Even with low volume we should be back to .0115-.0125 easily.
Agreed. Can't believe NXHD hasn't gotten more attention from over here. Great share structure, extremely low float, trading lower than GRNE. Go GRNE!
Amazing that someone sold at this price level. (Yawn) Somebody wake me up when we get to a nickel.
Jeez, I leave for a few hours and look what you guys did to the PPS :)
I honestly don't think there's enough float to support that kind of volume consistently. When we do hit 1mil volume, though, you can be sure it's going to be exciting to watch.
The new filings definitely show bigtime positive growth for the company. It won't take long before people realize how undervalued this company is right now. Market cap should be a minimum of 10x it's current value, and it'll get there sooner than later me thinks. Saw something on Facebook about The Kane Files showing at the Berlin Film Festival. It's definitely making the rounds. The more awards it racks up the more we stand to make from this one. Big things ahead, for sure.
Thanks for all your hard work Lucy.
Welcome Brad. NXHD is in the process of uplisting to "CURRENT" status. The CEO's willingness to do that simply instills confidence in investors. I'm personally glad he's doing it.
That's the kind of thing I like to hear! :). This is going to be absolutely huge.
LOOKING AT NXHD?:
Check this out:
Anyone know what the actual bid/ask was at close today?
LOL, my HTML skills apparently aren't sufficient to post a link here either.

That's great, thanks for posting! I had been looking for that to be put up at some point soon. I'm checking out the soundtrack right now, and it is top notch work.
You and me both!
Well, it helps someone to try and scare people out of shares by placing a $17 trade, in conjunction with the big spread showing 17% red. This is obviously an attempt at manipulation, as who in their right mind would pay 5-7 dollars in brokerage costs to place a $17 trade? This is not someone "cashing out" or even "bid whacking". This is someone with a short position or someone trying to drive the price of this stock down for cheap shares before the impending news coming. Financials have all been good, and forward-looking potential and chart/share structure are so astounding that there is absolutely nowhere for this stock to go except WAY up. Look for minimum 500-1000% gains in the next weeks, based on all of these factors. All IMO.
I've noticed this already. There are so many websites with this trailer and mention of the movie that I was literally stunned. The movie hasn't even come out yet and there are tons of people talking about it already. That's what you call viral.
If people are selling at the ask and MM's are buying at the ask, things are going to get interesting REAL fast around here. Nice work, everyone. This is how it's done.
Remember the low-float rules:
1)Buy at the ask
2)Sell at the ask
Strong hands make for huge gains!
Nice news!
Expect more of that :).
Yeah, and I've never seen anyone announce the release of bad financials. Looking forward to it.
All I can say is WOW. This is unfolding perfectly. What a great message from the CEO! I showed The Kane Files trailer to some friends, one who is a film critic for a local publication. He seems to think it would surely get a nice distribution deal(way beyond the P&A deals with a lot of films nowadays) with the cast they have going, and especially with the Best Actor award that it already garnered at it's first screening.
I would expect volume Monday morning.
I know that when a company's PPS is as low as it has been and there is not a large O/S and A/S to back it up, there is always the threat of a hostile takeover bid. Wouldn't you buy up a company with a 650k market cap with over 2.5mill in revenue per year? A tender offer with 500% added to the current market cap would still be a good deal to the buyer. The huge A/S would allow the company to prevent this, or at least profit greatly from it.
Should be a good next week or two! Looking forward to seeing what the news does for our PPS on Monday. Any buying pressure at all will be explosive and welcome. I'm especially interested in seeing what comes of the AFM. I think the addition of Highland Film Group will help sell this film project and those in the future. The value of the company has increased exponentially in the last couple of months, and the PPS does not reflect this. We do have a nice little rise from the .002's, but we're still so undervalued here I can't believe it. The low volume we've seen here is shocking to me, actually (I guess we can attribute part of that to the low float, but still). Looking forward to seeing what happens next week!
Wow. The more I see that, the more I start planning how to spend my earnings from this stock. I'm such a huge fan of the Bourne films, and this fits right into that genre. If it does a fraction of what those movies made, we're all sitting pretty.
Highland Film Group is a pretty accomplished company putting out a lot of great films, including Revel's "The Kane Files". Can't wait to see what happens at the AFM next week. As far as today's PPS, good stocks always walk down a bit on low volume days (like zero :)). The boost in PPS will be event-driven, so we're really just on standby until we get some PR's. Until then, all I can say is accumulate what you can, you'll be glad you did.
