MadDog: Thanks for a thoughtful post, and I appreciate the information. I remain as hopeful as you are and I have never lost hope that one day we may recover our losses.
Thanks for your thoughts; perhaps the only possible way out from this free fall is merging with BOCL.
Does any one predict a move off the grey by end of 2011? Is this too optimistic time line?
MadDog:
The only piece of information that we have at this time regarding this issue is what was listed in the Feb 2011 PR (point #4):
"At this time, the Company has determined that it will proceed with all actions necessary to remove the “caveat emptor” classification for trading on the OTC Markets, Inc. (formerly Pink Sheets). We intend to file a current Information Disclosure Statement with OTC Markets, Inc. within the coming weeks."
We would be lucky to get off the grey in 2011; JMHO.
Thanks MadDog for this helpful information.
Good to hear from you, TEX, and you are right, nothing has changed. We are still in the grey world.
You are repeating yourself over and over again.
Very thoughtful post; thank you for being sincere and supportive. I hope we would all recover our losses.
Thoughtful post! Very interesting inquiry.
Obi-Jan_Kenobi-
Thanks for being the only positive one this board. I think your optimistic outlook may eventually be rewarding.
Does anyone know if ACLH is planning to file a new 15c2-11 with FINRA anytime soon? I am not clear on this issue.
When would ACLH be back on the OTC? 2011 or 2012?
OCwave: This is a solid response. Thank you.
Thanks MadDog for the very thoughtful analysis of the most recent PR. I remain hopeful that one day before the end of the year that you and other members of this board including myself would recover our losses.
Have you thought about writing a letter to Mr. Kidder?
MadDog: So, what are your thoughts about the FEB 7 PR?
Despite difficult times and lack of communications on the part of ACLH, this appears to be an uplifting message; thanks again for all your help and support.
Thanks Rocky for being so helpful over the past few months. Let's hope that we would all be nicely surprised by an ACLH move from the grey to the pinky world.
Thanks MadDog for this important update. Let's hope it would be a good PR that would at least partly relieve some of the anxiety of many of the investors on this board.
I would imagine that there would be a merger. The question is what would be the exchange rate? I would hope that our shares would be worth more than a penny/share.
I agree with your assessment.
4th day without any activities; volume is zero. What is really going on?
So, a trade that is worth $ 3.4 caused this stock to go down by another 50%; very interesting indeed. How long this game will go on? I hope that the management of ACLH would take a note of displeasure of many investors on this board.
I hope that we would all recover all our losses, and I hope that we can see a 0.05 PPS before end of Febraury.
MadDog:
Your post is one of the most promising ones that I have seen for almost a year; thank you for a realistic and intellectual thought.
I agree with the possibilities, and although there is no evidence that we shall completely recover, it is likley that we may get rewarded as a result of exercising a great deal of pateince.
I remain cautiously optimistic of an eventual positive outcome in the long term. I would be happy if I can recover my losses by end of 2011.
Let's assume for a moment that there is a miracle and ACLH would make it back crawling to the pink world; then what would be the opening PPS? Would it be 0.01? higher or lower?
Thanks for those who have been contribuing in a positive way to this board in this difficult time (e.g. Rocky). I remain somewhat optimistic despite the hard times. I still think that 2011 would not be as bad as 2010 for aclh.
Daddy:
Good to see that you are still on the ACLH board; I remain optimistic; I hope you are.
Great response; thanks Rocky for addressing my question.
The following statement was mentioned in the most recent PR: "we continue to focus on making the Company a success."
What is the definition of "success" in the mind of Mr. Kidder?
This demonstrates that there is a clear manipulation going on here. Do not undersand who controls the grey market. Certainly, there is no MM; then who controls this game?
Rocky:
I agree. There is so much life in ACLH. I hope that 2011 would be a better year for ACLH.
I sent you and email today.
So, you are not happy because you do not have 2 million shares, hummm.... You must be VERY confident that ACLH will completely recover. Can you please explain your rational for such high level of confidence.
Horsefly, great post! Thanks for delivering an oustanding set of questions.
I am sorry but this does not proof anything.
Thanks Rocky, looking forward to the outcome of your conversation with Ares.
Hope you feel better; stay well.
Consider yourself lucky; some people are out more than $25,000.00.
In your very own opinion, how long do you think the process of moving aclh from the grey to the pink world would take? few months or few years?
Thanks Rocky for the update; I greatlty appreciate your efforts.
TEX's questions are extremely critical and certainly admirable; they testify to the wealth of experience that Tex's possess. If we know the answers to those questions we would be much better off. Hope you would have some luck with your proposed conversation with Ares.
Thanks Rocky; please keep us all posted on this extremely critical matter.
I appreciate your contribution to the board.
Thanks Rocky for a thoughtful post.
Do you have an idea of the time course needed to complete step 3 in your roadmap? Is it a few months or a few years?
