Well said standintall I have been here for MONTHS with very little holding me here other than waiting for the financials if it is a big fat 0 I will be very disappointed and I for one will have my finger on the sell button as I read...

Perhaps the greater sense of relaxation led me to revisit the investor boards for Salamon Group Inc. Once again, I received the ire from investors frustrated by the lack of communication by our IR team. I’d be pissed too if people didn’t respond to my emails, no matter why I invested in their company (let’s face it, people who are on investor boards on OTC companies are usually looking for a quick buck!). As I’ve said there, Rome was not built in a day, so patience is going to continue to be the rule. However, there is progress made, the stock is worth multiples of what it was same time last year, so frankly speaking, if some invested at higher levels with the financials status at or near where it was last year, that was their decision with the inherent risks tagging along for the ride.
Tomorrow is my last official “holiday”, so I think I’ll take another stroll through the dog park with Sunshine and Moonlight (our two goldens), sit on the dock responding to the kinder people of the world, and then maybe pitch in a comment or two on a board here or there.
And the funny thing is…I look forward to Monday too!
nice to see info from the company of any kind... communication is priceless...
let's not forget the LARGE short positions in this stock
“The beauty of this program is that there is no capital cost required from the dealership,” says Dave Halvorson, president of American Chevrolet in Modesto. “Not only do we generate the solar energy to increase our reliance on renewable electricity, but the Green Zone is a billboard of our commitment to the environment.”

financials are due out on Aug 15th... not that long to wait! Then we will all know exactly what we have!

Sunlogics, with help of a $7.5 million investment by General Motors Ventures, will invest $30 million in opening a corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Rochester Hills, officials announced Thursday morning. The company, formed one year ago, makes solar-powered canopies designed to charge the Chevrolet Volt. The canopies will be installed at 3,000 dealerships across the country.

3000 charging stations @ $175,000.00 each = $525,000,000 HOLY &^%!
Sunlogics was selected by General Motors Ventures to provide solar-powered electric charging stations for the Chevrolet Volt at 3,000 Chevrolet dealerships in North America. Sunlogics is opening its operation in a 140,000-square-foot building that was once owned by the Dana Corp.

This was on sunlogics web site, about page...
Sunlogics has strategic partnerships with Sunlogics Power Fund Inc. (SLMU:US) and with other entities for the purpose of owning and operating solar projects developed by Sunlogics PLC.
This is from the i box from the press release on the RM...

("SLI") to acquire all revenue producing solar assets developed by SLI pursuant to a Right of First Offer to Purchase Agreement it entered into with SLI, a company formed under the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, a developer and builder of revenue producing solar assets.

Are you related to the guy that shows up asking if were are at $2 yet... I understand your frustration, we all have it... however, from my understanding of rm's you have to wait for the end of the first quarter after the merger to find out what you bought. The financials will be out soon enough... although sooner would be nice. Until then we all need to open up the I box once in a while and remember why we bought this stock. We have all believed in the company enough to own a part of it! I will bitch and moan periodically, but I will hold my shares to see what I bought. Just like in a poker hand when you think you are getting bluffed, sometimes you stay and pay just to see what the other guys got, and sometimes you call their bluff. I am hoping in this case we all win and the financials show something positive. all IMO.... GLTA
Also, sorry if I wasn't clear that is when they are due. They do say that it is up to the company when they are released. Sorry for any confusion.
www.otcmarkets.com SLMU has to report to them by certain dates
Just heard back from OTC and Q2 financials are due on 8/15....
I just called the number on the OTC company info page. Chuck is out of the office until next week, according to the sec and will call me back when he returns.
also correct your post Once again, here are the audited financial statements for the SunLogics Power Fund Management for the year ending 12/31/2011. NOT 2011 try 2010
No kidding... we are still waiting for financials... in dec 2010 it was a shell... there have been NO FINANCIALS since the merger. Come on what are you trying to pull????
Whooo Hooo..... volume. Somethings coming! IMO
Nice volume today... I hope it will continue all week!
Financials are due on Friday right???
What I was thinking is that Sunlogics PLC merges with NMSEC and Sunlogics Power fund would merge with the "group of investors with $8.0 billion of assets under management" I may be just hoping... but it seems to make sense to buy a set of companies with the same structure that you can roll all of your companies into... right??? all is just my late night opinion!
