First Warning Systems Changes Name to Cyrcadia Health
First Warning Systems, a pioneer in early cancer detection through measuring abnormal circadian cellular changes throughout the body, announced the company is changing its name to Cyrcadia Health, Inc. to better address the company’s breadth of upcoming product releases. The initial focus will be on wearable early breast cancer screening technology.

B. Picked up by CISCO & FLEXTRONICS
The iTbra will be the star of CISCO’s (NASDAQ: CSCO) upcoming documentary entitled “DETECTED”, which will focus on the early detection of breast cancer using wearable technology.
http://detectedmovie.com/
They are also working with Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX), to develop a “Cyrcadia Health Inside” version that can be embedded into sporty-type bras manufactured by independent garment manufacturers.
For this technology to be picked up by 2 giants in the industry must be something of greater importance and life changing - truly an invention that could change the fight against breast cancer forever.
you should read the DD compilation at sticky post. if i recall correctly, the iTBra is a fourth generation of this product. trial on-going, release of results may coincide with CISCO produced documentary around mid-March (16 March probably), submit FDA clearance mid-2015 as Class II device, commercialization in early 2016.
they have clearance on the older generation and 3 patents (i believe) had been awarded to LLBO.

Automated Self-Exams
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women worldwide. Almost 50% of breast cancer cases and 58% of deaths occur in less developed countries. Additionally, people in low-income regions have a smaller chance of survival than people in high-income areas, mostly because of the lack of early detection programs.
Cyrcadia Health is developing an intelligent breast patch that tracks and analyzes circadian cellular tissue changes. At the same time, the company populates a global library of phenotype/genotype information that contributes to the state of breast cancer research worldwide.

“Smart” bra iTbra replace mammography
The startup team First Warning Systems has developed a prototype “smart” bra BSE Bra in 2012. Now renaming the company in Cyrcadia Health, and the product itself – in iTbra, developers are preparing to enter the consumer market by 2016. “Smart” bra developed by the company, will conduct early diagnosis of cancer instead of mammography. The product looks like an ordinary sports top, inner surface of which is equipped with sensors. They monitor the dynamics of blood flow, increase the activity of which, we can talk about the probability distribution of cancer cells in the tissues.

Upon validation of the technology, Lifeline formed an affiliate, First Warning Systems, Inc. (FWS) in 2008 to obtain a better valuation of the technology and reduce the cost of capital and dilution. A license, in exchange for shares and a revenue royalty of FWS, was entered into conveying rights for further development of the technology and the worldwide marketing rights.

Tell that to Cisco. The connection has been well publicized http://detectedmovie.com/ - let's see who is more believable!!!!!
With Cyrcadia Health’s non-compressive, non-irradiative technology, the company’s historical 500 patient trials have shown significant promise in addressing the dense breast tissue population. With a higher propensity for cancer, and limitations of current imaging standards such as mammography in this difficult to image patient population, Cyrcadia Health’s tissue-agnostic, screening technology could provide a much earlier alert to the state of cancer for this population.
“While all countries have thousands of people suffering from this disease, breast cancer is an epidemic in evolving Asian countries,” said Royea. “We are greatly indebted to our Singapore investors for their foresight and commitment in addressing this serious challenge. With their and others support, our smart device enabled technology will allow a woman to simply wear our technology under her normal garments in the privacy of her own home as a monthly breast cancer screening solution.”

Internet of Everything Shines Light on Smarter Healthcare Solutions
By Joseph Bradley, Vice President of Internet of Everything Practice, Cisco Consulting Services
The Internet of Everything (IoE) has the potential to be worth an estimated $19 trillion. But this huge number means nothing if it isn’t improving people’s lives.
Industry visionaries are seeking ways to help businesses and people extract value from IoE. In healthcare, IoE promises to improve care delivery, enhance patient and visitor experiences, and create new care models we can only imagine.
This is partly because ‘dark assets’ – common objects not connected to the Internet – are being equipped with minute, yet technologically advanced sensors, transforming them into connected devices capable of generating useful data that can advance health services.
Imagine a world where IoE makes our healthcare infrastructure more intelligent and efficient. Suddenly, smart traffic systems help ambulances get to emergencies faster. Empty bottles of medication automatically trigger accurate refill alerts at the pharmacy. Smartphones alert you to relevant health information, whether you’re shopping for groceries, working out at the gym, or monitoring and measuring your daily activities.
Perhaps more than any other industry, healthcare is proof that it’s not the data that matters, so much as what we can do with it. As we move beyond fitness trackers that count our steps, IoE is now poised to potentially save the lives of millions of people. Soon, analyzed data collected by connected health devices will funnel information directly to physicians who, in turn, can develop customized treatment plans for patients based on real-time insights.
Silicon Valley entrepreneur Rob Royea is harnessing the real-time response power of IoE and the fast-paced adoption of wearables to launch the innovative iTBra. This device, which is still undergoing testing, automatically transmits data from a sensor-equipped bra to a secure patient database. The iTBra holds the potential to alert women and their doctors to early signs of breast cancer such as abnormal temperature patterns in breast cells, so the medical community can more quickly develop treatment plans and save lives.
Cisco is chronicling the story of the iTBra by funding DETECTED, a documentary scheduled for release later this year. What if one invention could change the fight against breast cancer forever?
A connected bra capable of detecting breast cancer could soon make this a reality.
Inspired, Rob set off to help launch a technology whose time had come. Unlike healthy cells, cancer cells demonstrate abnormal temperature patterns. Rob and his team at Cyrcadia Health have developed a bra equipped with sensors that read cellular temperatures, transmit data in real-time to a patient database, and alert both doctor and patient to abnormal readings via smartphone. Currently undergoing medical trials, the so-called ‘iT Bra’ is expected to reach the consumer marketplace in 2016. Cyrcadia believes its innovation could reduce the number of unnecessary breast biopsies by up to 50%, especially among women with dense breast tissue, for whom mammography often doesn’t work. Used as a monthly breast screening system, iT Bra will provide thousands of women early warnings of cancer formation, enabling doctors to implement treatment plans sooner and ultimately saving lives.

