Internet sales seem to be the profitable future of brav. However, why employ so much sales staff at the two physical locations? The turnover is way too little to justify that!
I'm pleased with the overall sales#
you are right, he's not and he doesn't have to... that's probably the secret of his success so far
yea, we see how well that works so far. please don't give me the entire growth potential, start-up business, why are you here bla bla bla story in reponse.
i'm going with what has been accomplished so far and a new or additional admin was only a suggestion to improve investor and business satisfaction.
time for central park.
gltu
been there done that. i can't do more then offer my support, on my dime of course. however, i can't force him to take advantage of it.
why should i? all i want is some order in this company. DA has to deal with expansion of several websites, inventory, sales, payroll, accounting, vendors, customers, staffing, administration, business meetings, marketing and advertising, etc
if not a manager, get an administrative assistant...
BRAV may not need a full-time accountant, but instead of hiring 6-7 sales people generating x-amount of revenue (too little imo) cut some of those. use the money you save plus some extra cash to hire a qualified manager to support DA and keep things in order!!!
i want DA to walk the walk... that's all!
unless anyone can show me some proof i consider this question to be open and outstanding. nothing more and nothing less.
show me the payroll report and i believe it. until then you can assume whatever you want and i'll doubt whatever DA says.
unfortunately there's no proof that the new accountant started with BRAV
agreed. even though they didn't play their best basketball in the last 2 games. i hope they'll play miami! dirk's crazy good.
i hear you. but how trustworthy is BRAV if they can't stick to (their own) due dates.
seriously, that's the easiest thing to fix for DA but he just doesn't do it... he could should up half of the boards (in terms of complaints) incluing myself and most likely raise more money for future growth through that one measure
anyhow, gltu
i'm out, it's just too nice out.
you are welcome, not a secret anyways. in addition i have a few million ard 0.0079 in my IRA, but that's for the long haul. go back and read my posts and you'll see that all i want is that DA follows through with his pr's. shouldn't be that hard
agreed. that's why i'm a trader for now until august 2011 imo
well, you know what i mean...
see 44550
hey, you can't blame me. a year ago brav was supposed to hire an accountant and didn't follow through... therefore i think i raised a legitimate question
as i stated before, i think BRAV has enormous potential. however, the way DA handles certain topics (no follow through on 70% of released pr's, timely filing of FS, etc) discredits BRAV in the eyes of a lot of investors which hurts the pps tremendously.
since i'm sure DA still reads the board i'll keep adressing those issues till they are resolved. it's for my own best interest.
i'd like to see some proof that the in-house accountant actually started with BRAV! does anyone have anything on that?
TIA

not my approach, but glty!!
i'm excited to see the reaction on this board when the 2nd qtr FS will be late (imo), even tough they hired an in-house accountant
most of the time decent news come with dilution here, so i'll check with the TA after noon time...
lawsuit settlements imo
so all the dilution money is going into inventory?
oh man, some people let DA get away with everything. i wonder why...
let's chat further after i got my high 0.001's filled, it's inevitable.
true! but BRAV should be so stocked with inventory already that the mount everest blushes!
wrong, brav needs to sell the freakin' inventory to make money. considering the dirt cheap prices (according to DA) BRAV gets the inventory for (onlylegging, jeggings, swimwear, etc) the dilution is crazy. wouldn't be suprised if DA came up with another wild suicide project to throw money at that wil never materialize
me like LOL
thats what i'm trying to say. could da's follow through action be the reason why there are only 5-6 investors? i myself have on a couple of million left 0.008 (from way back) and don't consider myself an investor of brav at this point in time.
brav actually has to offer something attractive first before (sophisticated) investors consider to jump in.
are you serious? i think it matters a lot if a company complies with their due dates and deadlines.
in addition, just think about the signal that its sending to investors...
i hope so too. i'd consider that a very good entry point again. one i'd be happy with considering all that's going on.
@toymic12: not at all. but for the past 2 years there was more disappointment then anything else in terms of BRAV's stock price. therefore i'm looking for the best entry point possible which factors in SALES, EXPENSES and MANAGEMENT of the company. As for the complaints/critisism from me and others, those are all points that could be handled better in the future. Therefore those arguments should maybe serve as a "to-do" list for BRAV to increase shareholder value, etc
still waiting to pick up some in the high 0.001's. come on BRAV, you can do it
well, i you haven't noticed. the only things i complain about are missed deadlines for financials since this is what i do for living . that just doens't show a lot of professionalism!
about my investment. no worries about it... i'm still able to eat 3 meals a day even if BRAV tanks further
excuses, excuses, excuses!
agreed! the accounting period ended 3/31/2011.
everybody not agreeing with that is just making excuses for DA! in their mind it's probably ok that for more than 1.5 months the #'s were just sitting on someone's desk! laughable at best!
get the damn FS out and then implement the policies!
very weak leadership IMO!
how is that possible with now 8 employees plus all the other expenses. no way!
even if sales would be sufficient, he'd dilute to take on other projects or new ideas.
DA, just consolidate for a while
all imo
well, the recent PR is almost as valuable as hot air considering what was pr'd in the past.
in addition: brav's books are not audited and intransparent at best.
i'm not saying stop buying everybody, i'm just expressing my concerns based on past experiences with BRAV.
the past 2 years have been a major disappointment from an investor perspective which was looking to establish a healthy pps (good for traders though!)!
being pro-forma profitable in q2 the mentioned expense shouldn't be a problem
the way DA diluted over the past few months one could think that he should have enough inventory, etc on board. with increasing sales and decreasing expenses further dilution wouldn't add up to his statement that he won't epxand the business for a while. online expansion is not that expensive. just look at how much he raised via dilution over the past few weeks/months...
joshuadana, i hope DA will not read your email since he might just pick-up your idea.
they are taking it down because they know an increase of the AS is coming (before the q1 fs comes out)!
all imo
