Yeah, MJTK has approx $360k of convertible debt which translates to shares at a $0.0004 rate, are over 860 million shares yet to come.
Dilution?
I am astonished that MJTK today is performing slightly better than OWCP.
Good luck pals.
$346,920 at a $0.0004 conversion rate = 867.3 million shares
Plus, whatever debt is accumulated until then.
Just saying...
Or, probably big investors are just waiting before investing a dime in MJ.
When it becomes clear/legal without doubt, big investors will pony up millions in big pharma; no doubt.
However, I do agree that little companies like OWCP might be good investments. But they are also more risky.
Benefit always is linked to risk. The risky the investment, the bigger the return. Or you might also loose it all.
Here in pinky land 99% of the stocks are scams. $OWCP was a good looking gem, that is actually doing well, but at this point I think there is not too much margin.
I remember that some weeks (months?) an investor bought shares at a $0.13 tag price, with the possibility of buying more later at $0.25 and $0.40. When someone is paying money to buy 'the posibility of buying at a certain price' it usually is because they have some expectations (or is another scam of the 99%)
So we where trading at 0.07 and 0.08 BUT someone bought shares at 0.13... I made a call a couple of times about this issue...
Another thing. People don't invest all-in in this kind of pink sheets. You might loose it all. Or loose 80% of it before you panic-sell. You should invest here some amount of money that you are not going to need, as a casino gamble if you wish. But if you study a bit, it's an educated-casino-gamble. You have here more chances than playing black-jack or the roulette.
Also, you don't invest millions here. If so, you could buy almost any company here in pink-land. Choose one. Look the PPS and the number of issued shares, and you will probably see a small price-tag.
I doubt companies like Microsoft start in the pink sheets. They rise money with private investors, and then jump to the Big League (not pink-land with sub-dollar shares).
Keep reading, keep looking, keep hanging around and get yourself familiar with stocks and then you'l (hopefully) start seeing opportunities.
And don't never, ever trust 'gurus'. Just consider their opinions and after, decide by yourself.
I bought $OWCP last 10/6/2016 at $0.04
I was looking for some kamikaze-like investment in the MJ sector to make a killing. Last time I invested in pink-sheets was several years ago when Washington Mutual went bankrupt. 2009 I think.
I liked OWCP because:
- Was almost debt-free
- Had 'a clear plan' though I wouldn't trust a couple of provisional patents (I also have some and they cost like $130 each).
- However, they seem to keep moving forward, commercial plans, clinical tests, and that kind of activiry.
- Had very nice volumen (easier to sell if you want to get rid of this)
A side note:
- If I had left shares untouched since the first buy, I would have made x16
- As I got in&out, I only got x8. However, doing x8 in 4 months is something I'm not accustomed to.
I also invested in $MJTK, and the one day the PPS popped up 50%. Later I discovered it was because a 'guru' named Sleek talked about $MJTK, so everybody went nuts to buy a chunk of $MJTK, but the difference is that I don't see $MJTK as a long-term investment, because there is no plan, no PR, only infinite dilution due to convertible debt and no income plans in their horizon... Actually I am out of MJTK with no plans to go back...
I think there is no magic formula...
I guess it's how it works in pink-land...
I was invested in $MJTK since before Sleek. Fortunatly (for me) Sleek talked about $MJTK and boosted PPS, so I had nice gains here.
BUT, I wouldn't consider to invest in $MJTK in the long term. It seems as if there is nothing here, just some ongoing operational costs that keep diluting shares. As there is no income prevision in the horizon, I guess the only way to keep $MJTK going is by offering their providers with convertible shares (at a discounted price of $0.0004)
I see no future here...
What I don't understand is why they pay with shares valued at 0,0004 when they're trading x20 that price.
Nobody commenting the last 8-k?
Tomorrow might be a blood bath.
Yes but only if everybody locks up their shares!!
I partially agree with both sides.
I got in $MJTK at 0.0028 based on my own technicals.
Suddenly one day this got up 50%, and later I discovered it was due to $leek and his MJ Salami thing. It's interesting to know about $leek, but I wouldn't invest (nor recommend) anyone to invest based on others predictions.
I was also in $OWCP since $0.04, so my MJ portfolio is doing really great.
Having said that, I think $MJTK is not a long term stock, but due to it's popularoty (and yesterday's 8-k) I think we might have some time to play with it yet, I estimate up to around $0.02
I'm pretty sure today we will close GREEN.
25M shares x 0.50 = $12.5M value.
I guess you have to have something REAL to have that value... $0.05 would be more realistic.
After an awesome rally I think it's normal to have a pullback (a couple of days of -20%) for consolidation and profit-taking.
It's going to be interesting to see what happens today.
This can be crazy (part II. We just saw Part I this week)
If we got a $0.0192 high this week without really any news, now with a positive 8-K I think we should test new highs (over $0.02)
Remember to lock up your shares placing a crazy sell order at $2 for example so that MM's can't use your borrowed shares to short it against your own interest. Also, this could lead to an interesting short squeeze, making PPS go even crazier.
Good luck to all longs.
Lol, I usually don't do that kind of things.
Actually I was already invested in $MJTK (just some spare money, as a kamikaze-investment in the OTC market) when it popped up 50%.
Later I learned about $leek and his MJ Salami!! (but in my case, I was invested BEFORE)...
Very lucky, indeed, and after it went NUTS!!
I don't really understand why is MJTK related to MJ, as this is (supposed to be) some sort of software company??
Have you visited the webpage? Could anyone elaborate please? Is everyone invested here aware or they don't really care?
I think $MJTK might experience another pullback before it stabilises. Even after yesterdays -20% day we are up a whopping 400% since one week ago.
But you never know with these penny stocks, now that it got everyone's attention, it might go nuts again and climb to a higher PPS...
I'm in since 0.028, so I'll be happy anyways
If you flip these undervalued stocks, you might miss one of these trains...
I'm in since $0.04. I guess I could have flipped this a bit, but didn't want to take the risks...
I'm 1600% up here and don't complain.
Congrats all longs here.
I'm invested in both $OWCP and $MJTK and couldn't be happier.
Let's see where these stocks go...

