"Kennay is NOT going to distribute any "free" BVIG stock to individual KATX shareholders, especially if he has not yet had a chance to step in front of them"
Best reply in regards to the situation here that I have read in a while. Perfectly stated.

Cooky....
Good post... lots of info.
Patience.
lolololololol
Proof of this please. Links would be most impressive and must deal with KATXs involvement and not just something in general.
Is this the same Trophy resources JC is involved with?

"It's annoying that they don't name the companies in the complaint.
Here are a few: Algae Farm (USA), Inc (ALGF), Trophy Resources (TRSI), Welltek Incorporated (WLTK, now Nashville Records, NRCD"
People just do not understand that these shares will not be immediately tradable. Etrade can take up to 20 days after the so called delivery before they allow trading of said spinoff shares. Best turn around time I had was with Scottrade, at 14 days. The kicker though is that officers and insiders can trade immediately, diluting the market straight out of the gate. By the time the restrictions are lifted and normal retail can trade, it will have lost a min of 50% in value (or more IMO).
Wrong. They only have to disclose the possibility of compensation in shares and that they may unload into the pump. I have never ever seen a pump rag show how many shares they recieved to sell for payment.
lol the dislaimer for promoter:

So all in all a paid promoter rag. Pump away Ken Stead, pummp away. Still all lies and deceit.
The sad thing is is that if, and big if there are ever shares distributed, it can take up to 20 days for them to become credited to accts and become tradable. Depends on your broker. Now insiders can sell willy nilly. Thus giving clown Ken and his 23m share partner in crime plenty of time to dump to the blind believers. lmao this is still a scam and Ken Stead is still a liar and thief.
I am a shareholder and this is a pos. Period.
Next stop the greys market. This is cooked and done. this is actually worse, at least you can semi trade on the greys.
If you go to the way back machine and search BigOwls posts you will see where the shares were supposedly awaiting registration for distribution to shareholders of record before. Just going from memeory since I don't have search they needed to do a Nobo/obo search before they could be released. At any rate this just proves there was a distro on the books before that was renigged on and the same will happen this time.
Proof please.
What it is is a cluster bleep run by fools and idiots. This spinoff will NEVER happen. It's all smoke and mirrors and lies. And the grand wizard of the shakedown is Ken Stead. He tells the atty's the dates and properties and all pertinate info and they offer opinions and fill in the blanks. It is not their job to verify accuracy of the info given to them by the liar. This scam is on him. Period.
Read the prospectus for some eye opening info.
KEN STEAD IS A LIAR, THIEF AND SCUMBAG.
They have already changed the rules in the middle of the game once. No one know what the rules to this distro are. And if Ken Stead says something he is lying so at this point and S-1 revision 25 is a distrinct possibility. The distro will never happen. To many closet dwellers will be exposed when all shares need to be accounted for. And Kennay boy don't want that.
Well in any event the picture point is moot since this is nothing but lies and a scam. Ken Stead needs to rot in hades. Along with anyone who helped him along the way. Karma is a b@@@@h and they all have a ton of bad comming.
Why do you think him, and the Geo guy and bio chemist and the rest are gone? Because they completed the pump for Ken. Wonder what they got paid for it hmmm?
oh i understand what your analysis was and I remember it well. It is some keep saying looky looky and actually that pic has no proof that it was actually even KATXs. I mean if someone post stolen photos off another companys website of trucks and proclaims them as Kens, then everything shown IMO becomes suspect and needs to be verified.
Please provide proof that core is from KATX. Show cores with a KATX rep in it. Or with an id showing ownership details. I am sure Mr Gump would know if each core sample is marked for id, depth location details for shipment and lab purposes. Otherwise anything posted is suspect as blatant fabrication for the purpose to deceive others..
So this is the new direction of the spin on why there is no approval yet? SEC investigation of IOU shares? You are kidding right? Lets just call a spade a spade and a thief and liar what it is. Ken Stead. Point blank that is all he is.
KEN STEAD IS A LIAR AND THIEF!!!!!!! Please Ken sue me. I beg you please so I can have my attys drag your lying thieving butt thru the mud. But you don't have the cajones to do even that. COWARD KEN STEAD!!!
Another day past the Oct deadline and another day of no news. Kenney "the share seller" Stead is in another lie he can not get out of. So what will be the next big thing? Free shovels for shareholders to help move moose pies so he can prospect more people to peddle worthless paper to?
Ken Stead for scammer of the yr!! Got a lock on that award.
You know as well as I do Ken has said many things that have never come to pass. Please compile a list of all the things he said he would do and has done to completion for the board. It would make for a great sticky if you can come with it. You have to be either the most naive person in the world or most thinking impaired. I vote the 2nd. Ken Stead is a thief. Period.
KEN STREAD IS A LIAR AND THIEF.
Depends on your broker. Etrade used to be 20 days and guess what, you can't do squat while the dump their free trading shares on the market. Nothing here but scam and mirrors.
I do NOT know that any of what you posted is true! I do know that Ken and company have lied to investors. So whats the excuse now??? Ohhhh that's right, a Nor"easter is blowing in and Ken Stead forgot his umbrella. GGRRRRRrrr. This is a scam pure, plain and simple. To call it anything but is a blatant attempt to help decieve and cover up for his theft.
KEN STEAD IS A LIAR AND THIEF!!! Please Ken, sue me.. I am begging you to. But he won't because he knows I am right.
I have complained to the SEC and anyone else who I could. The scum will never go to jail.
We here will get nothing out of Kidder and the PWEI scam. Period. He has the pump crew working overtime there and anyone who puts money in a stock with 0 across the balance sheet with out doing DD will lose. These guys like Kidder just perpetuate the scams in other places and never get in trouble. I blame me for the money I lost here, but I blame the SEC for not throwing these kind of scum in jail.
So would I. But when Kidder decides to pull the plug and start the dilution machine and R/S this to death, gonna be a lot of pain. Kidder is a scammer and thief.
The following table sets forth certain information regarding the ownership of our Common Stock as of the date hereof, by (i)

