This is the last 5 minutes of trading, plus the two after hours. The 10,000 @ 0.0032 was me at a limit of 0.0036. I had a few dollars left laying around, and was being a bit hopeful.

Good to have some feet on the ground. Thank you.

Could be the revolving LOC from the interim CuCon buyer that CAM hinted at during The Market Financial interview.

I was more impressed with the hamster maze of conveyors than the pile of con. Maybe it's the kid in me, but I wanted to go for a ride on them.

I was wondering about that. Did you happen to stumble onto some information that would make your trades less than legal?
Thank you. I hope to have time to play with the FTD data this weekend, but football (and the subsequent consumption of adult beverages), and car maintenance may get in the way.
A little bit. Johnny4profits is the one that (unknowingly) pulled me over from the Google boards (man were they ever useless). We've got a good group here, and I appreciate the effort of everyone involved.
You don't have to have an account to lurk; just to post. I spent a good 6 months here before I spoke up.
At the same time, it is honesty like that makes me want to invest more money in this company. I hate it when people talk like they've filtered their thoughts through 15 lawyers and a PC compliance officer.
They have 70 employees; 11 of them work at the office.
The 150 employees included contractors, and as you quoted, that was during the time the mill was being constructed. Contractors come and go as needed, they don't get laid off. I'd question this management team even more if they retained the same number of employees while the mill was down as they did when it was being constructed. That would be a waste of our money.

I can work with that, but it will require some significant modifications. I'll have to do it at home, since work has been a bit too hectic lately.
I can try. Where is the FTD information housed?
How about 3?

As certain as we can be of any information contained in this interview.

Long story short. It looks like RBS Sempra violated our contract with them, and we lost our buyer. Our concentrate may not have been as high quality as we had hoped, so they took the mill down during the bad weather to make adjustments/additions (after hiring a new mill engineer). We have a new interim buyer, and they are supposed to be giving us a line of credit, which is presumably being used to get the mill back online. There are a lot of assumptions, because the company has not been very forthcoming with information.
It is one of many tiers of disclosure on the OTC & PS markets.

They have it broken down by day, so I wrote a tool to compile the numbers all the way back to the beginning. Let me know if you want the complete list, and I'll attach it again. It's on my work computer, so it'll be tomorrow at the earliest.

I don't pretend to know what's going on with this stock; I just figured this was a service I could contribute to the board.

You summed up my thoughts on it pretty well. I try not to read into the numbers too much though. Since I've been tracking them, we've seen 5.7% to 89.88%. We were below this level as recently as 2/5.

OK. Since you seem to know, what day did the mill restart? And are you considering the restart when they began crushing externally or floating? I find it hard to believe that they would put that blatant of a lie in a public filing when they know the people reading it know different.
I can't answer that, but neither can you; only the person editing the document could say what parts were recently changed and why. However, it is more logical to think it is true, since we know the mill wasn't running then, and they know we know the mill wasn't running then, and the mill was supposed to come back online while the document was still being edited.
You are absolutely right, the mill has not been running since around Christmas time. However, they have been working on PS compliance for quite some time. We know that document was being modified as recently as this last week (and was uploaded on Thursday), which was also the time they projected the mill to be back online. I'm pretty sure that "presently" means, "as of this moment", and not "as of the date in the header of this document."
From the PS filing: http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=29694
I'm clueless as to what this means; I expected under 50%. This would give them the ability to slow the rise, and start covering. I guess we just get to wait and see, but I'm pretty sure it will be fun for the longs.
