mango flavor…
the new mango flavor will go into production on the oct. 27th, it has to sit for 24 hours to make sure the cans are sealed and hold product and will be ready for sale on the 29th or 30th so look for it....
now thru end of year = a new level…
"...we are anticipating a significant increase in sales revenue between now and December 31st."
i can confirm what Schuman's saying - the product is moving in SoCal stores.
also, Canada just went pro MJ today so hemp anything will blast off there as well.
that 1M can order's gonna be gone by the end of the year as well.
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-10-20/trudeau-win-signals-gains-for-building-and-marijuana-stocks
lol, yeah, i suppose they wouldn't
but then, rmhb (now) would certainly not sent a letter like bulls posted as an example to everyone, right?
mango was announced awhile back - that it would be part of a future production run.
that future is NOW.
conflict of interest?
i don't think anyone would be stupid enough to moonlight at RMH while employed elsewhere - LOL
consider this:
updating a linked in page has low priority over other things going on.
might want to check L2
500,000 seller (CSTI) at .0843.
showed up yesterday with no fills and was cancelled at end of day - then back on today.
funny but last week, there was a 1,200,000 buyer (CSTI again) at .077 - unfilled.
then the next day, he showed back up again at 500,000 buy at .079 or so.
could be the same person.
Not yet.
I'll do that the next time I go over there.
RMH already selling here in Los Angeles….
The local store where I buy is sold out of most flavors so they need to re-order.
More stores to stock RMH in next few weeks…
Good things are happening.
THCZ fans…
stay tuned - big things about to happen in Southern CA counties.
re-posting since you asked what was said…

"I just returned from the Shareholder meeting an hour ago and I walked away feeling more pumped than ever over the company's vision and future line of products. The Board of Directors were friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and answered all shareholder questions. Highlighting the best news: the family-friendly 'snowflake' design is forthcoming (within a month or two) and Walmart and other big box retailers are now VERY interested in carrying the product. A line of 'shots' are in the works and will soon be unveiled as well. Not just the '5 hr Energy' variety alone, but also libido enhancing, mental focus and relaxation shots. New can design is on the horizon (white replacing silver/reflective finish to enhance product name/content/logo. New cans will be 16 oz instead of 12, (same price!) with double the hemp seed extract (100 mg) and for the energy drink and soon to be released 15 kcal Mango energy drink, caffeine level to be bumped up by 1/3 (120 mg or so). Most exciting of all are the CBD or cannabidiol beverages (early 2016 it is hoped) that will be of considerable benefit to consumers looking for a functional beverage that enchance cognition, mental focus and may benefit those with mild neurological impairment….
...New ticker symbol not yet revealed but transition to Rocky Mtn High as official company name only a week or two off. The audited financials are REAL, i.e. they are happening for us and is moving forward. It is, as they revealed a very arduous and detailed process that can't be completed in a day. I would say we are no more than a couple of weeks off here as well. The million can production order for Canada is going through and in fact the distributor himself was there and spoke very enthusiastically about the RMH beverages."
Todd Kornely's track record
https://www.linkedin.com/pub/todd-kornely/100/6a7/a59
more than likely, he sees explosive product potential which means money in his bank.
that's the bottom line.
why would he join if he didn't believe thcz RMH products would boost his personal wealth?
he wouldn't.
he knows a good thing when he sees it.
great contacts for sure...
looking forward to watch him in action
let's be realistic.
that number may be valid in 2016/17 but seriously, think about your wish
a 900M market cap?
not yet.
probably so - southern CA will be the next big penetration point.
product is already in many stores between san diego and los angeles and the product IS moving. once the product proves that it has a positive track record, that statistic can be leveraged for entry into a medium retailer such as total wine, trader joes, or sprouts. big retailers would come later once product gets traction in the smaller ones first.
The snowflake design will be huge for THCZ, as the new design can and will open new doors for THCZ that the old leaf design could not because retailers beyond smoke shops don't want to be affiliated with selling MJ products.
With Harry Drnec acting as a marketing consultant, and now Todd Kornely bring in his sales expertise from snaffle/dr pepper, a huge boost in market penetration is forthcoming over the next year.
