I spoke with the CFO on Friday. Since SEC didn't move on the original offer of cash deal, they decided to change it to the stock exchange deal to hopefully move it along faster. He said management also would have the same deal for their portion as well. I asked him to try to get out some kind of positive PR soon, but we will see.
ANGN: I believe I posted this one here in the high 6's. It is over 10 today.
Waitedg: My suggestion is you call the IR person at FDRA. I think you will get facts there, rather than suppositions on what you are thinking. As for me, if I can afford to, I keep adding on the pullbacks. I spoke with the guy who was in on both private placements and he knows what he's doing. He has no qualms whatsoever about his investment. He is also buying on the open market for his personal account as well. He knows it has to get to at least 2.25 for the last pp, and he tells me those folks weren't at all worried about it when they got in. However, a profit is a profit, and by all means take any you can. As for N. Korea, I leave that to the world leaders and just play my picks.
TDYH: Talk about a bad feel. Look at the price today. I am down around $10K+ right now. Between that and some of the others like IDCO and CESV, I have taken a real beating. I sure hope those folks do something soon to bring in some confidence here. This is a nightmare.
I know someone who was in on both private placements. He runs individual accounts and has been buying for their accounts on every pullback. He paid 2.25 in this last private placement. One reason I have bought on these pullbacks. They have no problem with private placements so far.
TRLG: I mentioned this way back in the 15-16 range, and it is finally coming into its own as a brand. GES was up over 3/share yesterday, so I think this bodes well for next earnings in November for TRLG....fwiw.
Looks like a great place to go to work. I see they have a place for you to sign up for the free beta in January.
AVCI: This was taken to woodshed this morning on their terminating their contract with Alcatel. I do own some of it, but I feel if AVCI terminated it and not Alcatel, they had good reason to do it and stated they want to increase shareholder value. No crystal ball, but might be a good time to get in for a LT play here. Routers....
ACOR: This has run from under 12 yesterday to well over 16 just a few minutes ago. I just don't know on this one. Wish I had played it though. Was a bit skeered, but could have made some big $$$ on it. It is definitely tradeable if you go in and out. Some nice scalps being taken on it. It is a cycle between buying, selling, shorting, and buying again. So you can see how it is being "manipulated." Working on Phase III of MS drug.
I posted ANGN here a bit ago, and it has come up nicely. Still think it has some juice in it. FDRA had a nice pb for any who were interested. Pretty much staying in trading range right now until PR comes out...hopefully soon.
Bot a litte ALGN this a.m. Upgrade. They do the Visilign produce for straightening teeth.
Two things: I was holding some ANGN in my port, which had been on the downturn for a couple of weeks. It raced ahead today with volume. It only has about 3.4 mil. in the float, so if this one continues the move, it could very well go to near 11.
Second, I added to my FDRA on the pullback today. I will continue to do so until they finally get it up and running and see how it is received. High risk (I dunno), but high reward if this one does well.
If you use IB, you can trade direct.
Finally able to get in here. AOL was causing me all that grief. Couldn't get into any links at all until I closed down AOL. Anyway, FDRA down from high today, but I think good news will be out in about three weeks or less. So, I believe buying may be based on a leak about that. I don't know what it is, so can't say, but I understand they will have a strong PR out about that time. Beta testing is about done. They believe they have it running now like they want it, but want to be certain so running it through again. We'll get the package first Q of 2007 - January I believe - and can use it to see how it works. They already have a number of companies who have signed up to go with this program.
re FDRA: PResently located in Orange County, Cali and have one entire floor of a building. 65 employees.
The are finishing up the beta. They have met with a number of companies who want to sign up. It will work like Google. They will get revenue for each click...depends on product. They already have quite a few signed up. Guy who was with MSFT for 14 years went with them and is getting a lot of biz via his past contacts. Also CEO won an award (PR) today I think for product. They have had two private placements, one just recently. Those investors are very excited about the company. 30 Million in the float; rest is O/S for options, etc. There will be a chance to use it for everyone first of year so you can see how it works. They expect from $50-60 mil. in revs. in first year of the up and running operation.
FDRA.OB: Posted this here before. It has had a decent pullback, but up quite a bit today percent-wise. I spoke with the company people this week, and all I can say is load the boat folks. You will see some good stuff first Q of next year. Also a nice PR out today about company CEO.
Here is the site for a company I have started a position in. You may find this very interesting.
http://www.hypowerfuel.com/investor.html
I sold it all a while back...NXG
I have had GDVI for about three years or more now. Got a nice packet from them over the weekend. Looks like they are on the right track in growth.
Give me a break!! They need to be taken to the woodshed for that.
Yes, a good one for LT put-away.