So ACLH is the mjority owner in this per the filing. And ACLH is on the greys. With Kidder at the wheel. He drove that bus off the cliff and will here. Buyer beware. R Kidder is a scam artist and bona fide thief. This is nothing more than a share selling scam.
There is no NSS. And i beg and plead with Ken Stead, come after me. Please. He is a liar and thief. Please Kenny, sue me. Lets get all yours and Bobs and Manjits nasty dirty stealing laundry aired publicly.
KEN STEAD IS A LIAR AND THIEF.
An absolute and complete breakdown in hitting. With the exception of came 1, the pitching was good enough to win the last 3 games.
Nice to see things stil haven't changed here. Don't need to look at this for a few months and see it still is a stuck in the mud pos. No one can stop the S1x4 moving forward except the lieing cheating theiving bozos who run this company. If they want to truly do the right thing they would list only factual true info and not things easily picked apart when reviewed. Ken Stead and the rest of the clown team he has will never get this approved.
KEN STEAD IS A LIAR AND THIEF!!!!!
Always good to stop in and read all the lies abt how noble King Kenny is. Nothing new, nothing changed and it is the same as it ever was. A puke creating no holds barred scam. Only one fact is known.
KEN STEAD IS A LIAR AND THIEF!!!his little brother timmy too
BUYER BEWARE, KEN STEAD WANTS TO STEAL YOUR MONEY... NO REPAYMENT PLAN IS IN PLACE.
Well let me continue with this so it can be documented.
KEN STEAD IS A LIAR AND THIEF!
I can't be any more clear than that. Please Ken, sue me. I am asking you to so we can get all this dirt out in the open in court.
And you do know this is a pink sheet scam where insiders rarely if ever disclose their selling. You know this. And no the loyal longs don't hold and wait for great things. they hold simply bc to sell now would be a such an incredible loss that there's really nothing left to lose but hold. And you also know this.
BUYER BEWARE
KEN STEAD IS A LIAR AND THIEF. PERIOD. HE HAS DONE NOTHING TO INCREASE SHAREHOLDER VALUE. HE HAS ONLY LINED HIS POCKETS. KEN STEAD IS SCUM.
Prove that please. Show us the proof Ken isn't selling.
You must learn to have patience when dealing with KATX. It could take 20 yrs to get results.
PATIENCE.
lmao
With what? Dilution? At this point it is the only way. So get ready to avg down for more losses. Hahaha. Oh and if you plan on playing the Manjit oil/gas card, looks like he ran away too. Ken Stead is a liar who pumps and dumps while hiding behind safe harbour statements. Which still don't protect him from fraud. Which is commiting and has been all along.
PPPlleeeaassee, that is not an uplisting. That is outright theft of the assets from KATX to BVIG with no compensation. Do you have your bogus distro shares from the first or second distro attempts?? Do you? No. Please post the link showing KATX has uplisted. KATX and BVIG is a scam run by either a stupid buffoon who has no clue or a very shrewd pink sheet con man manipulator who I hope goes to jail and rots.
Please post the link and pr stating this.
T trades will not show up on todays price reflection (nor the vol if I am correct). It will show up tomorrow. And this was exactly one of the very very red flags that started to happen with Q towards the end. Don't believe me, check put poppa Deaonos last days and there were many T trades. T trades are never a good thing.
