thanks for keeping eyes on things... either way, good to have folks watching and updating as anything arises..
peace
at least since the time of introduction of relationship with enti..
i imagine it was there before that time too..
Fidelity had accepted all my transfers from zecco...and another brokerage.... including pennies... enti / ptel / etc.
apparently they modified their practice as we had discussed...
i'm hoping this works out for you dream and for others who want/need to be able to trade their pennies like enti, others...
take care all, looking forward to next steps here and of course expect to engage more as space gets filled with material info vs speculation.
peace,
Sure...check twitter messages to see latest from ENTI CEO.
was posted on board the day it was tweeted... which tweet mentioned ENTI as you stated? didn't read that one...
thanks in advance if you have that tweet copied..

Personal Attack, Duplicate Post, Spam, Off Topic, Vulgarity, Author Asked to Remove, Violation of Privacy, Threat.
Duplicate – an accidental duplicate post by a single Member. This does not mean a similar message posted previously or the same content posted by a different Member.
Personal Attack – when someone attacks one or more members personally rather than the content of that Member's message. The post does not have to be addressed to the "target" of the attack to be considered a Personal Attack. If it attacks a messenger rather than the message, it qualifies for deletion and it is expected that Moderators will remove it.
Spam
Posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards within a calendar day;
Posting the same or almost identical post more than twice within a calendar day i.e. "where's the PR?", "anyone seen the PR?", "thought there was going to be a pr today?", "geez, is the pr coming out today or not?";
Sending the same or similar unsolicited PM to multiple recipients
Posting content that is off-topic to the subject of a board;
Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion (i.e. simply "LOL" or "Yes");
Posting excessively on one or more message board(s). If you feel someone is abusing their posting privilege in this manner, please discuss this with a Site Admin prior to removing any posts.
Spam that overlaps off-topic (see below) are posts containing content promoting other sites, stock-related or not, that has no use in the discussion (for example, if your board is about Ford Motor Company, a post or link about a home improvement company is not relevant to the discussion); and posting the same "noise" posts i.e. "to da moon" or "this stock is a POS" continuously without other relevant content. This does not mean that if someone asked about dilution yesterday, a similar post today is considered spam.
Off Topic
Posts not about the topic of the board including other stocks or companies.
Posts about or focusing on other Members or groups of people and their reasons for posting on the board (i.e. "XYZDownDaDrain" is just a basher, ignore him", "XYZToDaMoon" is a pumper", "the naysayers are very loud today", "c'mon, where did all the cheerleaders go?"). The post does not have to be addressed to a specific person. If the post is about other Users then it should be removed.
Posts with religious or political statements should be removed as "off topic". These inevitably create an avalanche of replies that are off topic as well.
Posts about Moderators and/or deletions are also "off topic". Issues of this nature need to be discussed with a Site Admin.
Putting "ot" at the beginning of a post does not make it acceptable. It is still off topic and eligible for removal.
Vulgarity – profanity of any kind is unacceptable on the stock boards, even when punctuation characters are used to "fill in the blanks" or letters are changed (f**k, azzh*le, etc.). The PG13 rule is loosely used as a guideline to what is/isn't acceptable. The theory is that if society has deemed it appropriate for a 13 year old to hear, it is unlikely that it will be offensive to the majority of Users. Any form of vulgarity directed at another User is unacceptable and should be removed (i.e. "you're a sh*thead", "being an a** doesn't help your case").
Author Asked to Remove – when a Member has specifically asked that a post be removed and has cited a valid reason for removal, such as accidentally revealing personal information. This is an occasional accommodation and is not to be used to "mask" the removal of bona fide TOS violations. If you are asked as a Moderator to remove more than 2 messages as Author Request, please send the User to discuss with Admin.
Violation of Privacy – posting of what the member believes to be any personally identifiable information (email, real name, phone, address, etc.) about another User or posting the contents of a private message. For example, if a Member posts that "XYZDownDaDrain is actually Bob Smith", whether the information is accurate is a moot point. The Member was trying to disclose personal information. Posting or referring to the contents of private messages without the author's prior consent is considered a violation of privacy and can get you suspended or terminated from the site.
Threat – a Member threatening any other Member in any fashion and threats of violence or physical harm against anyone
Hey Justafy...
i haven't nor will seek information on PTEL's future from current or former mgmt... as I wouldn't/shouldn't expect any info on direction except as announced publicly... My expectation is that nothing should be expected in particular, regarding MMX, structure, or even mgmt of PTEL.. just don't know where it's going on any level presently...
not sure what you mean by divi being "made whole"... you mean will anybody (company/mgmt/others) do what's necessary to help, where applicable, shareholders who have PTEL divis, get restriction lifted? I'd go direct to mgmt and/or TA, even brokers with that question (you'll get diff answers or sometimes direction to go elsewhere)..but...I do expect that i'll be exploring a route to having restriction lifted on the ptel divi shares i have received...and will share info as it goes.
best of luck justa..

