Thanks for your note - I get similar inquiries every month or so, mostly it seems from investors.

As part of the Colorado Anemometer Loan program (funded by the Colorado Governor's Energy Office) we recorded the wind data at the site near Sheep Mountain on the Usry property from 9/9/2008 through 5/21/2010.  The data is legit - it shows a very good wind resource.

So that info wouldn't be released over a phone call. Once PPA has been agreed on then it's made public. After that BLDV will contact PUC.

Right now BLDV is securing financing then everything will follow soon after. Links were made available on who BLDV is working with on financing.

True no PPA & PUC license right according to PPA guidelines but coming very very soon.

Henry Ford - went broke 5 times before hitting it big with Ford Motor Company
Harland D. Sanders - KFC recipe was rejected 1,009 times
Thomas Edison - made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at the light bulb
Wrights Brothers - tons of failed prototypes airplanes
R.H. Macy - started 7 failed business before hitting it big in New York

Yes they KNEW who BLDV was and no he did not say if an application was on file because under the negotiations guidelines it consider CONFIDENTIAL. He said once a deal is agreed on then that company's name will be released to the PUBLIC.
