The one thing that still clouds my mind is why would Kuni go on and on about this supposed acquisition only in emails to shareholders registered to receive emails about the progress and not come through with it. I ask myself,"what does he have to gain by lying to us." There's been some dilution I'm sure but at such low levels it doesn't make sense. Why not pump it with false PR's and make some real money before folding up and moving on? He could get away with it too with all of the Safe Harbor/Disclaimer bullshit that protects these pink companies. Is he stupid, incompetent even as a criminal? A natural born f%ck up? A lackadaisical businessman that works at his own pace to get things right? This is so non typical of the way most pinkie scams work. Perhaps he's trying a new approach with an 'under the radar' scam. I'm driving myself nuts thinking about it. One thing that seems obvious is that the company clammed up pretty fast after the SEC involvement. I'd love to be a fly on the wall at Polaris, Staff IS and the SEC investigation right now. Secret Asian Man has to come clean, good or bad. No honor, integrity, dignity or personal responsibility anymore. I'm glad that I grew up in this country back when those things still mattered.
Buy back, transparency, conference call.
No updates for 3 months and about a month past '10 days or so' from our (your) company. I think we called Kuni's bluff and he wasn't prepared for it. Either that or the proverbial pink sheet 'calm before the storm.' I feel helpless as to what to do now with 'our' company.
being cool
Wait a while. You'll get them cheaper. That's the trend as I see it. You can't fight the trend until something turns it. Good luck.
Yea that would be so neat.
Indeed
Boggles the mind....
I totally agree.
Pump this POS, get it to .0004 and I break even. Get the pump going baby!!!
Always someone knows something we don't. Averaging down into oblivion with hope is not a strategy. Be smart.
Yea it's all about front loading on a junk stock, pumping it, cashing in. If you're profitable today on it, sell tomorrow.
Who do you think really believes that?
I was making a joke. I thought that most would recognize that.
Yea but, um, he's a former market maker. That's to our benefit, right? I mean, ya know, it should be good, I think but, like, you know, and stuff like that, this should be awesome by now because he's like, a former market maker and stuff, so like, he knows the ins and outs and like, we're all good and stuff right?....Because he's like a market maker right?
Unpaid adviser? I wonder how that works. Nobody works for nothing. Is this his Safe Harbor disconnect with Polaris? I'm curious as to what questions that you asked him.
There is no device. This PR is a ruse.
Sounds good bosco, thanks a lot.
gunnisonfox, read these in order. Starting from this http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=73616327 and go directly to this http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=73748421 and then read the rest in order.
4-600% gets us .0004-.0006...Not good enough.
Or St. Patty's Day.
Give us the skinny bosco. Pretty please.
Why do so many people use the word 'flippers' like it's a 4 letter word? Everybody sells eventually so you could essentially say that everyone is a flipper. What's wrong with making a profit? Besides, a person can channel trade/flip a stock and still be long on the company. To me, stock trading isn't a team sport either. I know for many it is (specifically the P&Der's) but for me, it's a personal thing. I enjoy the fact that we can share our DD and our thoughts and experiences on message boards like this but my decisions to buy and sell come from one source. Longs/Flippers, like it's a war based on prejudice or something.
Thanks bosco.
Are you serious? Are you implying that Polaris is legitimate? Do tell.
Now what?
I have no animosity towards you. I was just venting in general. Please don't take it the wrong way. I appreciate your efforts. The realization for me is that every pink, and OTC stock are the same. Register your company in Nevada or Delaware, Get a determined amount of Authorized shares, and make a ton of money at many other peoples' expense. Free money in every sense of the word. No accountability, Company disclaimers and Safe Harbor for Forward looking statements protect the companies from any wrong doing. It's so easy, everyone should do it....If they have no soul.
Go to any pink sheet message board and it's always the same thing. Real company, real product, sold in stores, great management, the CEO has always done what he said he would do....Then as it tanks especially the dilution after a P/R,....Cool! Thanks for the cheapies!...Great time to average down!....Flippers getting lunch money.....MM games, manipulation....Slap that ask....Big news coming...Hold those shares!....Institutional buying!....Chart looks hot, way oversold, get those cheapies......silent accumulation....somebody knows something....pick up as much as you can before the Conference Call/10Q....bashers trying to steal your shares...pumpers front loaded for the dump...lottery ticket! and on and on and on. For everyone, please add anything that you can think of that I left out. Pink stocks are junk..There is no long and strong...trade them for money...never invest...You will never make a million dollars on a pink.....Unless of course, you're the CEO of the company.
Wrong page. Nothing funny here.
This is a video of investors chasing the dangling carrot and the consequences of such foolishness:
You called the accountant and attorney?
If you think about it, I mean really try, we have nothing of any substance. No proof of anything. Just hearsay and financial reports that are quite possibly fabricated. Has anyone ever called the accountant or attorneys offices that represent PIHN?
I agree. Reverse split, disappearance of webpage. Total silence.
All I can say is, "WOW." When's the 25 cent thing going to happen again? "New investors coming in! Buying up the float!"..."MM games"...."Institutional buying"...(what institution?) "Look at the chart"...(yea I saw it.) "Big news coming! everyone's watching!"..."Slap that ask!" ..."Hold those shares!"..."Thanks for the cheapies!"..."Good time to average down!".... This is a pink stock. Like every other pink stock. Legal robbery.
Just another confirmation that ALL pink, QB stocks are the same. Read any message board of any pinkie and it's just like reading an updated volume of the same book.
"Just saying." What does that mean exactly? I mean, like, you know, and stuff like that. I was like, 'ugh', and he was like, 'OMG!' and then she was like, 'LOL', and I was like, 'SMH,' and then everyone else was like, 'you know,' and I was like , 'I mean, you know..and stuff like that'...and then, like, someone said like,"just saying."
just playing
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! MOMMY PICK ME UP!!!! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
Thanks Ken
Big email update tomorrow I suppose. Those teams of attorney's must be making a killing by now from milking the billable hours for so long.
Most ineffective bagful of pumpers I ever saw.