I'm in since 0.04. Go wonder.
Weird. Nobody buying. Nobody selling.
8-k looking good

Formalised what we knew: investor buying shared at 0.13$ (why is it trading at 0.1$)
And money keeps getting in from Medmar.
Hope it comes after-hours, as usual.
Good or bad? Tell us more!!
Nice. Looks as if today's dip is over.
Nobody is selling under 0.1
Actually, nobody should sell under 0.13 (which is the price investors paid)

Agree.
Last 10/20 this beauty went from 0.97 to 0.18 up 97% in one day.
Kaboom!!
Instant gold.
Hello @retiredtech. How can you see that info? I also use IB, but never seen that info before. I mainly use the smartphone TWS app though...
I remember last month it spiked up 97% in one day.
I've never seen it before in my life.
I wonder if you are using technical analysis or predictive algorithms.
Good luck!!
I also think OWCP can do very well, if it keeps moving forward (trials, distributor deals worldwide...)
Well said. This board has been kidnapped by a couple of posters constantly pumping the same stuff day after day, making it look as another typical OTC pump&dymp play.
Good luck to all longs this week. I have great expectations.
MMs left their trading desk to enjoy the weekend...
Being so smart, you should be teaching the guys at JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs... I don't know why are you loosing your time here if this is of no interest for you... oh, yes... to make US loose our time too...
Bye.
My insights:
Even though $OWCP has been played a lot, it holds better it's value than the rest of the MJ OTC stocks, probably due to some positive facts we have to not-forget.
1.- It had an offer that they declined by $TEVA. Even though (always in my opinion) 8 temporary patents don't mean anything (it cost like $200 to file a provisional patent in the US), the fact that a big pharma company tried to acquire those rights tell me $OWCP might be on the right track.
2.- No toxic debt. They recently got rid of an unwanted investor.
3.- A new investor came in, buying shares at $0.13, with options to buy more in the future at $0.25 and $0.40.
I've been here since $0.04, but I didn't check out (although I think I should have done that). I just invest long-term but this time I decided to include a little investment of my portfoliio in a nice OTC company, and for what I found searching, this one was the best around (or at least the one I liked more).
Good luck guys.
Publishing 1,000 times the same stuff in bold letters, doesn't work. Please stop.
If you consider some DD is crucial, please ask the moderator to stick it.
You (and CAMELOT and others...) are making the forum look like a PUMPERS PLAYGROUND. It doesn't look serious.
Even without DD I just know that an investor bought shares at 0.13$ with options to buy later at 0.25$ and 0.40$...
Actual level of PPS is a joke...
Picking shares in the bottom is going to be very juicy... Having into account that an investor paid them at 13 cents, it's easy money.
I'm just out of powder...
