first, this is just a possibility, so the pps isnt going "to da moon." second, why isnt this a good product..it may not be for you or me, but the $1 billion ag industry it is. third, what kind of product do you expect a company have who's gonna reverse merge into a penny stock? if was groundbreaking, cancer-curing, age-defying, earth shattering product, then it would go public on a big board more than likely. im more interested in a well ran company with a plan, solid infrastructure, good financials and some sort of market share with their product. what that product is doesnt matter really...as long as its a good business. imo.

that is what my thought would be as well. having a 2nd, or even 3rd possibility creates leverage and negotiating power. imo...

sswc has been in play longer...that was at trip 8 then down to trip 1-2 in march. nwtt has had some coverage by the gurus, but develoopments just started in june. again, imo, as the news increases the volume will increase as it did when the merger news first hit the wires.

too bad you cant write or speak as well as you can predict stocks then, because its not as much about your analysis, but it is the way you articulate...you sound like a dumba$$. imo.