NanoViricides CEO Releases Details of ''Just In Time''
Manufacturing
Wednesday August 30, 7:30 am ET
Company to Begin Animal Testing of New Drugs This Fall
WEST HAVEN, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30,
2006--NanoViricides, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NNVC - News)
CEO Dr. Eugene Seymour, MD, MPH, says the company is
poised to usher in a new era of "just in time
manufacturing" of antiviral medications.
In an interview Monday with Wall Street Reporter
senior analyst Ian Roberts, Seymour said NanoViricides
will be able to rapidly respond to deadly outbreaks."
The full interview will be available at
wallstreetreporter.com for the next four days.
The relatively simple two-part structure is what makes
a nanoviricide(TM) type drug so adept at rapid
response.
"The beauty of this whole system is that the
nanomicelle(TM) is the same for every viral target.
The only thing that changes is the targeting
molecule," said Seymour, which could be stockpiled.
"Say there's an outbreak of a viral disease for which
we have already created and tested a nanoviricide(TM),
all we would then do is take the targeting molecule
off the shelf, attach it to the nanomicelle, package
it and you've got a drug treatment for that disease.
That can happen in a matter of days."
Seymour said if NanoViricides' approach is successful
it will mark "a completely new way of defining
manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry."
The company has four drugs that will undergo a round
of pre-clinical animal testing this fall in Vietnam.
They include:
* FluCide(TM)-I - Expected to work against all
influenzas.
* AviFluCide(TM) -- Designed specifically to
target the H5N1 strain of avian influenza.
* AviFluCide-HP(TM) -- Designed to attack the
highly pathogenic influenza subgroup that is
continuously re-emerging and changing.
* RabiCide(TM) - Engineered to attack rabies,
which remains a major subtropical killer.
Comparing the company's drugs to microscopic cruise
missiles, Seymour said all nanoviricide(TM) drugs are
composed of two main components. Scientists begin with
a 20-nanometer cluster of molecules dubbed a
"nanomicelle(TM)", which acts as the vehicle. They
then attach the second component, a stripped-down
antibody known as a ligand or targeting molecule. This
targeting molecule acts as the vehicle's guidance
system. The ligand then attaches to a virus, allowing
the nanomicelle(TM) to completely encompass the virus
envelope and its deadly RNA-replicating core.
"And now that you have the (virus) RNA trapped within
this new structure, it is simply digested by the cells
of the immune system and turned into its basic
chemical components," said Seymour.
NanoViricides is currently focused on expanding its
roster of scientists while locating additional
research and development facilities, as well as a
manufacturing plant.
And they have not heard anything from SEC in all this time? Surely if there was a problem there would have been something back from them indicating that.
TDYH: Anyone here who is holding this one hear anything on if we get out payout soon?
If it sounds to good to be true...
Any comments on this one?
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060804/20060804005429.html?.v=1
Thanks for the great DD...as usual.
nlightn: Can you give me your feedback on TRLG at this point? It has had quite a nice run lately, and just not sure if it would be a good idea to continue to hold, or at the very least to buy some puts for protection. I think I mentioned that GS is looking for a strategic partner or buyer for the company, but have not heard anything in that regard so far.
TDYH: Anything new on this one? I see a pb in the pps.

