All bashing and pumping aside. What is your gut feeling regarding DKGR at this point? The big thoughts of .10 by year end would appear to be just that nice thoughts. Do you expect any major price movement before 2007, or do you think things will just settle until some time in the new year? TIA
I'll take the Saints this week. Gee, there sure are a bunch of crap games this week. GLTA.
grubmaster
The following is a line from the T.O.S. :
Moderators of stock-specific boards are allowed to immediately remove any post for Admin review that falls into the following categories: Duplicate, Personal Attack, Spam. Each hidden/removed post is reviewed by Admin and either left removed or restored.
Discussing what a company did in a prior life, especially when one of the current principle people was around at the time, does not fall under Duplicate, Personal Attack or Spam, in my opinion. How does discussing the current non performance or questioning the companies claims fit into any of these three categories allowing a post to be deleted on a stock specific board? I will agree that discussing the validity of deleting posts can be deleted, yet the issue is the volume of other deletions which prompted the discussion of deleting posts. My last $.02 on this. Essentially the DKGR board has become nothing more than an extension of the MPC board and really should just be shut down.
grubmaster - I would wholeheartedly disagree with your statement. Bottom line, if the deletions were to stop, then there wouldn't be a bunch of posts complaining about deletions. Stop the deletions you then stop the spam about deletions. Stock boards should not have posts deleted unless they specifically are a T.O.S. violation. Folks with their own topic boards can delete whatever they want, they should not be allowed to delete posts from stock boards however. The admin's of a stock board are not in a position to make judgements about what can and can't be said about the particular stock they are board admin for. By allowing this to continue you are allowing these boards to become moot.
DEN for me this week. Thanks.

Lost last week, so I believe I have one more life. Will still try for winners rather than losers. Thanks.

That may be so, but my point is that unless he clears up and/or resolves the NSS issue up very quickly, the stigma of the NSS is going to keep new investors away, IMHO. To get down to brass tacks, this stock needs new investors willing to pay much more than the price it's currently trading at in order to reach the projections. If I had never heard of this stock and just saw the recent news, I would be very hesitant in investing in it.
B
What's so good about stating there may be an NSS problem with your stock? Assuming it's true, nobody is going to touch this until that issue is cleared up. Seems to me that Clayton may have inadvertantly given the Scarlet letter to the stock. Thoughts?

I agree, the .015/.016 barrier is critical. It broke it earlier in the summer, but couldn't sustain. In June, more than 100 million shares changed hands between .01 - .02 I appreciate the optimism and am starting to get it a bit myself, it is now time to deliver. GLTA
zero - It's time to get past the "housekeeping" PR's. With the glut at around .015 from the run earlier in the summer it is going to take some very serious actual production and hard $'s, not projections, to sustain any major upward move from here, IMHO.

Put me down for Washington. Thanks.
OK, no harm, no foul. Now let's get this thing into the multiple cents rather than fractions of a cent.

Ok, here is my math:
2,500,000 @ .012 = 30,000
8,000,000 @ .0062 = 49,600
The difference between 49,600 - 30,000 = 19,600 so the 5,500,000 shares remaining are valued:
19,600 / 5,500,000 = .0356
Your math:
2,500,000 * .012 = 30,000
2,500,000 * .005 = 12,500
2,500,000 * .005 = 12,500
500,000 * .005 = 2,500
-------------------------
57,500
57,500 / 8,000,000 = .0072
Not a big difference, but more understandable based on the price history.
I think it's just a calculation error and nothing else.

Sorry, but need to call you on this. Today you state you hold 8 million @ .0062, back on 6/17 you said you had 2.5 million @ .012.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=11632115
That means you had to accumulate another 5.5 million @ an average of .0036 How is that possible? TIA