Thank you for your long term support. Cyrcadia Health is licensed under LLBO's patents to complete the development, obtain regulatory clearances (CEMark for international; FDA for US), then go to market. LLBO is Cyrcadia's largest shareholder at approximately 40%.
Cyrcadia's upcoming trials are FDA directed for clearance as a Class II device. With a previous 510K on our original product, we are planning a multi-site validation trial here in the US. The timing of clearance by the FDA is never clearly defined, but we plan on filing with the FDA by mid 2015, with the intention of entering the US market by 2016. We are also filing for CE clearance for outside US release, which may be a more expedient result allowing earlier entry into countries not regulated by FDA.
So LLBO owns approximately 40% of Cyrcadia Health.
About Cyrcadia Health, Inc.
Cyrcadia Health, Inc., founded as First Warning Systems in 2008, is based in Reno, Nev. The company’s product line is a device and software service that detects breast tissue abnormalities leading to health risk assessment and management including early breast cancer identification. Three clinical trials with over 500 participants have achieved proof of concept and superior outcomes when compared to other diagnostic protocols. Cyrcadia Health is planning a final, limited clinical trial and a 510k device classification to validate the fourth generation of the product. The company is preparing to apply for a Euro CE Mark to market in the European Union and Asia Pacific markets, with FDA applications following for the US market. Public Acceptance – During our initial 500 patient clinical trials, there were a number of women that benefited from our original FDA 510K cleared wearable device where mammography did not detect, or due to age, did not reach patients with breast cancer. One such woman was a 26 year old nurse from Green Memorial Hospital in Ohio was asked to participate as a random client for screening. Her name was Nedra Lindsey. Although Nedra would have not been eligible for reimbursement for a mammogram until the age of 40, she was fortunate to have worn our early breast cancer screening device, as we detected her early state of breast cancer 14 years prior to her normal introduction to mammography screening. With a single PR Newswire release of the Nedra Lindsey story in October of 2012, CYRCADIA HEALTH received over 51 million tracked inquiries for global distribution, product purchase and additional information on our technology. Over a 12 month time period following the same release, there were over 600 public news reviews, including nightly local and national news reports on the prospective impact that our technology could have on early breast cancer detection.

Bringing the “Smart Bra” to Market
For the past 20 years, Lifeline Biotechnologies Inc. (OTC:LLBO) has been developing and testing a “smart bra” that can screen for very early signs of cancer. Early detection of breast cancer gives the patient more treatment options, better quality of life, and a much-increased chance of survival.
Now First Warning System Inc.’s product is almost ready to go to market. The Parent company Lifeline is the principal shareholder in the firm, which was founded in 2008 and headquartered in Reno.

simple.. when a company needs cash and their operations can't provide and they are already highly leveraged (D/E ratio of 3.5x)- can't borrow from banks, their last resort is to raise capital.. hence the PRs and unaudited "incomplete" financials (with lots of accounting mistakes)...
do you think the share price will get high enough for the company to sell shares to raise cash?
i'm sorry but i was looking for financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statements of cash flows, statements of changes in equity and notes to financial statements).... i must have misunderstood your definition of financial statements (or the other way around?)... meaningless without the accompanying notes..
turned out notes payable is interest bearing while notes receivable is not..
seemed Alcoa project is not profitable at all - evidenced by retained losses -$249k...
how can they win gov't bidding when cash is merely $4k?
accounts receivable $64k - they are subsidizing their customers?
research and development $73k / capitalized? lol.. do they even have the patent to support these? should be written off.. net is $43k vs net profit of $48k - what is left is just $5k
licenses $125,472 - has perpetual life? lol... why there's no amortization?