Nice! Just doing my daily check-in, price action is good as always. This thing is so primed to blow up I only check in to see if it's started to run yet! These stupid little bid whacks trying to walk the price down on low volume days are an obvious attempt by some idiot to get cheap shares or someone trying to get the price down to cover their short position. In any case, any PR related to the new film will make this thing absolutely explode. Seriously, market cap is under 1 mill. with the whole O/S, that one movie is worth probably 10x that alone without the salon and real estate ventures, plus other movies they will make, multiplied by a reasonable P/E ratio..... you get the idea! This stock should be valued closer to .15 to .25. Add in the fact that there will be no dilution this year(SEC chill) whatsoever and a tiny float and we've got a HUGE WINNER here. Anybody with the ability to do a little DD will see that this one is going to bring massive returns over the next few months. If The Kane Files gets picked up for distribution, I won't even try to guess how high the PPS will go at that point. I can say for sure that it will be absolutely ridiculous how much money we all make. :)
Just got an email from Richard Surber:
My question to him was if they would be screening The Kane Files at American Film Market in Santa Monica. He replied that yes, they would be there "in full force". For those not familiar with the film business, check out www.afma.com. This is in less than a week, and you can expect good news to come out of this. I am one happy camper. If this film gets picked up for distribution, we will all be sitting on major coin.
Kane Files review:
The Kane Files: Life Of Trial
Reviewed By Rozanna Travis
The Kane Files: Life of Trial has everything a girl could hope for in an action film: life-or-death conflict, car chases, gun fights, criminal bad guys, and plenty of eye candy in the form of our hero Scott Kane (played by Drew Fuller). I just wish his face didn’t have to be so bloody in almost every scene. Yuck.
Scott Kane is a good man with a criminal past. A sudden family crisis that requires boatloads of money leaves Kane no other options; he contacts an old acquaintance from the underworld (William Atherton) and agrees to do “one last job” in exchange for the money he needs. Of course, the job doesn’t go exactly as planned, and the real action begins. While the focus of any action movie should be on the action itself, the writers of The Kane Files did a great job of creating believable characters and just enough twists in the storyline to keep the audience intrigued. Along with Drew Fuller (winner of the San Diego Film Festival award for Best Actor for this role), Ethan Embry gives a great performance as Kane’s nemesis, Sheriff Jace Olson, and William Devane offers a bit of comic relief as Thompson, an FBI agent who’s not afraid to bend the rules. The story jumps around a bit in time and point of view, which creates an element of mystery as the action unfolds—but not so much mystery that you end up confused about what’s going on.
The only thing that really bothered me about this film was the musical score. At times, the music is way too dramatic, especially in the scenes that don’t need the extra drama. There is one scene in particular in which nothing much is happening; it’s an emotional moment between Kane and his wife (Whitney Able), as they both realize what Kane has to do. Without any dialogue in the scene, the actors both do an excellent job of conveying the significance of this decision. Unfortunately, the emotional weight of the scene is drowned out by the “Dun-dun-DUN-dun-dun,” action drums beating in the background. The music should be toned down in the spots where the action slows down; otherwise it creates an unnecessary distraction.
I would recommend The Kane Files: Life of Trial, for anyone who enjoys a good, not too complicated action flick. If there is a sequel in the works, here’s a tip for the filmmakers: if you want to hold the attention of the ladies in the audience, please give Mr. Kane a chance to wash the gore off his face once in a while. Thank you!
LOL, dropped in to see how things are going! Guess I'll stop back by tomorrow. Obviously nothing going on here today. Look at that small volume! Crazy. Those small hits are obviously someone trying to take the price down to cover(seriously, 1000 shares hit?). That's a good thing, definite short squeeze coming as long as no one gives up those shares. Buy and sell at the ask!
I'm more and more confident as each day goes by on this one. The price action on this thing is phenomenal! I don't like seeing the big bid/ask spread, but otherwise the daily chart looks outstanding. We are basically at the bottom of a huge upward trend right now. Wish I had gotten in at .002's, but I'm happy with my .01's right now. Looking for some .05's and some .10's, could be within the next couple of weeks if we get ANY heavy buying volume at all.
This movie is really primed for sequels, with it's name anyhow. The Kane Files:life of Trial. You could easily see how that could become a multiple-sequel franchise. The trailer looks fantastic, the acting is (obviously, with the award) great. If it gets picked up for distribution (very likely), then you're probably not even looking at pennies anymore.
Pretty compelling information. The current market cap for this company is so undervalued it's not even funny (including the whole O/S). With the float being so low, it's a total no-brainer. Easy 10-20 bagger.
Ike Sutton from GOIG went on this show right before the stock price ran. This show got a lot of eyes on the stock for sure.
1)Low Float-always awesome
2)Profitable business model before the movie
3)VERY good prospects with The Kane Files Movie, especially after San Diego Film Festival awards
4)Current Status on Pink Sheets
5)No dillution this year, possibly into next year
Still feeling good about this one. I think it'll go any day now. Just waiting on news.
I'm in. I've only got a small position, but consider my shares locked until at least .25.
