Doesn't really matter, considering MMUH was and never will be in the e-cig business. Only a nice share structure here...that's all. No real company.

This is absolutely the only positive to take away from this stock right now, the insanely low O/S that doesn't seem to be changing.

Although I am absolutely positive there is no e-cig company, I hope like the rest of you there is atleast one more scam pump to take advantage of this O/S to get us atleast some of our money back.

Short activities, blah blah blah...none of this stuff means anything with this stock. Why? Because you keep counting on news coming...and guess what? It's NOT. This stock will eventually find its way to .0001 with no bid as these scam artists stay silent as they already made their money.

It will definitely move to atleast .001 on FDA approval. Most of us have entry points a lot higher than that...but there's some good money to be made here if that happens and bought from these levels. The thought of a reverse split right now is what's scaring me off buying more of this POS.

Yeah, it will...probably no higher than .001 but that's still a lot of money to be from these levels.

This is basically a lotto play now...buy at these levels and hope for FDA approval, or buy right into a RS. I'll probably take a shot...already lost thousands what's another couple hundred as a lotto play.

The one good thing is that a RS wouldn't make any sense for this stock. I do agree that at these levels, a fake PR saying they're in business and are making sales would make it run pretty good. Hopefully they'll want to pump this up one more time before they disappear for good. I'll wait for .0001 before I even think about playing this as a lotto play, because believe me it's coming. I told you all trips was coming a couple months ago and you all thought I was crazy.

Yes it is...I've already lost thousands like most of you have...and I guarantee if I give in and pick up some of these .0001's or 2's, they'll go ahead and do a RS and I'll lose even more.

Come at me with something that proves the company exists, then we'll talk. Tzufuma has not been around long at all...MMUH merged into Tzufuma what not even a year ago. And before that, Tzufuma CLAIMS it went by the name Electrocig or something like that...but yet you won't be able to find a SPEC of information on either name absolutely ANYWHERE. But, yeah their in the business and have clients...sure.

MMUH "merged" into Tzufuma right around the time e-cigs were hot, made their money selling shares, and now will disappear. The PR about pulling out of the U.S. was a scapegoat for the PPS to tank and for those involved in this scam a way out to ride off into the sunset and never be heard from again.

There are so many signs showing this company is a fraud...open your eyes. No symbol change, no update to their fake website in what 6 months, no mention of any real clients or sales. They should be taken to the SEC for that BS financial report they released a while back. Only money they've made is through selling shares.

If something comes out that legitimately proves this company is real and actually in the e-cig business...you have my word that I will buy you 1 million shares.

You have absolutely no proof that this is not a scam. There is nothing, absolutely NOTHING that you can show me that the company has released to prove there even is an e-cig company. If the company was legit this would be easy to do.

At the time e-cigs were getting hyped, they slapped together a non-working website, put out a couple fake PR's (one being a military contract, YEAH RIGHT) and then diluted this thing to the ground when the hype stopped for e-cigs and the judge ruled in favor of FDA.

Smells like a boiler room scam to me. Just come to terms that thousands of dollars you lost like I have is completely GONE. Will make it much easier to deal with than to keep hanging on and trying to talk yourself into believing this company is real.

I would need a run to .01 just to get my money back. This stock ranks up there with the biggest scams I've seen...never was and never will be an actual e-cig company with MMUH. All was just a boiler room scam at the time e-cigs were getting hyped. I absolutely guarantee this stock will stay silent from here on out and eventually get to .0001 with no bid.

Absolutely headed for RS??? I know Scumbag Davis has spoke out against having one before...but the way he's diluted this stock price to the ground and lied about FDA, does everyone think the RS is a sure thing? That would be the only thing stopping me from picking up some at these levels.

I got in because there was a lot of buzz in e-cigs at the time and didn't really do all that much research on MMUH.

After doing my research yes, I've come to the conclusion that this is a fake company and not even involved in the e-cig industry...just like many other scam pink sheet stocks.

There is not 1 single thing you can bring to this board to prove otherwise. No mention of Tzufuma or Electrociga WHATSOEVER on the web ANYWHERE, no client list or any kind of update on trying to get clients, no legit proof of sales and profits...no legit anything. All we got was a BS report from the company that is absolutely no proof of anything. And add in the fact that they could careless that a ridiculous non working website has been online open to the public for what 6 months now? I don't care if they don't plan on using the website to attract new clients, in this day and age everyone looks at the web and you flat out cannot have that junk out there to the public like that. If I was a possible client, I'd take one look at it be done. The website was something slapped together real quick at the time that e-cigs were getting a lot of buzz to make the company look semi legit. How do we even know April was the review date? We don't. For all we know, it could be the one in June.

I'm not a basher by any means...I'm invested in this POS and have lost a ton of money. But I gotta tell you, I have my serious doubts as should you that they are actually in the e-cig business at all.
