Thanks for the apology, chief. And while I'm with you in rooting for a GDHI success story, this stock has it's fair share of red flags that I'd think the SEC would be interested in if they actually start going after more pennies. Then again, that's assuming the SEC responded to complaints like they should...and that'd be a dumb assumption. So, yeah, GDHI is probably fine.

Only a matter of time.
Again. I can't wait for the cc. It's going to be a doozy. If the company sold into the merger news (and with the volume that traded we know they did), Frank needs to come up with one heck of a reason why that "added value to the share holders.". It also shows that this news is in no way substantial or positive. If it was, why would they dump at .0003, .0004, and possibly even .0005?! If this is the turning point for the company, then let price run up and get more money for the shares. Even if this is a pump and dump they didn't even let it pump up enough. Can someone please give me a good reason why they are still positive on this company? No store counts...no percentage gains, no agreements.... Real solid proof that there is hope for this company. I look forward to the responses.
Top heavy at the .0003 ask. Cue the merger falling through or share reversal. It's getting all too predictable.
This cc is going to be brutal
Not trying to be a buzz kill here, just frustrated, as I'm positive many others here are. The share retirement was an illusion. You're right, frank does follow through on prs but follow through on most prs means signing and agreement. Ceasar just up and leaves out of no where. Hiring a guy who is suppose to help with investor relations who has not said one word as the stock has dropped to .0001.
1000 stores was the wrong measure of success. To quote Louis ck, I can open 1000 stores of "shat arse pet phuckers" where dog food costs a million dollars and we violate your pet on the way out, but it doesn't matter unless people are spending money at these 1000 stores. Yes, revenue is increasing and that is positive and I'm hopeful for this company, but franks/ management is making it harder and harder for me to.
Looks like you're having no trouble there. I am long and want to see this company grow, but this is an obvious dump. If it turns out that after this dump, the merger falls through or they indeed are only using the term "merger" to sugar coat the poison of a reverse split, i can't imagine anyone wanting to remain long.
If the merger doesn't go through, that should be the end of anyone even watching this, and admit that frank is at the most a scam artist and at the least an untrustworthy CEO. I do hope he's on the up and up with this but, as you said, the wording of this pr and the aftermath of previous prs has me nervous. Glta
Games being played here. Just brought down to .0002 and the bid size of 9,999,900 wasn't touched.
A testimony to working with Frank...
"Frank was a joy to work with, because he’s very detailed and he knew what he wanted the site to communicate. He’s got a lot of passion for his company but he just needed someone to help him communicate that passion beautifully and effectively through the web. In order to help him do this, we first needed to talk through exactly what his business is all about. As a CEO with your mind on so many different aspects of your company, it’s sometimes difficult to express the basic nuts and bolts of what you do to the public. After I wrapped my mind about his business, what he wanted to communicate, and his target audience, I was able to come up with the basic organization and content layout for the site."

**********
Sure, a good review from a website designer doesn't mean that Frank is a perfect CEO or infallible, but lets put to rest these rumors that Frank is a greedy crook only out to sell shares.
Anyone eles having trouble getting filled at .0002. I'm using fidelity and see an ask of about 1.4 mil but have yet to be sold any...
Boom. Roasted
haha... alyssa has a little smart@$$ in her...
My thoughts as well. This conference call in march should be interesting. It's going to be challenging to put much positive spin on some of these numbers.
Alright folks...have a safe and happy holidays. Catch y'all in 2011...
What concerns me about his response is that no where in it is the word "no."
I am curious (and I am a shareholder so I'm genuinely curious, not trying to be a smart @ss...), but to those who are still "happy" with the direction this company is going, what move could Frank/GDHI make to make you unhappy with it. The stock price is trading near it's all time low, shares being issued, what seemed to be a very deceptive "stock retirement"....
I'll be honest, I'm a long and want to see this company succeed, but it's getting really hard to stay positive on this company.
Serious replies only, please. So the question, what move could Frank make (other than just shutting the company down) that would make you unhappy with the direction GDHI is going?
I have a feeling that there a few here who will love this company no matter what happeneds....and I'd very much like to put these people on ignore along with the perpetual pessimists.
Cheers
bid: .0004 In a word....fleeced.
Well said. I, too, appreciate dh's posts. Like it or not, he/she makes some valid concerns to be aware of with gdhi. If that forces others to think, study, and justify a position in the company, that's a good thing. The day the dh's and panthers go away, and all we have are the cheerleaders is when the board becomes uninteresting.
Alright Panther...you deleted the first one so here ya go...
QUOTE!!! " GDHI has been delisted since Apr 21, 2009 under 15d-6. My understanding is that in order to uplist they would have to undue that, plus catch up on ALL SEC filings (full blown filings & audits) from date of inception to current. Then maintain a PPS in the required range for the Exchange they wished to join for a certain period of time, then apply.
It could possibly be done, but it would be very complicated, rigorous, expensive and time consuming. " END QUOTE!!!
Anyone confused by that? good. I'm not going to repost what I wrote before because I'm sure this will get deleted too. My point was that China Food Services has already done many things that at first probably seemed very complicated, rigorous, expensive and time consuming. . .but they did them. And for you to come on here and first, say that unaudited statement, pictures and photos, and conference calls are flimsy excuses for a sub-penny company and THEN counter with basically saying that they probably wont ever list because, well, it would just be really hard is comical at the most and sad at the least. (paraphrase, panther...that's when I sum up what you were saying in less words)
Whatever...delete it, now.
Finally got a good chunk of change available. Feel free to keep the bid/ask low....I've love to soak up some of these .0008/.0009 shares.
I'm trying to remember from last cc...but do caesar and frank own a combined 900 mil shares?
Great work Zouf! This is really interesting to see all laid out at once.
When are we due for the next cc?
IMO....lets just do away with these letters....we get it....it's your opinion....just say what the fuck you think and don't qualify it with an "imo".....
I'm with you on the long side. And that's looking like the right side of the trade.
Man, very well said Dragon. I've said before, I HATE when pps jumps more than 40 percent in a day, because I guarantee people are just going to turn it for quick profit (and as they should if they are intelligent day/swing traders). I'd much rather see steady accumulation, slow increasing price and (most importantly) solid balance sheet. Not saying the news and pop today wasn't great...because man, it has made my week already. But yeah, if it falls back to .0010...or shoots up to .003, keep a clear head and trade your plan.
Time for beer...it's a little early, but after today...what the hell.
For all the crap we've put up with the last two weeks, this pop is well deserved for you longs. Enjoy it, don't get greedy, but also don't get scared....let's have some fun today.
Again, new to the board so what does this mean...LINK

Didn't start with that much that's for sure...and was able to take advantage of that little pop we had a while back. But, as with many others here, I really like this company, their space, and ability to actually take progressive steps and slowly build. I hate huge fast pops in pps (esspecially in pinks) because everyone just tries to flip shares. Would much rather hold onto the bulk of this for a long time and watch this company gradually become successful.
Been buying and selling for the last three or four months. First time to post here. Currently holding 34 million shares. Looking forward to joining the board. Have a great weekend everyone!
