SOUTH KOREA....This one is very interesting. WNBD has a guy there...An "ambassador" ( company title ), who signed a disclosure statement, and is not compensated, at least that is what we are told. Why all the cloak and dagger?
If he's there to promo the product, he's a salesman....so pay him.

In light of the sideways pattern, coming off a downward the movement, the 3 day doji pattern is significant. It's not just a signal of trend reversal or indecision. The market has stopped drawing it's own conclusions. The market has come together as a whole and said...You (pmdp) make the decision for us. The market has faith that a pr is on the horizon....at least for now.

Wnbd has U.S. NA ACCOUNT.... FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW this claim has been made....well their business plan is consistant. Will believe it when I see it.....again! I refer to my earlier post regarding wnbd and the continued dilution: The PR'S are not for shareholder benefit. They are for his dilution efforts......PR.....PUMP......DILUTE....REPEAT!

Not sure why there's talk about the first national retailer with this hawthorne deal. Earlier this year, wnbd stated that Piggly wiggly was one of their accounts. They are a U.S. NA ACCOUNT.
So, if Their 1st U.S. NA ACCOUNT is associated with Hawthorne it would be Piggly Wiggly......Tv ads apparently don't worked in Canada....no guarantee of them working in the U.S. either.....And what, Piggly Wiggly was a big deal before.....not counting them as a U.S. NA RETAILER anymore.

PR'S are tools to fund dilution. Earlier this year the stock was at .006. wnbd put out a bs PR CAMPAIGN.....Lowes was to be the first U.S. RETAIL ACCOUNT. since April of this year, he has sold over $500,000 in stock via dilution. He couldn't do it @.006....Hence the Pr

In 2006 The economy wasn't the problem....Secondly, Even eric stated the economy wasn't a problem ....From a memo, Dec 2008. business is business...even eric understands that.

If a company needs capital......Let's see....I know, how about a bank. Wnbd did not do that did they.....From eric's own words :

First It's very clear that wnbd doesn't like 3rd party assessments, or maybe it's just the results. Secondly, From his own words he explains all the reasons why a bank loan was impossible....hence the IPO. Where else could he have a revolving credit line(dilution). The history of this stock speaks for itself....bs pr's giving the impression of a national account in the U.S. FOR 2 YEARS IN A ROW, and about the same time of year. Now the process starts again. Gotta fund the dilution..right? The only reason this company has expanded to different areas is because the potential in the Canadian market has fallen far short of original expectations. What do you think the market potential in Canada is? 10...12mil in sales per year. How far short do you think wnbd is?
How much dd is needed for that. Wnbd invests opm's money to make a product..then sells for profit. I do the same with stocks by flipping and reinvesting. How many times have you flipped this stock?

In may/june of 09 there's the NA NO SHOW...NOW WE START THE SAME PUMP CYCLE ALL OVER AGAIN.... A U.S. NA ACCOUNT....when .....same bat time same bat channel, april,may june of 2010....when has this been heard before.. This is a stock for flipping once a year.