Get in now while shares are cheap.
if NOBODY is interested in hemp infused energy drinks, then can you explain to me why the store down the street here is selling it? do you believe that it exist in ANY stores at all?
"Some hemp-infused drink company competitor has been trying to get to Walmart for the last year and a half now and they could not yet. So, it is not easy to get in especially for start-up companirs. Search the public domain and you will find out easily."
instead of searching, why don't you just post it.
(it's easy to just post this cuz you probably know nobody here's gonna bother with searching, which points out that you probably do not know the answer at all. instead, you are just deferring the task to others who won't bother - lol)
lol, happy friday.
the hemp-mobile is coming up this way, yay!
and you know this as a fact by what means...?
an example would be that you sit in walmart's e-commerce-company's (aka Virtual Exchanges Inc.) staff meetings and decide which new products will not be advertised on the e-commerce website?
LOL.
it is available thru Walmarts online distributor
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Rocky-Mountain-High-12-Fluid-Ounce-Hemp-Energy-Drink-12-Pack/44943975
not on Walmart shelves at the moment. have to start small and grow. you can not just get shelf space instantly at the big stores like walmart, target, etc. that is why a lot of smaller smoke shops are being targeted - and in those small shops, the product IS moving. we have a smoke shop a few miles away that has RMH, and the store owner stated to me that it is moving well when i asked him. that's a good thing.
"Over the last few weeks those friends are noticing And buying the drinks from stores all over Southern California."
more to come - be patient
ya, i'd like to know that too.
i'd like to see all of the sales figures with names for each distributor in the audited results.
and the share structure as bulls9999 has indicated.
maybe vending vachines at head shops - LOL
come back to earth, will ya. you seriously think vending machine companys will give shelf space over coke, 7-up, a&w, pepsi, monster, gatorade, whatever else…. get real…. as said, maybe at head shops.
the first step in validating product is moving off the shelves is when THCZ orders up another two production runs for 1) canada and 2) for usa distributors. that's the only way to measure product movement to the consumer - i doubt the financial audit would show anything, excpet possibly hint at that in any forward looking statements they choose to include. need to see it in the news from ordering the runs to receiving the runs.
It was stated that is what Walmart wanted, 16oz cans.
it means that THCZ has been paid by the canadians. also, the labels have been finished and approved per MadBeez's Facebook postings…. but that point is moot. THCZ made the 1M can sale and once the can's get labels attached, they're off and running. the main point here is that there is DEMAND for product. that's a very good thing.
Canadian 1 Million Can order has been Sold Out.
They are requesting more.
WOOO HOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Meanwhile,
California State University Northridge students have caught wind that RMH is selling product at a nearby store. That store is now sold out as well.
Canada: Most of the million can order is pre-sold and more is needed.
The Canadian labels are approved and ready! The web site http://www.rockymountainhighcanada.com is being updated with the new labels, faster equipment and a better ordering database.
The first run through received so many hits it was crashing the server. Way more clients than expected.
Most of the million can order is pre-sold and more is needed.
Canada proves its on the cutting edge of the hemp industry and way ahead of the USA in this industry.
Here are the labels. What are your thoughts?
https://www.facebook.com/MadBeezHemp
be realistic. probably not $1 at years and. maybe into next year if sales figures warrant a $1 price tag.

Notes from the shareholder meeting I found online from one of the shareholders. Very well written and spot on.
"i went to the meeting with the intention of getting a vibe on this company and meeting the big players involved. i wanted to make sure this was a sound investment and that the boat was on the right course. in summary, i came away more excited about the company and more convinced that this is a home run investment. now that i've offered my summary, for those who want the longer version, read below.
i arrived over an hour early. i was the 5th car on the parking area in front of the pavilion. i expected more of a stuffy, air conditioned banquet room inside of a hotel than a giant open air pavilion....but it was a 75 degree day with a nice breeze. 30 or more tables with table clothes and a boot with flowers as a centerpiece made a nice presentation.
a wrapped RMH van from the local distributor was busying himself unloading cases of RMH into about 10 or 12 RMH wheeled coolers with and icing them down for the event. RMH staff was all wearing black shirts with the company logo and were easy to spot. I spoke with the distributor for a while and he keeps very busy selling the product. that was good.
