What proxy are you talking about?

So what do you think is going to happen with this company? Do you think we will see anymore .06 or more soon?

I was wondering if you think we will see any more days with the stock hitting .06 to .08? It would be great to flip during that time or for some to get out if they can't hack this company any longer. What is your take on this?

Where did you get this information at about the proxy's and the conference call? I believe we all would like to know on this board, by just reading some of the other posts.

Where did you get this new information, have not really been looking since trying to enjoy the holiday weekend. Although it would be good to know before the market opens.

Conference Call?

I was just wondering if anyone has any info to when this is suppose to take place tomorrow. It is starting to be that it might just be a good stock to swing trade, unless there is solid information to back up all this crazy pumping and dumping junk.

I believe that when it is halted, that means there will not be any ability to trade the stock. This is because in order to proceed with the buyout this would need to happen. Just some insight to all of this!

The settle date would have to be today May 22, 2009 in order to be apart of the buyout. So if you buy today you will not be apart. It takes three days to settle and you would have had to buy on the 19th in order for it to be settled on the 22nd. Hope this helps out!

I just got ahold of MR. Bisante, which also did a direct search on the cell number coming up with all the information from Canada. We had a conference call with him about the share price, which the buyout price of .57 is going to be a payout in USD. He stated that the deal is real and trying to get to the bottom of all the mess. Also if you sell your shares today you would not be part of the actual buyout. Tony stated that the shares need to be settled today, being the 22nd. There is a group of us going to the shareholder meeting on the 9th. He also stated that the tender would take about 15 to 30 days for shareholders to recieve funds to there accounts. This is about right because that is the time frame to transfer most accounts. So May 22, 2009 is the record date to be apart of this buyout and we should be getting our proxy's in the mail soon. I just tried to call the cell number posted and it just rings without any voicemail. All cell phones go to a voicemail even after a set number of rings.

What is everyones take on the price for open and close for the next couple of days with all this volume? I think it would be good to figure out and do some flipping. On the other hand does anyone know if you can trade by buying and selling during a buyout?

Ok, I am making a post on here for everyone because apparently some on ZECCO think that I was a paid pumper. Well the understatement is that is not true but want to believe in this company, but there is so much hype to wonder about. All I have ever said is to have faith and stop all the childish games. We all need to work together!

I have been trading for over ten years now and use to work at Etrade some time ago.

Everyone has different risk levels and you must only have $60. The question is why would you wait to buy at these prices when you could have bought at a lower price several days back. It just doesn't make sense to see this but the biggest thing is that this is a real buyout and you are not even going to be able to vote since you aren't a shareholder of record. The shareholder of record was May 15th last Friday.

I you want level 2, well look at my toliet and you can have it for FREE! LOL

Now that is some comedy and we should now act like adults on here!

If everyone would like to know, we are trading in a sideways trend right now. That means that most people are waiting to see where this stock is going to be at once there is some comfirmation to any buyout price. We need to be patient and stop acting like little children on this board and become adults. Yes, that also means if you invest in something than believe in it and stop all the crazy fear. If you can't play with the big boys than cut your loss and get out. We have a conference meeeting on the 26th. Lets wait to see what happens!

Just wait and have faith, here is some information that everyone should take a good look at. Our government has been on this action with the company and development. There is a real buyout, regardless of anyone having an opinion. All those additional numbers you see our contracts with our government.

The stock is trading sideways with a uptrend, but relax because the volume is going to pick up. You have to be patient and all the results will show the buyout.

It is a go with the shareholder meeting in Montreal at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. There is record showing the event and time!

Some of you should be ashamed of yourself for all the stupid time wasted on this board with negative or just plain idotic posting. Just think about this if a company is to go public with a buyout or any PR, then fall back there would be legal reprocussions in the action.