In response to your earlier post, just wanted to keep my word that I would post again when positive's occur. I am glad that today they stated directly that Ms. Stefany completed her contract and is no longer involved. Again, the meat is slim but the PR is positive in my eyes. Moving forward, let's hope they can keep that promise of revenue without dilution.
B
Absolutely, I will post. I have said it before I want this stock to go to .02 and I will most likely get out when it gets there. I have no problem with posting of congratulations to those who predicted it, should it occur. So, yes I want it to take off. My point so far is that it isn't behaving like a stock that's going to take off. My issue, as with several here, is that many here only look through their rose colored glasses. Negative items are scoffed at and ridiculed. Clayton's been on the scene for about a year and a half. I don't believe the other success stories took nearly that long.
B
OK, we will agree to disagree. You feel this method was full disclosure, I look at it as attempting to hide / extremely downplay a significant event.
We all know how these fringe stocks work. How can the current stock movement be explained based upon the two most recent news releases? A company with all of this gold, on the verge of being produced, should be flying. Folks are not busting down the doors to buy this stock, why? It still hasn't reached the MPC's break even point, has it? You stated months ago that September would be the month. I'd call September a wash. First they cancel the deal for their only revenue stream, then the announce they are close to gold production. To me, in the short term, those two items offset each other. Long term, who knows, however long term for this company to date, doesn't really exist. Now you say October is our month. What do you base that upon? What exactly do you see occuring with DKGR by 10/31/06? For several years now, all iterations of this company have produced nothing but PR's. If the prospects here are so great, this stock should be at least where it was when they first pumped the mining in the Spring. Why isn't the price following the supposed potential here? GLTA.
B
Sorry, but that response doesn't cut it. The company has stated it will be open and communicate. If the CFO is no longer with the company that needs to be stated, in a PR. If your trying to become a legitimate operating company then you must announce any material event in a timely manner. Especially when the individual who is no longer with the company requested they do so. If the CFO is no longer with the company that is a material event in my book.
New Pick - KC thanks.
Why is Nia Stefany no longer with the company? Why, based on this statement from a recent PR:
As part of my effort to keep the investment community informed, Drake is implementing a plan to incorporate a high level of transparency into its operations and finances.
has the company not announced their CFO is no longer with the company?
All well and good, however now with hopefully some real meat in a PR we are still at about half the price we were when this was being hyped so high. Possible loss of the CFO without a mention, which fits the track record folks disappear without mention. Nice volume, but it's still going to take some serious work just to get a lot of folks back to even here. GLTA
B
Is Nia Stefany still with the company? I ask due to this paragraph in the PR:
Commenting on the addition of other experienced mining management, he continued to say, "We are now bringing in a mining team that will ensure the success of Drake's mining operations. This includes a new CFO, several directors, a compliance attorney, a business analyst and eventually a new CEO and President once I believe I have brought Drake to the producing and compliant level that will guarantee growth of shareholder value. Announcements will be made starting next week due to the fact we are now starting operations."
I am hopefull for a big surge this week. But the normal penny philosophy of buy on rumor sell on news does not seem to hold water here. There was some movement late in the week, but still isn't what I would expect for a company on the verge of producing millions of dollars in gold. This will be taken as a bash, however I feel I/we have the right to be skeptical with these folks given the track record. Without the Pegasus revenues where is the $ coming from to fund this. I doubt Clayton has pockets that deep. I see a lot of the word lease mentioned, maybe that's it. Maybe it's a gamble betting future revenue. If that is the case, at least the folks leasing and/or providing the equipment must have a positive outlook. I don't know, this post rambles both ways and I think that pretty much somes up the sentiment here for the past year or so. Hey, I will be ecstatic if this can get to just .02 in the next week or so. GLTA
Just popped on and didn't read the whole thread, but one paragraph struck me in the PR. If it has been discussed, I apologize as I will review posts later, but is Nia Stefany gone?

That's what I meant by small circles. I also was privy to that information, my point was the general investing public may not have been. That would be a good thing if the general public is aware of that. Goes to show there is a financial stake.
More substantial??? The fact they cancelled their only revenue source that was supposed to start pulling in $ this month is pretty substantial. Not saying that was a bad thing, just that it is a very substantial development. Also, the "loaning" of $ to fund everything although I think was known in small circles, at least now it is out open to the public. It's an always wait until the next PR for the meat with this bunch. Well, we wait again.

Thanks.
I think that since he made a point to state that share structure will be announced and made available on the website makes me think it has changed somewhat, or significantly, since the prior structure. No idea if that's bad or good. Well at least it would appear Clayton hasn't given up, yet. Now, it's September and that revenue from the Pegasus acquisition. If the PR doesn't mention Pegasus at all, I would take that as a negative. Seems the market isn't at all interested in this letter to shareholders, a bit of an increase in volume, but not much of a price increase. I guess if your a daytrader you might take a chance today and buy, hoping tomorrow's PR gives the price a big boost. GLTA

Question. Does it seem odd to others that one week NEOM announces they are selling their micro paint repair business and then the next week they announce a new trademarked name AutoXperience for that business? The LOI, in the Edgar filing, doesn't mention this name and the PR stating the new name makes no mention that this business is being sold. Am I missing something, or is this a bit strange? TIA

Another point of view - Obviously I've been critical of DKGR in the past, however this POV is from a different angle. Novak is still working other entities, their Bull Hunter report in the past couple of days spotlights a new company, VACM. Seems their credibility at this point is in jeopardy, why would I look into VACM when their prior endeavors haven't panned out. Bottom line, Novak needs DKGR to do something, along with their other picks in order to protect their reputation, don' they? Thoughts?
The problem there is, until Drake actually proves they have gold, mine gold and sell gold, gold could go to $10,000/oz. and it won't matter as far as Drake goes.
B
I am only going to bring this up once, but unfortunately this is par for the course for Novak for more than a year with this stock. Most don't want to talk about prior to DKGR, but Novak has promised, promised and promised some more with this company but has yet to deliver. Per last weeks conference, it will be at least September before they receive any Pegasus revenue. Currently they have 0 revenue. They release what would look like good news and the stock tanks. It has now reached below bottom. Clayton has touted they are working on becoming reporting for over a year, has yet to happen. I also believe Clayton is too smart to have been duped by Melvin. That whole situation still stinks in my opinion. OK, I have vented won't mention another word. Good luck to us all!
B
Z - I enjoyed the conference and was glad to have some questions answered. It all boils down to a waiting game now. Clayton laid out a lot of good info and was very forthright in his answers. Pegasus is going to be getting a lot of shares, but restricted for 2 years, unless this thing takes off pretty quickly. First revenues, if I read correctly, will not get to Drake until Sep, until then Clayton / Novak are footing the bill, I believe. The plans are in place now it's time for action and price appreciation. GLTA

You state the company has money in the bank. How do you know that? Have you asked Clayton specifically, has DKGR received any revenue to date? Ask him who is paying the bills at this time.