Tepid July Jobs Data Give Fed Room to Pause [WSJ]
By BRIAN BLACKSTONE
August 4, 2006 9:19 a.m.
WASHINGTON -- U.S. payrolls posted their fourth-straight tepid gain
last month and the jobless rate spiked higher, giving Federal
Reserve officials greater flexibility to pause their two-year
tightening campaign at next week's meeting of the Federal Open
Market Committee.
Nonfarm payrolls grew 113,000 last month after climbing 124,000 in
June and 100,000 in May, the Labor Department said Friday. Previous
estimates showed a 121,000-job increase in June and a 92,000 gain in
May.
The unemployment rate climbed last month to 4.8% -- matching the
highest level since December 2005 -- from 4.6% in June. That 0.2-
point rise is the fastest since October 2001, according to the Labor
Department.
Average hourly earnings rose $0.07, or 0.4%, to $16.76. Compared
with a year earlier, July hourly earnings were up 3.8%.
The payrolls data were below Wall Street expectations. The median
estimate of 22 economists polled by Dow Jones Newswires and CNBC had
projected a 150,000 payroll increase and a 4.6% unemployment rate.
Wage growth slightly topped expectations, as economists had expected
a 0.3% monthly gain in average hourly earnings.
The Labor Department report suggests that the U.S. economy entered
the third quarter on a decidedly soft tone. After expanding at a red-
hot rate of 5.6% in the first quarter, the economy expanded just
2.5% in the second quarter. Economists generally peg the economy's
noninflationary growth rate at 3% to 3.5%
The latest jobs figures could give Fed officials the ammunition they
need to keep rates steady next week in order to give them more time
to gauge the economic and inflation outlook. The FOMC meets Tuesday,
and Friday's jobs report is that last major indicator before that
meeting.
The Fed has raised rates 17 straight times since mid-2004, pushing
the Fed funds rate to 5.25%. But remarks by Fed officials, including
recent Congressional testimony from Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke, have
fueled hopes for a pause next week, even though inflation remains
above the Fed's comfort zone. Officials contend that a slowing
economy should ease pressure on inflation over time.
The Labor Department said hiring last month in goods-producing
industries fell by 2,000. Within this category, manufacturing firms
shed 15,000 jobs. Construction added 6,000 jobs.
Service-sector employment grew by 115,000. Retail payrolls were
flat, while business and professional services companies' payrolls
increased by 43,000. Education and health services added 24,000 jobs.
The average work week was unchanged at 33.9 hours.
What on Earth?
"THE ALIENS KEEP LOOKING DOWN ON EARTH"
Web Column
The other day, there was another UFO sighting over America.
And just a week or so later, on the planet of Serena, many
galaxies away, the Minister of Intergalactic Affairs and
other leaders gathered in the main chamber of the House of
Serenity to hear a report from Ruba Pontuba, a heroic space
traveler who had just returned from her second mission to
Earth.
Minister: "Welcome back, most respected Ruba."
Ruba: "Thank you, most honorable minister. I am thrilled to
be back. I can't tell you how much I missed being among
civilized creatures."
Minister: "Is that so? It was my hope that humans would be
quite civilized by now. This is a new millennium for them,
is it not?"
Ruba (laughs uncontrollably for five minutes): "New
millennium! Ha ha ha! Humans are no more civilized in the
new millennium than they were in the old millennium. They
still kill each other in great numbers, then refer to lions
and tigers as 'wild animals.'"
Minister: "You mean they haven't made any progress as a
species?"
Ruba: "They've made a little progress in science and
technology -- mostly in helping teen-agers keep in touch
with each other -- but no progress whatsoever in peace and
love. During my time on Earth, I witnessed hundreds of
conflicts, including Israelis against Palestinians,
Americans against Iraqis, Zidane against Materazzi."
Minister: "But don't humans want peace?"
Ruba: "Yes, most humans do want peace. They want it so much,
they're willing to fight wars to achieve it."
Minister: "What about love? Don't humans love each other?"
Ruba: "Not as much as they love money. Most humans have one
main goal in life: to get rich."
Minister: "But aren't they like us? Don't they want to
become rich so they can help the less fortunate?
Ruba: "Well, I heard of one human who won the lottery and
said, 'The first thing I'm going to do is sponsor some
children in Uganda.' But it turns out that those were HIS
children. He was behind on his child support. Most humans,
when they get rich, buy themselves a big house, a fancy car
and new teeth. Some get new spouses, too."
Minister: "So what happens to the poor?"
Ruba: "Many of them struggle to survive. In some countries,
they don't have enough food to eat."
Minister: "You mean there's a shortage of food on Earth?"
Ruba: "I thought there was, but then I visited America and
saw people taking part in an eating contest. They were
stuffing hotdogs down their throats, hoping to win a prize
in this great new sport. A Japanese man won first place. He
ate up his competition."
Minister: "Are there any poor people in America?"
Ruba: "Yes, there are. They get fed twice a year: at
Thanksgiving and Christmas."
Minister: "So humans are killing each other and not sharing
their food and wealth. Are they at least trying their best
to eliminate deadly diseases?"
Ruba: "Yes, they are. America, for example, spent billions
from its health budget to eliminate a 'cancer' named Saddam.
The American leader believes that Earth is now a much
healthier planet."
Minister: "What on Earth is he drinking?"
TRLG had great earnings yesterday. Shorts bailing today :)
Company up for sale. GS hired to find a buyer.

About Wineco Productions Inc.
Wineco is in the process of acquiring mining properties that show recoverable "Nobel Metals." The various properties are for the most part, mines that have been worked in earlier times. Working these mines has left tons of "Tailings" that contain valuable material. The company will process the material that has already been mined and that material is referred to as "Tailings." These tailings yield better extraction of Noble Metals through advanced equipment. www.winecoproductions.com
Wineco recently announced that it has completed negotiations and has acquired the mine tailing from World Wide Consulting. The tailings consist of approximately 1 million tons and are very prolific in platinates. World Wide Consulting is the first of 5 companies that Wineco is in negotiations with. All companies have shown excellent results in their tailings. Wineco has proven its test in chemical extraction of platinum in addition to its previously proven micron gold extraction process.

IFO did well today. I sold it much too early today though because I was going to be away for two hours before the close. I may re-enter tomorrow if it pulls back a bit. It is scheduled to go to the Naz on 8/3 from the AMEX. The specialist on the AMEX has been tough to deal with on it up to today.
Sold DXPE and SIM, both way too soon today. However I bought some OMNI, SMTX and ININ with the proceeds. So, will see how that goes tomorrow. OMNI and ININ are swings. SMTX is for earnings play.

I believe they are buying open market shares. That much less they have to pay for the common. Crooks... They extended so they could do it IMO.
