Well the ship has left the port and I am riding a ton of 6 dollar MOT shares... Yeah!!! Also bought a ton of ten dollar Jan 11 calls yesterday for 11 cents a freaking call!!!
Why would anyone short a sub penny stock with low volume? Any profit would barely cover the commission.
Well it's good to see a long still hanging in there. Looks like the long time defenders of this company have left the building..
At least we know their pump and dump/dilution game isn't lucrative enough to not need a side business to pay the bills..
It is very simple. Until EXPH provides a transparent view of their business model this will trade @ .0005 till hell freezes over. I don't care if they schedule eight consecutive investors meetings or report fifty truckloads of product leaving their factory. This won't move. There are not enough naive investors remaining on earth to buy into another pump. So you folks out there can report all you want about going to the factory and seeing teamwork and products ad nauseam. Until there are audited financial showing real numbers this dog won't hunt.
And your sentiments IMO are shared by most in the investor community. That is why current PPS is where it is. It will be increasingly difficult for EXPH to issue PR's that will entice investing. The cat is out of the bag. Investors doubt EXPH business model. No transparency and nothing for investors to sink their teeth into (financials) as far as legitimate business model is concerned. Santa Barbara layed out the game in spades. All longs are stuck holding the bag and I am one of them.
There is also the possibility FDA is awaiting the results from the different pending clinical trials (Fresenius, Gambro) before they will approve the filter..
See link below for an excellent report on FDA 510k medical device timeline.
http://www.boston.com/business/healthcare/articles/2010/06/23/fda_to_...
Long story short the 510k timeline, at this point, is 100% normal.
There is no negative reason for the pending status length other than
the FDA is very slow in processing 510k medical device applications for EVERYONE....
And current PPS is based on investor fear that the present timeline
equates to a greater likelihood for denial which it does not.
With current devices on the market, improved sales quarter over
quarter, low float-NEPH, IMO is grossly oversold.. Bridge financing is a slam dunk so no worries the doors will be closing at NEPH anytime soon.
I bought and averaged down. Never sold one share. I am down 90%. I will either sell @ EOY if tax appropriate or sell on a rise in share price. Regret not selling @ 2 cents a share last year. Would have turned a nice profit. This is the last non reporting company I will ever own.
Santa Barbara, then the key tool, bottom line, an investor needs at his disposal to determine whether a company is legit or a scam is fully reporting financial statements. Otherwise any company can hide the truth from investors by not reporting then operating sort of a smokescreen business plan, issue positive PR's then dump shares during critical spikes and do reverse splits to get PPS back to an area where dumping shares will makes insiders money. Keep doing this over and over and over while investors come and go. All done non fraudulently because the intent is to become profitable and reporting one day...
I'm not interested in talking to anyone at EXPH until PPS is at least a penny..
Ok Santa Barbara what you wrote seems very possible. And if your theory is reality, the fact that they can issue press releases claiming real business transactions with "Fortune 500" companies can only help them on a credibility level with investors to tilt them towards purchasing more shares..
But here's the question; can a company sell enough shares over a period of time at these levels (current PPS up to a penny or two) to sustain cost of doing business plus line the pockets of key stakeholders (i.e. JD et. al) ?? For example 20 million shares @ .0008 a share is only $16000 dollars....
Of course 20 million shares sold @ 2 cents a share is 400k....
What I find strange is how an alleged scam company could be doing business with several Fortune 500 companies?? Perhaps their product price is excellent and they deliver the goods regardless...
From today's PR:
>>The company expects replacement of the stop icon on pinksheets.com with a yield sign, and further expects a current status to be achieved on or before September 1, 2010.<<
Where have I read this before??
Purported buyout rumors from Yahoo board..
"The proposal I have heard about is that you would get $11 for roughly half of your Motorola shares. The remaining Motorola shares would be priced at whatever the market believes them to be worth -- more than the current $7 or perhaps less. Plus, I also heard that the private equity buyout is comprised of primarily Indian and Chinese investors, and a group current Motorola executives led by Jha. "
>> IF the company is being bought out why would they dilute unless they KNEW it was a scam? How could the reporter have missed asking this most valuable question? <<
Because the reporter knows absolutely nothing about stocks, finance and how unscrupulous individuals can game the system.. This report merits a high school level of fundamental inquiry..
