what is you basis for that comment?
I have friends in Belize and also at Tucker who plugged the well.We will see if they are so eager to post this news as they were on the 90mm barrels based on seismic.Best I can do for now.
I just wanted to share the news out of Belize for all the supposed knowledgeable and know it all forcasters that all the oil in Belize is in the north.
Over the weekend the well that has been so much touted in Blue creek was plugged. So much for all the scientific knowledge that was used on that site. This just goes to show that drilling for oil is a crap shoot.
Hopefully we will soon see how good Treaty is at the game too.
I think you are one of the few that has connected the dots.Of course several on this board post will not be able to believe that but of course IMO they will eat their words very soon
They are now current with all filings.I think we will see some news now.
Knight has lost power and cannot trade or remove there offer @ .035
I had never seen this situation so I checked on it and found the answer to share with my fellow Treaty investors
Holy Crap.Check out the new videos on Facebook
Good luck to Mike and his family.I will pray for them.
Thanks for the post.
I will have one of my accountants review that and let me know what the filing reflects as debt.
I will post there answer.
The truth will come out soon on drilling and the results of current efforts.I do not know of anyone that could grow a company like Teco and have a basically debt free company.Debt is usually the killer of small companies like Teco.
you see all those big buys that have been posted as sells over the last couple of weeks. They are the people that will make all of us rich!Just look at all that has happened and read between the lines. This thing is going to go up like a rocket when launched. That is my opinion and why I have increased my daily buying dramatically.
I am not as sharp as you.I missed the Bill reference!!!
I have been riding this stock since late 2009 and add as I can.I currently have as of todays purchases 14,038,867 shares.I hope to be at 20mm before the thing gets out of my price range.I am not a seller at all.I have not sold any shares and do not intend to until we see figures that I feel the pps will become much harder to move. That figure to me is at least a buck per share.
I am sure many on this board will scoff but it is my money and I follow my own investment guidelines. To all good luck and follow your own instincts and not those with agendas that always follow only negatives.
you are betting on the right horse in my opinion.I am buying between 50-100k shares a day now because I think this is going to show over the next few months.
All these smart guys that have all the comments about how things should go really should try to do this there selves.I doubt they could accomplish much.
In the end it all boils down to production that is provable and I think we will see that very soon.I for one am putting my money up instead of my mouth
thanks for the clarification
what do you mean by your comment?
Did I miss a JV announcement?
could be anyone.maybe it is you?
Looks like Teco is being attacked by someone or group
call and ask them.I do not think that would be something most companies would but Treaty always seems to be very open to investors
they have 2000 barrel capacity currently
The last time I called the company I actually asked about a shareholder meeting and was told there would be a yearly shareholder meeting starting in 2013.They will announce the date and location first quarter of 2013 to give investors ample time to make arrangements is they want to attend.
well said bull
I was told they will only put out news concerning new confirmed production or significant acquisitions nothing else.I guess we will all have to guess what the heck is coming
what is the point of that?I was told by the office that they think some major players are taking advantage of a weak market because of Treaty's inability to put out news right now.I hope they are right but your idea also could well be the case.We will know when Treaty is free to release news.
Please explain what a fake trade is.I have never heard of that.
I look at it a different way. Some are selling a lot of shares but others are buying a lot of shares. This means that we will now have shareholders with a longer investment strategy. You think your way that is always against the company and I along with many other real investors that actually hold TECO shares unlike you are glad to see the volumn. In the end it is only the fact of real production that will set the real pps on TECO shares
to you and all other real TECO shareholders
they have a lot of leases, many workover wells to bring on line, the potential of the Madeley well and of course Belize.
Does anyone here have a guess as to pps if Treaty can prove up 300-500bbls/day of oil this quarter?I go by my gut feeling but some on this board seem to be very astute on that type of thing.I personally believe something is up.
There are a lot of new investors taking huge positions in my opinion.Whats up???
your source was incorrect about the perfing and acid job.TECO purchased new perfing equipment and acid pumps because of the huge savings per well by doing so.They hired a large company from the USA to come to Belize to perf and acidize the first two wells and will help until TECO employees are capable of doing it themselves.
The perfing of San Juan #2 was completed yesterday and they will swab the well today and then acidize.
All this information is available from TECO by just making a few calls.I asked why so little news is being released and there answer was that until they put out production numbers the news release is a waste of money. At the right time there will be info that will suprise all involved.
your charts must be mistaken?Where is that big sell off?
It was certified at 192bbls/day and is on record as such. They have been working on the gas side of the well to produce dry gas.All that is complete and they are drilling the horizontal now.We will know something late this week I believe.
That is the same info I have on my desk. That does not change the fact that the numbers will change to allow for the lateral length in the producing zone
You are partially correct but omitting the real facts.
The Madeley was drilled vertically to 3815ft.The well was then drilled horizontally down to the pay zone which is at 4341 ft.The actual lateral in the pay zone is 16ft and that can be extended to another 1700 plus feet according to the permit.
that number is incorrect and the well lateral is permitted to over 1700 ft.It will all prove out soon and of course we will see what the true facts are
see post 43924 for your answer
Just to set the record straight on regulated production I wanted to let everyone know the rest of the story
1)The numbers posted by Albertson and so nicely answered by Geopressure are in fact correct but with this important fact being omitted. The numbers in question are regulated by the length of the lateral which on the Madeley is currently 16FT.Once the lateral is drilled to the new length which is happening at the time of this post the numbers will change to reflect the lateral length.Quite a large omission!!!I wonder why?
2)Should the well exceed the regulated production rates based on the lateral length then Teco can petition to have the rates adjusted. In order to do so all other wells in the Fredricksburg zone within one mile would have the right to file a answer to object or agree.Since there are no other wells within one mile of the Madeley it would seem reasonable to assume the limits could be adjusted at that time if necessary