Jerry came by and we talked for a while. He is a genuine guy, gives a strong hand shake, looks you right in the eye, and tells you exactly what he thinks. I like this guy a whole lot. We talked about the company for a while. our talking points:
-too much is being made about the audited financial report being delayed. it will come when the auditing firm is done. Jerry wants it done more than anyone as it will help him uplist and secure bank loans. Jerry says there are no surprises. It will contain exactly what was reported earlier in the June 30th report. it is very close. any day...though he admits he's been saying any day for many days.
-he has no idea why the stock surged in the last few days. he cant control it and he doesn't pay it too much attention....but he does hate the bashers and he wishes they would be jailed for the lies they say about him and his company.
-the eroding of the share price has effected his working capital. to keep the company going, more cash is needed. this will come from bank loans and possibly adding more shares. if the stock price goes up, this opens his options as it gives him more capital.
-his former company, republic of texas, went bankrupt. jerry explained that he could have closed the doors and shut it down but that would have screwed the share holders. instead, the only way to protect the share holders value was to file bankruptcy. by doing this, the shareholders of that company automatically became shareholders of thcz and thus preserves their investment interest. way cool!!
-Jerry wants to have a share holder meeting every year. He loves it and thinks its important to do this.
-I asked Jerry about the lack of PR's and if this was some type of strategy to withhold PR's. he said that after a while you dont have anything left to talk about. once you tell everyone what you are doing, you just run out of things to say. well, there you go. i know everyone is waiting for a PR or two every week to boost their portfolio (I know I am!!)....but the reality is that they just dont have something to pump twice a week.
I spoke with Todd Komely who is replacing Jason as the national sales director. Very nice guy. Jason is moving to head a new division of cannabinoid beverages and products that RMH will soon be offering. Jason is meeting, overseeing, and developing relationships with industrial hemp farmers in Colorado who will be creating the nations first and only cannabinoid crops and used exclusively for RMH products. It was stated at the meeting the CBD has tremendous health and medicinal benefits and uses. Pioneering into this area puts RMH into a market far beyond the scope of being an ordinary hemp infused beverage company.
The food portion of the event occurred and the bbq beef, cole slaw, potato salad, and peach cobbler all were great. Then the formal presentation occurred.
Jerry talked, though his jaw was still a bit stiff from oral surgery so he kept his speaking brief. Tom Schuman spoke next. He is a great speaker and outlined where the company is and where its going. I've never met Schuman but he seems to be a qualified and energetic guy. He comes across as that coach of a football team that you were willing to do what it takes to bring home a victory for this guy.
some of his talking points were:
-16 oz cans will now be replacing the current 12 oz cans at no extra cost
-the silver can with the logo will be now a white can with the logo.
-interest from walmart corporate in stocking RMH is there but we are waiting for the snowflake design
-snowflake order was delayed as 7up butted in line at the canning factory and pushed RMH's order back a few weeks
-2 oz energy shots are going to be available in several flavors as early as next month.
-the alcohol line was discussed and its a complicated and drawn out process. they are going down that path but this sounds like a horizon event.
-the CBD division of RMH is new and exciting and products from this division will be released as they are developed.
-the power point revealed 1.7 cans produced and 937,000 in sales. these were the same numbers previously published. i dont believe this includes the canadian order.
The speaker that stole the show was Tom from Rhino Marketing. If there was any doubt about the legitimacy of RMH, once Tom took the podium, those doubts were removed. Tom is a class act. He is intelligent, motivated, excited, and brings with him a tremendous amount of experience and a glowing resume. His hallmark client, Redbull, and his very close affiliation with Harry Drnc and Harry's role with the RMH puts RMH on the map big time. Schuman outlined Tom's excitement about RMH from the first day when Jerry and Tom walked into Rhino's office to get Rhino on board. Tom (Rhino president) expressed that 2 or 3 times in a lifetime will a product come through the door that they know will be a huge success. Redbull was the first one. RMH is the second one and with that Rhino was instantly on board.
