"Let me ask you, change of name and incorp., aggresive legal measures to remove the chill, doesn't seem that difficult and they stated they were going to do just that so what's the problem."
You may not think it is a problem now. The operative phrase here is "doesn't seem that difficult." What seems and what is reality may not be the same thing. Also, if it wasn't so difficult, then it should have already been lifted. A legal battle is going to end up costing a lot of money. Where is IPWG going to get that money? This could end up taking years. Lastly, keep in mind we are dealing with the DTCC, and they can pretty much do whatever they want.
are you talking to yourself?
That's a tough question... Obviously, it would be advantageous to know when the dilution will stop. It's still occurring as we speak.
For me, it is getting more and more difficult to remain optimistic here. I am just about ready to completely write this off AGAIN. Even if things work out, we are likely looking at a RS. I think shareholders would see greater benefits being first uplisted to the BB without changing the share structure. Then over time as revenues pour in and IPWG has the money to do so (understand this could take a couple of years), they engage a buyback to a respectable OS. Once that is complete, and assuming their financial position is stronger, then uplist to the AMEX. The above of course is all dependent on the chill being lifted, funding in bank, building the plant, etc.
"If the chill comes off the stock will fly. Let's see what happens.
You need to calm down.imo"
Keyword here is "IF." Could at least partly explain why the dilution is so relentless now. If the chill stays and continues to expand, at some point not even IPWG will be able to sell stock. So, they need to get as much cash on hand as they can now.
nice brownie gap. Where are you catching these? The biggest brownies I ever caught were only pan size from some mountain lake up in the Sierras when I was a kid.
In their defense, you didn't even go back a month. Regardless, it is impossible to tell where dilution is occurring by the chart you posted. It is pretty glaring looking at this one year when dilution began by looking at the accumulation/distribution line.

Still long and strong......
It will be a miracle if that happens. Proceed with caution.....
I was actually a long time holder (since 2005), traded around a core position until fall 2008. The last CC was in Sep 2008. Then they released news about Ch 11 bankruptcy in Dec 2008. I had a 100K shares left that I sold on Monday. I was in shock to see it pop like that. So, I am wary about buying right now, until we know for sure this company is still in business. Does anyone have the full report released on Friday?
Does anyone know if the company is still in business? The website is gone. I tried calling the office at (201) 475-7328, but the line is disconnected. This is all very strange.
Actually, in no PR did it say they will be closing the 4 acquistions by the end of 2009. Get your facts straight.
JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - 11/13/09) - Dean Bradley, CEO of Quasar Aerospace Industries Inc. (Pinksheets:QASP - News) has been assured by their funding source that the entire $350,000,000 (350 million USD) will be closed and settled no later than December 15, 2009 and will start closing the 4 acquisitions immediately thereafter.
The extra $200 million dollars will allow us to close acquisitions #5&6. We have started the due diligence process on these and will be acquiring both of these in early 2010. These additional acquisitions and additional funds required to purchase them have contributed greatly to the delays we have experienced. We thank our shareholders for their patience as we progress from planning to implementation.

or waiting to catch a flight, or a break during a meeting, or while taking a dump, etc....
You've heard of the Blackberry, right?
At this point, as long as the SEC does not suspend trading, then we have hope. There is no reason for them to do so. Therefore, I am about 40% as worried as I could be. The DTCC cannot stop quoting or trading of the shares. Only the SEC can do that, I believe. But I have heard (whether true or not) that the SEC seems to be on our side.
what happened? a chill?
Gee Husker... is this the day you sold?

need some buying and it could easily hit over .006, easily
I guess you can call and ask.
I believe Zecco Trading is still trading IPWG. I don't know if they are part owner of the DTC however.
Interesting??? I don't know if I would call almost non-existent volume interesting.
just realized that the term "Chill" may be investor/trader talk (like slang) for the suspension. Perhaps, the SEC guy you spoke with may not have heard it said that way before. But do a search, you will find other stocks that are suspended and the shareholders also calling it a chill.
Do some DD. try google. You will see other companies that are "suspended" with the exact same DTC Important Notice, with those shareholders also calling it a "chill." If you are going to come back with some remark, then please differentiate between a chill and suspension. (Hint: there isn't one).

DTCC has until 12/6 to respond back to the SEC SEC will review - I assume we have a few weeks before a decison is made and hopefully in our favor in lieu of signature leisure pleading guilty.
We anticipate having everything completed as requested by the funding group in the next 10 days and it will be then up to them when they can schedule the closing. I would like to see it happen before the end of the year - it only leaves about 2 weeks and then into christmas week - keep in touch

suspension and chill are the same thing...
Can anyone summarize the Skymark report?
Thanks. But what about the stock buy back that was supposedly executed during the first 2 weeks of this month?
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Quasar-Aerospace-Industries-iw-3251276846.html?x=0&.v=1
"The Company will now resume its Buy Back Program, and the Board of Directors has authorized the officers to repurchase up to 20% of the total outstanding shares. It has approved the repurchase of up to $250,000 worth of stock for the first two weeks of November. These shares will be retired to Treasury Stock and reduce the number of outstanding shares of the company."
Hey all - started a modest position yesterday. Everyone keeps talking about dilution, but the only news I could find relating to the OS is the execution of a stock buy back. Can someone help me out?
If you want to invest in a real stock with 1000% or more gain potential check out GNVC, YMI and/or GGR. Disclosure: I am long GNVC. Will probably go long in one of the other two.... which one, though is a coin toss.
No S#!T. You know there are so called longs who are flipping this stock contributing further to the volatility. Everyone posts when they buy, but hardly anyone posts when they sell. Well, it's their nightmare I guess come tax time and paying higher CG taxes than if you just buy and hold. I do hope they somehow get caught in their own game and miss the boat one day.
Now some of you know that I might be the most skeptical of longs. However, I am expecting the chill to be lifted by the end of the month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The restriction at TDA is due to either IPWG requesting or mandating (don't know if they can mandate) trading in physical certificates. TDA stated it is too difficult and costly for them to obtain physical certificates. They said the restriction is not because of the dtcc action.
the audio is horrible
It sounded like he said revenues by the end of the year... Did anyone else hear that?
finally....!!!!!!! Just heard John say "some numbers, eh?"
it's when it went back to the pinks
yes I believe you are correct. I think he is being misinformed (although I hope he is right). The suspension went in to effect on 30 Sep.
already called, and got an answering machine. Will have my wife call tomorrow as she speaks decent polish.
Kind of funny that all the doom and gloom rumors coming out just a couple of days before the meeting. With 3.5 million shares short as of Sep 30. http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=ipwg#getShortInfo
and possibly there was more going into 1st week of Oct., maybe there is covering going on? who knows????
Sept 30, 2009 3,573,145 35,631.45 51,899,761 1.00 No No
Sept 15, 2009 10,000 -82.20 48,753,835 1.00 No No
what is odd about your supposed copy and paste email is that in the one you sent you simply ask if the financing is true and provide a link to the press release about IPWG securing a financial partner. In that PR, it mentions nothing about the 19 hectares However, in their supposed response, they copy and paste a link to the other PR and answer a question about the gov't providing the land is untrue. But you did not ask that question... Kind of funny... hmmm.. Fortunately, my wife is from Eastern Europe, a country that borders Poland, and calls there all the time with a calling card. I will be calling this Aneta Zych today, although it is 5:30 pm there now. So, I may not get an answer until tomorrow.
yes that warning has been there for months. Type in another pink sheet symbol and you will see the same warning. it is nothing to even remotely be concerned with.
roger. I've been tracking that.
Roger. I have not received mine either.
