i hope not, but probably long enough to make his money back and kill our hopes.:(
oh yea, if i could sale at .24 i'd be thrilled. there was a time folks were talking several dollars a share.
yea i should have sold at .02, i would have got about a third of my investment back. :)
I concede the last part of your statement. Let me ask you this Cut. If he truly is concerned with the well being of the s/h, why didn't he use some of that leverage against past management that were making some poor financial decisions. If he decides not to work with current management, where does that leave the s/h?
I tell you what, whether you thought Laser was a bit of a loose canon or not, he and rat had the best interest of the s/h's at heart.imo I think we had a good chance of hooking up with an investor to get this thing going and it wouldn't have included a r/s. He didn't want to play with Laser, now he's not playing with Jack. Unbeleivable. imo
p.s. he is correct though, a r/s is not in the best interest of the s/h. again imo
I absolutely agree, this stock with this senario is not going to do anything like we longs hoped for. unless you have a ton of shares, you can forget making any money on a reverse split.imo
heck yeah, if this had gone the way it was suppose to we would have been in dollar land long ago. :)
YEAH,YEAH! AND HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR GLOBAL WARMING AND 9/11 TOO!:)
i knew we had some techies in the crowd! interesting posts!
i'm not accusing you of inside information. i'm merely stating a fact that your freinds with someone who is in the know about things. whether it be technical info., things he's heard, or just thoughts on how things are going. however i realize "inside" was a poor choice in words, especially given the tenseness of the moment. I appologize.
I meant to thank you for post 32617
Thank's for the info
Well i'll tell you Cut ole buddy, youv'e had an inside source of info. from the inception of this thing. some of us have to ask questions.
So there's no money for filing and we're going to pass up the Kampa deal. it wasn't very good but it was something.
Snapper says "The problem that I have with this company is that there is no one-shot way to prevent ill-intended software from crossing into a company's data network without several lines of defense. The idea that one piece of software or hardware could sit in front of a main data switch and protect an entire corporation is a 'farce'. Encryption and mis-direction are the main methods for corporate espionage and system takeover, these are impossible to detect/prevent on a single purpose installation".
Interesting message, how bout you techies out there is there any merit to this message. Could our guys from the past have had reservations this thing would fly. Many of us have wondered out loud about the amount of funding that was available in the past and still no coding. And the fact that the a/v was put on the back burner, to the other products they marketed. what we've gotten is a lot of excuses that we'll probably never be able to verify. On the other hand there are folks that defintely beleive in it and are actively fighting to get this thing going. There are folks that were in on the ground level of this thing, that seem rather passive of how this has gone. Kampa is a smart man and he thought enough of it to put a lein against it. So back to my question, is there any merit to this post?
Another good post ndis! It would help tremendously if when someone says their going to do something, do it! Put up or shut up!
very good post! Too many woulda, shoulda, coulda posts that the average sh has no way of verifying.
I'm for anything that gets this turkey off the ground. Funding has top priority of course, but the difficulties in getting someone to fund us have been laid out more than once. Licensing another entity maybe the way to go. Whatever we do, it better get done fast. we're running out of time rapidly. The monetary lose for me is not near as big a deal, as the dream of being a part of an awesome co.(and lots of money would be nice!:)
Laser, this is the first negative remarks I've heard from you on the a/v. As far as I can remember you've always defended the product, and incouraged folks to read the white papers. Whats up with that?
This is the craziest situation I've ever seen. It was discussed on this board for a long time whether the technology was the real deal or not. People on both sides (those that defend to the death consultants/master minds of the software, ex-managment vs. those who are accusatory of actions/intent of some or all of these people)all agree that the a/v is real. Ego seems to be playing a huge part in why this co. can't get going. You've got talk of potential investment and someone kills it because they don't want to work with so and so. I remember in a previous message Mr. Owl saying a new co. gets one chance usually after receiving funding. That ship has sailed along time ago. Please Mr. CEO, Mr. Consultant don't pass up any leads for financing.
Something doesn't add up here. Why wouldn't he be thrilled to talk to a potential investor?
yea, but what are the chances of that happening before we get delisted.
What happened to the Kampa deal? It was a hard pill to swallow, having it all to just getting a small portion. At least we were getting money to keep us from becoming delisted, and possibly a little money in the future.
How about you Rat, or you quittin?
fair enough. so you beleive exobox is not a viable co. anymore, or are you just sick of the drama?
You're not that thin skinned are you Cut? It takes all kinds to make up a message board. We're all individuals, with a different take on things. The co. doesn't have the funds for pr's, we need to keep this board going.
What, are we children? Was Laser trying to get the corner office that Scott wanted? Because Scott doesn't care for Laser we throw away a potential opportunity for funding? I don't know if this meeting with some rich guy was viable are not, but have you heard anything better?
Cut, if you are in the know about what's going on with this co. why don't you share the truth. We've been told many times, that it's just too expensive to put out pr's. This is a perfect format and opportunity to share what you know. If it's information you can't share, why are you privileged to know it. If you know the truth about Laser's business with the co. you must have someone's ear.
Sorry that my attemps at kindness missed the boat. I definetly was not trying to be condecending. I hope things work out for you.

I do feel bad for those who've lost several thousand to hundreds of thousands of dollars. I would be sick at heart over those kind of loses too. When Kampa came on board and invited ucant for a one on one chat I was extremely excited because he was very excited. Poor uncant ended up fading into the sunset. Yet the doors are still open and there's an opportunity for us to make some of our investment back if not more. There are definetly lessons to be learned by all over this roller coaster of a situation. Hopefully those of us that only invested what we could afford to lose will be understanding of those who didn't.
How sad, at one time people were wondering how many dollars this stock would go to. Now we're excited over .03. Actually it needs to go to .06 for me to come close to breaking even. At this point I would settle for that.

It's still kind of hard for me to think this guy is awesome, when he was a part of this venture for such a short time and walked away with the store. The day traders will love this, the longs, not so much. Hopefully someone like Mr. Owl will shed some light on this transaction, to give a little more feel of what this means for the shareholder. Something is better than nothing, but sheeesh!
I have to admit, I've been amazed by this one. Six Flags should buy this roller coaster:)
count me in a/cguy. if this venture falls through i'll lose a few thousand dollars (but mostly a lot of hopes and dreams)but i'll still be able to sleep at night....
Braden, there's some nonsence (nonsense)and IMO it came from this message. Also I beleive you meant to say are you day traders or do you have all your eggs in one basket. AIMO.
Well thats good to hear. I can't imagine exobox would like a statement like that to get out. Knowing OSR was behind the concept, makes it even better. Go Exobox!
Man am I confused. Private placement folks aren't the only ones who bought into this company based on the cutting edge a/v program. And now I hear that Ernst didn't even think it would work! Do they think it will work now, or are people just investing because of exowatch and exodect?
"Go after these people and if they have benefited by theft or fraud or to uphold their fiduciary responsibility make them pay."
skipjobe, that's the part of the plan i have a problem with. i thought the objective was to vote in a new board to help this co. go.