Will ENTI, without corporate action like f/s, r/s, ever trade at .0002 or above again?
hey dream.... it's how it's received:
shareholders / people...all are responsible for how he receive things..
i get what you're saying...that some will take this to mean X, which will lead to speculation about it, which leads to peripheral chatter all along the spectrum, etc..
but really.....your post is reflective of exactly how whatever was said isn't "received" in a carrot-like way by you.. which is fine, reasonable for you.
i don't read Thomas and his messages that way... i think he's a guy who's excited about what he's doing and prob against advice of some of his own people, let's out his excitement about some item..
based on his posts, tweets, blogs, history... i read him that way...connecting others with what motivates him... and i don't think it's simply to entice buyers at this point.
Tweet from ENTI CEO:
Thomas Hargis @EncounterCEO
Have news but can't release it yet due to legal finishing up their end - will let everyone know soonest. Thanks!
----------------------------
not judging what it means or could mean.. information purposes.
thinking of it this way: whether there was this hint, or not (no tweet until PR out), the actual news will be what it will be when we see it... so i'm glad to see the tweet and aren't sweating the peripheral chatter around it.
take care all, have a great day.
Hey MMX..
i think there's been enough talk about ENTI/PTEL "never" going to get anything through FINRA, then it actually happens...to verify that yes, tons of effort is NEEDED, but also, can be DONE when necessary..
the big questions, given where we are..is what is next and what is material and moves things forward? i don't know what those are... waiting like everyone else..
when time comes and something material and verified comes about, it'll be time to engage more in speculation on those things, rather than speculation on speculation...
best luck to you, and all here.
all those are available with simple searches and clicks..
try twitter as a starting point... Investors in companies would benefit from learning fish than to be fed all the time...
Enough information and history, and material out there on thomas hargis for me to establish my opinion on him..in those areas.
try his blogs..his tweets...his network...
how i establish my foundational thoughts on him is different than how you might..
what was your view after digging into info avail on him, as a person? that's more material to you than my views..yes? yes.
btw: never met him, never spoke to him, never heard of him prior to him being named CEO of ENTI. no connection whatsoever, then, nor now.
except that i'm an ENTI shareholder.
Sure...
...my feeling is based on what i feel is Thomas' drive and personal interest in his creations... he's imaginative and a creative type...which means he cares about his creations... not just stepping in and managing from above. He's the creative type..which i've worked with in a number of organizations... his mgmt style is reflective of this.. and once i know this, i'm less inclined to cry and scream when he doesn't act like traditional, old school mgmt types... i'm flexible on expectations with him (timing of podcasts, for example)...cuz that's how it is... my crying fowl doesn't change things... it's actually foolish, IMO, to think one is going to change people by crying about them).
i think on some levels, what happened with PTEL (mgmt change), may be leveraged by Thomas to free him up to operate on a more independent basis.. we'll see how he does and where he is on the CEO learning curve he's surfing right now..
morally, i think thomas is a solid soul, who's surfing the waves of pinkland, and it will be challenging... but his core is a good one IMO.
PTEL; entirely, a wait and see what happens matter.. just can't say what will happen until some official verifiable events occur...
PTEL:
L2: not a whole lotta .0001 for sale compared to billions/many millions, even yesterday, and weeks prior.
could be one holder of many pulling their sell order, or something more.
not saying this means anything ...other than what it factually means. their were hundreds of millions to billion(s) for sale over recent days at .0001, and past weeks. today, not a whole lot.
could very well go back tomorrow, any time... just highlighting something...different.

Threat – a Member threatening any other Member in any fashion and threats of violence or physical harm against anyone
podcast: ceo mentioned ROAR.

quick note: DELETIONS PLEASE FOLLOW TERMS OF USE:
Spam
Posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards within a calendar day;
Posting the same or almost identical post more than twice within a calendar day i.e. "where's the PR?", "anyone seen the PR?", "thought there was going to be a pr today?", "geez, is the pr coming out today or not?";
Sending the same or similar unsolicited PM to multiple recipients
Posting content that is off-topic to the subject of a board;
Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion (i.e. simply "LOL" or "Yes");
If the post is about other Users then it should be removed.

wrong company..
check prior posts on that...
read prior posts about wait and see...
easy and clear, see how things go...
not spending time/energy on speculation...not value added for me...
speculation isn't as valuable as discussion on actual updates/events, IMO. not really worth the time, about 99% of the time.
Hey dream. Seeing similar concepts being launched and waiting to see if anything comes about with roar. As for mmx I'm of course waiting for any info on what happens there.
Like said prior.....not a lot to talk about until... something to talk about ...which to me involves potential moves forward. For now "wait and see" is my posture.
I would expect updates at some point from enti CEO. Not expecting too much in terms of company updates from Ptel until dust settles. Seems the likely scenario.
Best to you and all in their various holdings.
Read it same way CJ....
interested to see where things settle after initial smoke...
mmx ownership... etc.
Again, sticking to the one topic of shares...
sold, by shareholders, and/or financial institutions,...
what was the number, the total number you tabulated to determine one caused the other? 504/structure
What were the numbers from the filings for sales of shares?
Please explain what that means..
"off the shelf" filings...
thanks,
You've posted a number of ...
presumptions, including what you assume to be happening, based on what you'd assume other shareholder would and wouldn't do...
i'm just not sure anyone can really speak to what other shareholders are doing with their respective shares...
one can see filed forms that indicate where some of the selling likely came from... you should check there to get the numbers straight...that would then help you support the assertions..
then we can cover how your statement was just simply erroneous.
no...i'm sorry, you've gotten it wrong...
you're not understanding the difference between what I was speaking about (how a CEO can't sell into the market in the simplistic way described by the other poster) and financing from institutions...
tying that directly and as the only source of effecting structure is erroneous, IMO
i'm afraid you're a bit...
confused on difference between revenue streams and financing from institutions.
your statement has a few...
presumptive underlying points which aren't quite accurate, IMO...
"Now knowing that the CEO used shares issued to debt holders for personal gain in a ponzi scheme?"
check financials, about compensation... let's see how that statement pans out then... not quite right, is it?
your question is presumptive, and not all that insightful IMO on how things work..
i'm okay with waiting and watching... we'll see how things go.
Here...for clarification,...
i had asked if you thought the CEO himself, was actually selling shares into the market, today, past days?
you say "Why sure i do, why not?"
I'm just trying to clarify that you're making a distinction between the above, and what you now put forth...that the company financed operations by using financial institutions?
