Boise Project Speed Tests April 29 2011
That's odd. I thought you were trading MDGC in July:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=78995399
This seems to be an ongoing downward trend, IMHO. Don't worry there will be plenty of time to average down at even lower prices soon, IMHO.

Micro Cell Flex Networks
MediaG3 has developed several network models design to deploy Broadband Internet services and solutions for a variety of fixed and mobile customers who require greatly improved speed or capacity preformance.
MediaG3's Micro Cell Flex Networks utilize a hybrid of technologies and components designed to flex or scale network throughput to allow for quick and efficient deployment with speeds and capacity to support the ever growing customer demand.
MediaG3's Micro Cell Networks have been in part designed to help bridge gaps supplying access between home, work, community and play. We recognise there has been a paradyme shift in how and where people use their Internet access. It seems we have all adapted to an always connected lifestyle with a variety of moble devices and away from the occassional traditional wired or wireless services of cable, DSL, fiber, satellite and mobile. The best way to supply the capacity and speeds we all want is using multiple connections, multiple channels or both. MediaG3's multi-channel, multi-mode networks were designed to "bridge the gap", supplying the additional speed and capacity to provide plenty to meet current and next generations needs.
Ultra High Speed Networks and Internet Access
MediaG3, designs, develops and deploys Broadband Internet products, services and solutions for today's fixed and mobile customers who demand greatly improved infrastructure enhancements to meet their needs.
MediaG3's products and services are specifically designed to enable cost effective solutions for wireless communications and content delivery to targeted customers, provide complementary value-added off-load capabilities for wireless providers and wireless broadband to those lacking in infrastructure, speed or throughput.
MediaG3's business growth has stemmed from the development and building of small cells or micro cell networks serving subscribers.
Short % of the float is 14%. Seems awfully high. No wonder the price is dropping like a lead weight.
Looks like the bid is back at $1.35. Doesn't take much to knock this one down, IMO.
TSTC just traded 500 at 1.36 be ready!!!!!!!! its about to drop again, IMO.
So, you are saying, MDGC has cleaned up its financials to move forward with its business plan and now merger with HEXA-2.
That's great!
I read it as 30 days following the "completion of its due diligence and conclusion of its final proceedings".
But judge for yourself:
BOISE, Idaho, Aug. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaG3, Inc., (OTCPK: MDGC), a provider of wireless broadband Internet solutions today announced the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held, HEXA-2 Corporation for $70M in an all-stock transaction. The conversion price is set at $0.30 per share of MediaG3 stock.
Upon completion of its due diligence and conclusion of its final proceedings in the next 30 days, there will be announcements on reorganization and industry expansion strategies with solid pro-forma of revenue streams for the combined company. Subsequently, MediaG3 intends to change its name and apply for a new CUSIP number and trading symbol. The combined companies shall undergo a third party valuation followed by audit to qualify the company for listing on OTC: BB or NASDAQ Small Cap markets.
"The collective value of the companies provides a new foundation serving 'interactive' needs of content delivery markets, (a term we coined as iCDN™). iCDN shall become the core foundation for delivering interactive content to most remote locations," said Ahmad Moradi, Chairman of HEXA-2 Corporation.
"MediaG3's technologies will become the foundation for new customer acquisition, retention and conversion in which HEXA-2 services shall become value-added services adjunct to current content delivery networks. We plan to pioneer iCDN as the world's first interactive content delivery network with perks and values for our select customers," said Val Westergard, Chairman of MediaG3, Inc.
The combined companies are set to compete for the multibillion dollar market of content delivery combined with high speed broad band wireless networks in both the domestic and international markets in Europe, South America, South East Asia including emerging markets in India and China.

Good question. The statement to which you are responding is so broad as to include FIRNA's awareness of filings with OTC generally.
So, I was right. TSTC does not have 4G as you stated. It is relying others to do so and hopes to ride the 4G wave so to say, which is projected to occur in China 2-3 years from now.
So it does not exist as I thought. And all you are referring to is that BS promotion in N.O.?
http://www.ibtuf.com/exhibitors/telestone.pdf
This has already been debunked as the only place anywhere TSTC has made this claim. Odd that not even TSTC's financials, PRs, or website say anything about it having 4G network tech/capabilities. It must be a secret except to New Orleanians.
Apparently, all they have is a router for indoor use. Wow, how exciting.
In addition, the site you provided links to the 2007 website you said is the old and outdated website. This appears to be their only website, which, of course, mentions nothing about any $G tech TSTC may or may not have.
I am getting the feeling that the 4G tech touted on this board is just trumped up BS. This is all in my opinion of course.
By the way, here is the post containing the dead link you say is not dead:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79009055&txt2find=radio
So you don't have anything in print, do you?
The link you provided previously to a marketing presentation is dead now. I wonder why.
Did you notice that MDGC retired 105,750,000 shares to its treasury since 12/31/2011?

With this settlement completed, MediaG3, Inc. will now focus on expanding opportunities to provide their hybrid network system solutions for wireless broadband Internet, telecommunications, infrastructure, mesh and backhaul networks.
MediaG3's current CEO, Val Westergard, is pleased the attorneys were able to complete this settlement agreement which is reflected on 1st Quarter 2012 Current Financials reducing our Liabilities by over 52%. Please show us any support for this statement:
None of TSTC's financial reports or even a recent company interview suggest that TSTC is able to provide 4G networking capabilities and the 4G tech you say they have does not exist (IMHO):
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=75519031
http://www.mzcan.com/canpanel/us/listco/TSTC/images/PDF/20120307_attached.pdf
You will have to show us this information in print as you claim because even TSTC's website does not state such in its company profile:
Too bad there never will be a "first press release showing any of the 4g build out". IMO
From TSTC's 2012 Q2 "In early 2012, China Unicom conducted a test of LTE-FDD technology in Shanghai. According to releases from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China 4G licenses will be issued in China within the next two to three years.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=8780361
Show us anywhere that states TSTC has 4G technology, is using 4G technology, or is rolling out another companies 4G technology.
Odd that not even the most recent Quarterly Finacial Report mentions any 4G operations by TSTC.
Agreed, these are exciting times for MDGC and Hexa-2. Glad to have you aboard.
There is a trading range that has existed for months. Where is the crushing?
Too bad all that BS does not help the PPS.
Looks like a count down to a building implosion.
Looking better everyday, thanks azure.
I thought you said .002 was the brickwall. Has it changed since yesterday?
Looks like it. If MDGC can feed this push with more good news, we can run hard, IMO.
Thanks, kertz. .0027 now up.
Last time I visited this board 2.5 months ago the PPS was at $1.75. What happened? TSTC has been trying to break into the $1.20's I see too.
The PPS has had a strong, steady downward trend since the beginning of 2010 when the high was around $24. Looks like this stock was pumped and is now returning to its 2008/2009 level of below $1.
I bet that is the level the 14% short position is targeting if not lower.