And with a bullet Pre Market. $6.21 last trade..
Earnings out. Crushed the street..
>>6:19AM Navios Maritime beats by $0.18, beats on revs (NM) : Reports Q1 (Mar) basic earnings of $0.31 per share, $0.18 better than the Thomson Reuters consensus of $0.13;<<
Your presentation of the deal is clear, concise and is obviously a plus for shareholders. Thanks for the DD.. The opposing argument seems somewhat fragmented/smoke and mirrors. Very unconvincing..Shall I add an LOL for levity??
Wonder how many millions Tom and the gang made. I will say as a whole over 7 million dollars..
I added more today. This is hugely oversold and getting bad karma with their Greece ties. Longterm this is a tremendous value..
You were all warned at least a thousand times. Hope this is a good lesson for you penny players. I bought @ .0002 sold @ .0008; re bought @ .0007 and sold @ .0027; bought again @ .0014 and sold @ .0017. That was it for me. There was no way this was going to end up sold for a penny a share..
Don't blame the MM's for driving this down. The PR is THRR's attempt to create a soft landing for this scam and investors are selling based on this news..
Hope you added. 1Q out today and the numbers were good. Going forward even better. This stock is trading Dirt Cheap...
At this point there is no credibility at all in what they report. To be credible they would have released earnings statements a long long long time ago. With all the business from fortune 500 companies; cabinet fixtures in Loews and now "this grocery chain", revenue should be in the millions. They should be pounding at the accountant's door screaming for the quarterly reports...
I've been gone. What is the current OS?
With all due respect, a company that claimed high dollar contracts with Fortune 500 companies; a "game breaking" product that has been anything but; and that has failed to deliver on all but a plunging PPS and dilution, is not would I would call a "pretty great company"...
75k shares? That should get you $4.00 a share or 300k. You will be happy this summer..
Smoke, just dropping on no real news. This is a patience marathon. Once 510k is approved up to 3 dollars and change and likely NEPH will be bought out..
When is JD's last day?
I'm a little concerned with Elgin getting booted and a two week delay of Financials. Yahoo posters think a possible buyout is in the oven but I can't see that. Why would they dump Elgin if he coordinated a buyout? I hope I am wrong but I think Financials will be a disappointment.
Opening numbers disappointing. To think I could have sold with a huge profit late last summer.
>>There is no way that any viable company out there is going to buy this product off some shoddy class project from a single student from Cal Poly San Lui Obispo..<<
Is the above confirmed?
IMO they only have one more pump card left to play. That is the reveal of the buyer. If that fails to occur shortly PPS will fall back to the .000 range. Do they have a legit buyer? Very doubtful anyone would pay a penny a share for 11.5 billion shares. My guess is they will PR the buyer announcement next week PPS will run up until reveal. It will be interesting to see how well and how long they can camouflage the sale of this company.
Has anyone verified the relationship THRR alleges with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo? There were some discussions that it was only a one student informal project. Is that true?
To play the "evidence or link" card when many of your peers clearly know and understand the reality is investors denial of major proportion.
O/S have increased virtually every day. Unless you think the TA is a liar.
>>When a company dilutes during a proposed buy out you know you have a problem....just common sense....doesn't happen. The sp will slowly drift downwards ...stabilize...and with the OS where it is the RS is inevitable....JMHO<<
It's the only way this deal can ever take place otherwise plain and simply it is a scam..
>>It turns out that was just another of the many lies this scam company has been telling investors. The University is not cooperating with this sham. It is one single student there who has a small project testing some of the materials. This is not an official project of the University or any of its research depts.<<
You are kidding me..
It was short and not too sweet.. Whew I sold my last half million shares the .0017s and the .0014s @ .0021 this morning. I don't get these guys. They work their butts off for years on this technology then pump and dump. Makes no sense.
