
Funny how people can hear a stock tip even if it was whispered in a crowded bus.(Martha Stuart's excuse) But if you scream a warning or disclaimer. They instantly play deaf and dumb.
I am very happy with the position I hold in FEEL, but you won't ever over hear me tell anyone to "buy", "sell", "hold" or otherwise. If they have a trading account then they should have the ability to look FEEL up and make their own decision.
FEEL IMO speaks for itself.
Thanks kaidincall, I think you may be right about the timing. I like to place information out there and let others make their own decisions based on their own DD.
Here is an example:

Sarchasm way far a side. I am glad I could help you, help me in in becomming a twit again. It is a wonderful platform for venting about political disagreements, or shoddy referees in your favorite sport, but when it comes to equities like FEEL. There is a load of caution that must be taken.
Of couse I had to thank you. Nobody in their right mind would take personal responsibility for rejoining that cluster of Internet marketers gone horribly wrong. Sad thing is that I kinda claim to be one of those annoying Internet marketing "specialists". Durring those times that I am not actually building something constructive for the World Wide Web.
Grilling and watching football this evening, but wanted to thank trading.jeff once again for reigniting my love of twitter. I have been working through the weekend, and I have amassed messages of FEEL fact in well over 2k different twitter accounts over the weekend and have over a hundred new followers (mainly investor or golf focused) to speak my FEEL milestones too.
OT: Thanks trading.jeff now that the midterm election is over and a particularly annoying Congressman who I wanted to retire finally lost. I have been looking for something new to tweet to the masses.
Have been thinking that it would be a wonderful platform for me to talk about some of the "diamonds in the rough" penny stocks I have found like FEEL. Your retweet today forced me to get off my tuckus and get it done.
If I am anywhere nearly as succesful as I have been before it should not take me to long to get a couple thousand followers. So if you are out there on Twitter, feel free to follow TaxBack04
Go team FEEL!
FEEL #8 on the breakout boards... GREAT Job Today moving the board. On a day with no news this great little stock got alot of visibility, and made several a good deal of money with even the slightest stair step action.
Not exactly the time to celebrate, but hey it is the weekend! So a steak dinner might be in order. GLTA and have a great weekend.
Sounded like great feedback so I Retweeted... HAHA!!
Oooh thats a jump 0.0072/0.0109
So ETMM is going to make an instant 34% on anything sold or bought... That sounds like a great deal for both the company and the shareholder!

Volume on FEEL is picking up. I like how this afternoon is shaping up. She could run here soon.
I FEEL that this "FEEL loves Fridays" thing has some merit. I have no Idea why FEEL made the 1hr Buzz cloud today. But I also FEEL it could very well make it's way to the 2 and 3 hr Buzz cloud.
If you FEEL you know why FEEL made the 1 hr Buzz cloud FEEL free to reply to my post here. HAHA!!
Everytime I post over there it brings the forum up to the top of the list where others see it as a penny stock with activity and it shows me how many views the forum has gotten.
I may feel like a spammer/pusher chating to myself posting current activity, but I can atleast see that people are looking.
Still talking to myself over on HSM about FEEL but at least I am still talking.
That is some great movement for 176K volume. Can't wait for the drive from the tee.
I agree with that Maxius. There should be some negative on every stock. If people didn't come out and do their best to try and shake loose the weakly held shares so that they themselves could get a better price then I would be a bit worried for the stock.
Bashers, and those handful of people that pretend to, "Care more for the investors who are taking the heavy risk of investing in the micro-caps than they do their own well being". Have alternate agendas. They either make money when the stock price retreats, or they want to find a lower entry point.
I have a different method of finding entry points, because I think it is highly criminal to try and shake an investors hand by posting false of exagerated negative information on a stock.
My mama taught me that, "If'n yous don't have anything nice to say, then y'al don't need'n say anything at T'all". I learned from trading 3X Bear ETFs that volitile stocks will always retreat due to attrition, it isn't as fast as the bashers in the boiler rooms are happy with, but it works for me. So I guess it is a good thing that I am posting here... HAHA!!
Good luck today FEEL investors. Yesterday wasn't exactly what I consider exciting, but we saw some definite movement, and 600K isn't to shabby volume on a twice released release. (Most of that seemed to be TheBigStockHunter picking up the cheapies.)
Looking forward to today, especially since I was pretty much down for the count yesterday with flu symptoms galore. Took about all I had to login yesterday and highlight the (re)release and ask about RAJA (thanks for the input by the way) sitting on the ASK.
Anyway, I am FEELing better, hope you are FEELing ok, and I FEEL we are in for some more news. We still have a 10Q and an update on the aquisitions to hear about.
This is a great little opportunity we have here, premium product priced to sell, a company with conviction who is not going to allow the professional rule makers step on the little guy, a strong and growing marketing core, and let's not forget... lots of wonderful shares available to the public for less than the price of a Lincoln copper penny.
Heck with a ridiculous market cap of approximately $700K as was mentioned yesterday. I would not even be surprised if the aquisition information we are waiting for isn't somebody buying up FEEL. There are several aspects of this little company that have raised my "red flags" on the "too good to be true" factor already. So keep your eyes peeled, as I said the other day, "this is watcing the grass grow while sitting on the railroad tracks". Nothing is happening right now, but once the vibrations begin things are going to get exciting real quick.
It is a good marketing PR showing off Feel as the so far lone manufacturer of non-conforming grooved wedges. It slipped out 2 days ago on a lame PR wire and we were wondering if they would (re)release it today.
they did.
Who is Raymond James, and why did they just plop down on the ask?
There it is... was just loging in to post the very same. Thanks. I have it on Yahoo and marketwatch already.
Well because of that last minute activity...
I have got to wonder if someone knows something, or is just taking a guess that something "might" happen. In either case i am game. I just posted on HSM's "What penny stocks are you watching tomorrow." the following... Let's see if they (re)release or better yet tell us something new that we didn't know. GLTA
..................
I Will be watching FEEL (Feel Golf Co.) on 11/4 because of an advanced dated PR that was found on 11/2.
Addtionally this fully reporting low float sub-penny has a 10Q due at any time and is due an update on two aquisitions it annouced in a recent shareholder update. Other good news is their recent marketing moves including endorcements by Peter Kessler (The well known voice of Golf. Who used to appear regularly on The Golf Channel, and now has a number of golf shows on Sirus Satelite Radio.) and 7 time Tour Champion Bill Glassen. Kessler has also become the voice of Feel Golf's new 60 and 30 second rapid release grip radio spots.
Here is the errant PR:

