I respect your observation but we all know that if measured moves were even half accurate then we would all be millionaires. There is always a "gut feeling" (-or insider knowledge :)) involved in EVERY trade, what is yours based on (other than measurements which we all know require at least 25% market intuition for a successful trader).

So basically, your logical process has determined an incentive to buy shares on the premise that ARENA PPS cannot get ANY lower, correct?

No other news or speculation other than ARENA's PPS has hit rock bottom and can only go up... that is your rationale for buying ARNA RIGHT?

PS - I'm assuming you have already considered that a few petitions by disgruntled shareholders missing out on an ROI or a few quacks eager to push more pills on kids will not influence the FDA or any other panel or judge.

Wow, I've never seen such a low and self serving attempt obviosuly driven by greed to make a ROI. Considering that other similar drugs were not approved due to various health risks and the fact that there are a hundered alternatives to losing weight (from excercise to diet to pills to gastroplasty which can be covered by health insurance if obesity is a major health risk), this petition is PATHETIC!!!

Anyone involved with or signing this petition (be it Doctor or other) is only driven by a Lorcaserin/Eisai or somekinda pharma payoff or ROI and has no concern for the "lil' fat kid" whatsoeva!!!

If Jack Lief left because he knew the panel was cautious of the "rat tumor" data all along and was NEVER gonna pass Lorcaserin under CURRENT conditions, then ARENA is even more culpable of withholding those test trials from common shareholders and potential investors.

Anyone blaming the FDA panel's ignorance or reluctance of approving Lorcaserin is looking at the situation SUBJECTIVELY and letting his concern for ROI disturb ANY common sense they may have.

As much as I admire Google's engineers, interface designers and founders, Eric Schmidt is nothing more than a blowhard car salesman a la Iain McGreazy. ANY type of negative long term results (i.e rat tumor, etc) will call for more trial testing at a MINIMUN! It is always wiser to be SAFE THAN SORRY, even if your ROI is put on hold!

Well I sold around 7.15 BUT admit to never hearing ANYTHING about "cancerous" trial criteria. But if some actually read of those cases and still held on (especially with the recent rejection of that other "fat pill") then who exactly is the "IDIOT"?

Nothin like an Apple Pie company based in Atlanta and represented by a failed "Grade B" figurehead with a Scottish accent to lead the way in mobile tech in America!

Nightly Business Report (a very respectable nightly financial show on PBS, unlike that idiot Cramer or a few others) said that there are concerns regarding Arena's obesity drug long term effect. I'm guessing the FDA will call for more extensive and long term testing. I think MANY investors underestimate the rigorous requirements and extensive testing for such a potent drug, regardless of America's obesity problem. The last thing ANYONE wants are tumors forming 5-10 years after use of the drug and loss of a few pounds!

I am convinced that this current Arena sequence is how the corrupt Financial system & Corporate America make money and rebuild the economy.

In other words:
Pump a stock with potential FDA approval and Eisai deal (which leads to)---> Increase in volume and PPS by Common Shareholders.

THEN:
PPS settles down along with Volume (which leads to)------>
BAM! FDA/Gov't/Wall St cautious sentiments towards drug approval and Arena.

RESULT:
= Causing PPS plummet and many investors' (who bought in around $5 or over) money flushed down the toilet or in this case into the hands of Wall St and Corporate America.

And now Wall St and Corporate America have got your cash AGAIN!

Well, we have all had a day to digest the most recent PR and what I get from this news is that NEOM is not planning to close shop or go under anytime soon. We are still in the dark regarding YA's plan of action and keep in mind that the number of people who both have a Samsung and will use it on their travels via train is pretty unsubstantial. Hopefully the next announcement will blanket a larger area and more users.

Nevertheless, a nice bone thrown our way as we desperate shareholders get excited about our PPS perhaps reaching 30 cents... sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

IMO the big money with this technology is in Advertising/Marketing!

NEOM USA doesn't PR anything because the "figurehead" Atlanta office is inept and out of the loop as everything of significance is done in a sophisticated manner by the European office (i.e. Samsung Europe/Italy) or Neustar.
