Thank you johnplayer for the reply, it does make sense as you explained. but like many other have also commented that in pink land no Number are accurate and possibilities of Howard involvement could be there.

well lets see; beside the selling at this low price, other DD looks pretty ok, atleast there is no major manipulation or reverse split and common pink lies exist for now...

could this be possible company is selling through HDSN, Since to me It doesn't make sense if a investors own PHAR at this stage of investment where he knows the par value is .025 but letting there investment go for much lower or a loss....

well could it be; that he was given stock through a take over of previous company and dosn't seem necessary to believe in PRAR, but the step he takes in selling his stock by raising ask and then letting it go cheap in few hours... It is understandable that he is a very much interested in the stock value like a insider or know more then any of us, or could be any one of us on this board.

therefore my conclusion is there is some thing fishy and possibly Howard might be involved in it...... other wise we wouldn't have seen the sales at this price level....

these are just my opinion to understand the possibilities out there .... Please do your own DD before buying or selling Phar...

It seems like no body is willing to buy it for .009 price, people faith in this company is not as strong as it seems, looking at the PPS..
My guess pps will fall again back to .006 then buying will start again, is that the bottom dont know, but I found it interesting that good buying exist at that level.

Bro, i respect your opinion.. But just because of the case I didn't wanted to miss the train, I jumped in too early... and now due to my average, honestly i am regretting knowing this stock back in April..
well i would like to get in the game but with a better avg. and I def. decide to wait and see what the 15th dec look like, Lets see if i will be buying a Christmas gift this year for family or make me go all in to bring my avg down...

today i myself ran into some thing first time and that make me curious. I have placed a transaction twice since this morning to buy at the ask price in the etrade account.. and for some reason both of my transaction were deleted and removed from the ordered list...

As long as company dishonesty - to pump and non-believer holders exist in the Phar... we will not see the PPS raising.

Wow what a stock that keep going down hill, feels like what ever haward would say in PR, wont make a difference in the PPS.. In my opinion PPS will raise up to .02 any time soon, probably right before the audit reports comes out.. and then it depend on the financials where the stock price will go, might fall back to where we at or not see the red again uptill .10c.....

I just heard that interview, and correct me if i am wrong. I felt that embarrasstment in howard voice while talking about the share price. Like he is not comfortable where the PPS is and he would like to take any neccessary step to move the price forward... I hope i am right this mean that Phar is different than other penny ploy out there.

My opinion, It's not that i mind buying at this price; but who ever is selling Phar for a while uptill now for .01, If i do a rough esitmate almost 8 to 12 million have been sold since we have been sitting at average of .01....

He def. believe a bottom lower then .01 will exist where he will recover... I hope no body sell then and i will be personally waiting for that time to buy....

I noticed this morning that finally a PR was issued, A PR with positive financial note, A PR in which owner is scarificing his share and not reducing phar investors holdings. A PR which def. show us a better future....

BUT again, Do we know what is the Aquaphrin status, what are the detail plans for the productions of Facility? Do we know any specific when its going to start. All i am saying Is i wanted to hear some positive note on the progress of the company... Not how we going to finance it... It's been told before and now told again with a different scenerio ( although with a positive note)...

FYI Snizz,, I do believe in Phar but i would like to see some work done... and again if your thinging about my investments.. All i have done in last few months is accumulate like I have said before.. I have not sold a single Stock... I will hold it till I would know if the boat is going to sink def...

Although i have a different opinion on a PR now, since it has been too long with out a update... Any simple update on Phar provided by Howard will hurt the PPS more... probly another 20 to 40% down.... but I guess all we are left with very little options but to stick around and see what the future hold....

As far as i believe, if there is short selling exist at this time... It can come to an end only if Howard was serious in issuing PR and kept us updated. because as we most believe Phar is and will be successfull. then it should be more easier done then said by howard... Only if he wanted the PPS would look much different today...

So rather blaming Short Sellers! why shouldn't i point my finger at howard...
