Economy has not been recovered yet, and it is still in a bad condition. Market is tight, and competition for an employment position is very high. I was informed that there were many applications for a SM position. Hope the market is getting better soon.

This is one of the saving strategies in a legal way to pull through CPI, so that positions of the CPI employees are saved. Good plan, which should have been done a long time ago.

Although we expressed in a different way, I do share your observations, thoughts, feelings and values. We can/should complain and finger point a lot, but not now. This is the time we just need to pull through no matter what.

Consistency and principle are very important for our lives. When you have good working conditions and make good money, thereby, you are positive. But, when company is struggling, as a result, the working conditions are changed, so you are not positive any longer, then that is not true positive. A true positive attitude is to help each other, work together, and make through the hardships.

If you are looking for an other job, I think that is a good plan. There is no reason to stay in the place where your heart is not there. Perhaps, CPI does not need that kind of employee, either, at this time. Hope you get a job somewhere. But, as long as you are staying with CPI because of your needs, please don't speculate bad/false rumors, but trust other people with positive attitude and work hard for CPI until you leave.