Feel Golf Helps Golfers get their Groove Back

Nov 02, 2010 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) --
MONTEREY, CA, November 4, 2010 Feel Golf (Feel-OTCBB) is focusing development on ways to give golfers back the spin and control they will lose when playing under the new USGA, and R&A groove standards, effective for the professional Tours in January 2010.
Significant improvements are under development for the "Lee Miller Signature" wedge line - first launched in 2010...

Note the PR above was posted on a low distributed PRwire on Nov 2nd... but the PR itself is dated Nov 4th. I am suspicious that this may (re)release on it's actual date on a larger wire tomorrow. Most FEEL news is picked up by the major propagators this one however was not. As a little bit of added information today was an extreme low volume no activity day until a large chunk of shares were bought at the lowest ask price of the day right before close. Activity that suggests that at least one investor has high hopes for tomorrow.
Good luck tomorrow for all, I will be watching FEEL.
Hmmm... not hard to see what is happening here. Accumulation at 0.007 late on 11/3 and I found a PR dated 11/4 on 11/2.
This may not be the only news we (re)hear tomorrow. :)
Nice Peter Kessler Highlight reel...

Don't know if this has been posted.
Jay of SunSpot's North Carolina Studio to be specific, but who need that much detail. The 60 second radio spot is avaiable on the feelgolf.net web site if you have not heard it.
Found this today while digging into Peter Kessler, and Bill Glasson. Glasson tied for 55th in the recent 2010 AT&T Championship.
Not a great showing, but a showing none the less.
Found this new blog posting reviewing the FEEL grips.
Says it was posted 11/03/2010

Good Morning all. Still looking for that all important news/filing update from FEEL.
On a side note: Watched the election results last night, and jumped on the CBIS board to tell all the bad news about California's Prop 19 (the leagalization of Marajuana) failing to pass. Mainly watching it so that I could buy into Cannibis Scientific if it actually became leagalized.
Boy oh boy... let me tell you something. Whatever you do. Don't drop the bad news bomb on a bunch of high flying heavily invested pot heads. They jumped down my throat like I snagged their last dime bag.
I don't blame them. I seriously thought it just might pass last minute. Especially in a state that can't balance a budget, and is terminally flat broke and busted. But oh well, it wasn't even close.
Lets hope for the update, and way FEEL our way to dime land.
I am not trying to rain on anyones parade... Napa Valley may be but not I. I had planned on buying as much CBIS as I could afford at any price I could get tomorrow morning if it passed CA.
I am a fan, but when they call a race that early (min. after polls close) they know something. They don't make that type of statement without supporting info.
One sided exit polls is the only way they call it this quickly.
Yes and they are "predicting" Boxer to win minutes after poll close, and the goveror race minutes after poll close. They only do that when the exit polls are so one sided that there is no way that it will reverse.
All due respect. I wanted it to pass. Just delivering the annoucement.
I did... http://www.foxnews.com/ It is across the top of their home page. in an Election Alert.
Not according to the people watching the exit polls. Sorry, I was hoping it would carry.
Sorry my source... http://www.foxnews.com/
New alert on top of the page.
CA proposition defeated
The low volume on this sub-penny is just plain painful. You just know it is going to take off like a rocket when the aquisition news is updated or really when any life at all is breathed into the trading cycle.
I have a heck of alot more powder to place long term on FEEL, but I have my own rules in place for a reason. So I try to be patient like Warren.
You have heard just a bit about my notifications today, and I should add that when REAL news or filings are released on a company I am watching. It in short looks something like the 4th of July over here. Bells and whistles being lit up from all corners of the Internet.
I know it is just a matter of time, but watching this first half a day and seeing $564 worth of trades going through is like waiting for grass to grow, while sitting on the railroad tracks. Nothing is happing right now, but once you begin to feel the vibrations things are going to get exciting real quick. GLTA
OT: As far as the career choice... it fills in the time between PR's HAHA!!
Try the The new Google Realtime search under their more tools...
http://www.google.com/realtime
It uses an API that I use quite a bit called their pubsubhubbub. Funny name but extreemly useful push tecnology with a public api.
If you open Google Realtime and do a simple search for "breaking news" you will sit there for about 20 minutes with your mouth hanging open. You want the world as it happens that is how you get it.
Does not work real well for specific DD searches where updates are days apart, but if an event is happening right now and you want updates now it is great.
OT: Ancient Chianese Secret... Just kidding.
I am a custom Internet application programmer with well over 15 years of experience. I have built a couple of directed spider newswire, feed and social media apps that do much of the scouring for me.
I am looking at building one or more of the better tools into an Android application to put up for sale, but have yet to release them yet.