Tom from Rhino expressed his willingness to put all of his efforts and resources behind RMH. Perhaps the statement that raised an eyebrow the most was when he said Rhino spends $50 million a month on advertising and marketing (i hope i heard that correctly). With that type of resources behind RMH there is little doubt where this company is headed. Tom (Rhino) also detailed how his company is targeting the 18 to 34 year audience for this product. His software allows Rhino to record key words on google search engines by all users to identify, locate, and target their demographic for RMH products.
The fourth speaker of the event was Rodney Peterson. He is the Canadian distributor. He outlined briefly who he was and what he is doing. He has been in sales and marketing in Canada with another brand of products (health care products??). His million can order has been placed and prepaid and he is awaiting his cans so he can bring the product to canada. His network up there is in place and ready for delivery.
The floor opened up for questions and answers; All questions were asked and all were answered to the fullest extent. There was no bombshells here. Perhaps the question that everyone wanted to know was sales projections...specific numbers....and Tom Schuman said that they do not have those numbers and he is not going to stand there and make it up. I felt that was a very honest answer.
The meeting adjourned and people slowly scattered. Two RMH wrapped vans showed up to help break down the remaining amount of RMH cans and coolers. I spend a bit of time talking with Rodney and his fellow canadian distributors. They have some very valuable information to offer me as a prospective distributor. They said do not throw away the cans of RMH. . these cans are band identity. mini-billboards. leave them in strategic places, such as in bathrooms of bars or restaurants. A crushed can of RMH was on the floor of the hotel that they were staying at. They stopped and paused and remarked that even a crushed can laying on the ground allows people to see the iconic hemp leaf logo as they walk by. i thought this was brilliant. im keeping my cans so i can do the same."
that was published in march. why do you keep repeating it?
read this instead:

or maybe i'll repost it here.
be patient and do look at the facebook page i posted earlier… in that, you scroll down to where he posted the meeting notes from a shareholder who was at the event. - basically, be patient. read jerry's response to everyone overhyping when the audit results will show their face. not long, but read what they have left to do in order to release the audited financials….it's not that far off but read it for yourself.
good writeup on the facebook page i posted. go mango flavor. that and lime coconut will catch market share of the female age 18-35 bracket from red bull, monster, and rockstar. the flavors are great low cal drinks.
Lots more information on MadBeez distribution facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/MadBeezHemp?fref=nf
not wrapped up in trivial chit
how do you know that someone didn't? were you there to quiz everyone at the door? lol. setting joking aside, lots of private conversations going on but once again, i don't think they're gonna put out any info until the audited financials get posted.
you'll have to wait for the [audited] financials, sorry.
yech? have you tried lime coconut? any of them? i guess if you haven't had ANY energy drinks and just don't like them in general, yeah, you'd say yech.
they're great in mixers, and yes, i agree with you on the alcoholic drinks. they should focus on RMH drinks FIRST before getting alcoholic drinks out into the marketplace. Seem's like they're getting ahead of themselves too quickly - and imo, should concentrate on getting the fundamental product line to ''established'' on shelves BEFORE leaping into the totally different alcoholic beverage market…..aka… ''spreading oneself too thin, imo.''
yeah, that is why they can't reveal projections and such just yet. forward looking statements would get published along with the audited financials.
on the short side, they don't have much head room left, as they either got at the bottom at 5.5c or just shy of it. if they are clever, then can gun it to 3c but i would sure be there to scoop up ~a~l~o~t~ basically free shares.
long term, the long side is where the greatest potential lies now…. in two or three years, it won't matter if you bought it at 3c, 5c, 7c, or 11c…..
they have a great product on the market and i can go down a few miles from where i live and get it from a store that stocks it. love the coconut lime, as do many people on the CSUN campus who are also close to that store. many stores in the LA/Orange/SanDiego counties are getting stock from the Brea distributor alone. i am really looking forward to the mango drink.
